• Sherilyn Lai (10/5): Friendly and responsive apartment in charged. Apartment is clean and comfortable. - The apartment is spacious and clean. The instruction, direction given by the apartment in charge is super useful, clear and friendly. The apartment in charge is super responsive and you don’t need to worry about being cheat or being ignore. Hmm.. ants on the floor. But I feel this is not the crucial thing as most of the area included the bedroom and restrooms is super clean and well maintained.

• HUI FEN (9/5): Direct access to Paradigm Mall! Clean and comfortable - Direct access to paradigm mall! Netflix (already signed in) available! There was filtered drinking water which was super convenient. Easy check in and check out. Clean unit. Got mahjong tiles and table and chairs. The pink sofa in the picture is in a very sad state. When you sit on it, you can feel the metal structure. The outside toilet bowl is in a very sad state. Bleached blue and orange, with bad smell. Clothes rack is only a pole with hangars.

The location is so convenient that link us to the paradigm mall . Most importantly the owner is very helpful and responsibly on our request

• A.Rahim.Zainol (10/5): Peachy Poolview Paradise Review Nov 2025 - Our stay at Peachy Poolview Paradise was truly memorable. From the moment we stepped in, we could feel how much care the host put into making the apartment family-friendly. It felt warm, cosy, and home-like — exactly what we needed. The apartment was very well-equipped: air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, a thoughtfully designed enclosed kitchen, a filtered faucet at the sink, and a modern water dispenser which was a huge plus for preparing milk for our kids. We also appreciated the microwave and the full set of crockery and cutlery provided. The living and dining areas were spacious, the bedrooms had comfortable beds, and the high ceiling made the whole place feel even larger and more inviting. Cleanliness and hygiene were top-notch. But the part that meant the most to me was hearing my wife and children say, “Next time, let’s stay here again!” As a father, their comfort matters above everything else — and this apartment truly delivered. 10/10 stay. We would gladly return. Just a couple of small suggestions to make the place even better. The sofa bed was a little firm because the springs could be felt, and a few corner protectors on the furniture had come off — which is understandable with frequent guest use. Securing them again would further enhance the apartment’s family-friendly environment. Other than these small points, everything was truly wonderful.
• Pei Yan (10/5): Pinky charm of comfort - Very easy breezy check in process. The owner was very responsive. We got update info timely and everything was clearly communicated. We are a group of 8 persons. 2 parking lots was allocated. Spacious and sparkling clean inside the house. The LG water dispenser was perfectly good dispensing drinking water at ambient temperature. The shared bathroom outside had slight problem of water funnelling down at slower speed.

• Shashamanja (8/5): Feel like home - The place is clean & spacious, view was awesome you can watch your hubby & kids swimming in the pool. There water dipenser was installed so no worries abt drinking water. This place is definitely the one for my family & I will continue booking this place for logging whenever we visit JB. Thumb up! If can have more toiletries like toothpaste & toothbrush provided will be prefect.

Plus point is it is above Paradigm Mall, which is vast and has almost everything. So mall access is just a keycard tap away. Maybe can have more sofas in the living room.

Some people reported bad smell from one toilet (I believe should have been a problem for the whole block), but when I arrived I found no such problem at all. • Lin (9/5): Overall good experience - This is our second visit. As usual, the owner and his team were quick to provide support. Very nice and accommodative. Overall great experience. The only issue we had was the common bathroom. The stench from the drain was unbearable. We had to wear a face mask when we use the common bathroom. We have feedback to the owner.

• Danny (10/5): - Very convenient location, right at paradigm mall Has a water dispenser that is great for families with kids that still drink formula milk (temp controlled) Has a microwave Has a washing machine if you need to wash your clothes As i traveled with a huge family (9 adults and 2 kids), 2 toliets were a bit of a constraint (But manageable eventually, not a deal breaker)

All utilities are available (eg bath towels, water filter, hangers). The location is convenient. Overall a positive experience! The sofa’s spring is spoiled, be careful when sitting on it.

• Grace (7/5): Nice apartment for big groups, just need to look into the toilet issues. - Location above paradigm cant be beat. Water filter and dispenser in the kitchen was also super convenient. Communication from the host was great. The front toilet/bathroom had a bit of an old water smell. Like there was some drainage issues. The shower cubicles didnt have doors so the water also splashed out, wetting the rest of the toilet floor.

• Boss (10/5): Exceptional - I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this homestay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. However, I did find the charges to be on the higher side compared to similar stays in the area. I would recommend revising the pricing to make it more competitive. That said, the overall experience was great, and I would still recommend this place to others.
• Rei (10/5): We will definitely choose this apartment again the next time we come to JB. - This is our second stay. The apartment is clean, well maintained. There is a water dispenser and also soap detergent for baby bottles. This is very thoughtful especially for families with babies. Nothing.

• Lin (10/5): Highly recommended! - Honestly, everything! The apartment was super clean and homely! We travelled in a group of 10 with elderly and children. The apartment has 5 queen size beds, so it fits all of us perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the provision of a cool water filter. The towels were clean and fresh. The bed linen and comforters are all clean and fresh smelling. The host was kind and gave very clear and precise instruction (Read the PDF and follow the instruction) Two carpark lots were provided. The mall is conveniently located next to the apartment, so it's a super plus point. Highly recommended for large family travelling together. If I had to nitpick (for the sake of improvement), the bed was a hard mattress, not to my liking, but the elderly loves it. So it's definitely a personal preference.

The apartment is very clean and convenient as it's connected to Paradigm mall. I will book this apartment again when I intend to shop and stay in JB. No TV channels and the beds are quite hard.

Spacious, clean, lift to the mall/pool is just outside the door, comfortable 5 queen beds, 10 bath towels provided, view of the pool, comprehension directions for checking in and out. How I wish the parking lots are just in front of the entrance to the lift lobby at the carpark. But the distance is not that far. So it is ok.
