- Franco (7/5): É acessível e segura, é o apartamento muito bem dividido e confortável para a família. O que deixa a desejar é a localiz - Apartamento organizado e confortável. Portaria muito pouco disponível, percebi um relacionamento ruim com os hóspedes, inclusive há uma imensa demora na abertura dos portões para entrada e saída de carros. Os carros não ficam sob coberturas. Por último, localiza-se muito distante de qualquer centro comercial, padaria ou supermercado/mercantil, e a beira-mar é pouco movimentada e mal iluminada à noite.
- Geisa (10/5): Muito bom e uma vista perfeita - Apartamento muito bom, com uma localização ótima, perto de várias coisas e os funcionários do condomínio são muito atenciosos e legais e o condomínio tem várias opções de lazer. Não tinha o secador no ap, mandei mensagem e eles logo compraram um. Voltarei com certeza Faltou a Tv que estava incluída
