• Jason (1/5): Avoid like the plague - London Please do not stay here its disgusting for the price landlord ignored our complaint so cant get any compensation so hit him where it hurts and don't book this property check out the pictures is vile The apartment is far from luxury. Stayed for 2 nights arrived the entrance to the apartment the hall way smelt of cat piss. The carpet had so many dirty marks on it 2 massive marks in living room. Small table and only 2 chairs. The sofa bed which our 2 boys meant to sleep on is tiny no bedding for it. The sofa bed had suspect white marks all in it the 4 cushions on sofa bed were grubby and dirty so was the throw had brown marks on it. Bathroom shower head had so much dirt and limescale built up on it looks like not been cleaned in months maybe years. We stayed for 2 nights and only got 1 toilet roll for 2 nights. The plates and cutlery were dirty so eat out instead. We messaged owner 3 times no communication from him. Just a message each time. We recieved a parking ticket no mention on booking or from owner that needed a permit just states free parking. Went through booking.com and owner has not been responding I would avoid this property booking. Com released money to owner after 24 hours even after us putting a complaint in we been offered 10 percent back from booking.com I would avoid this property had a terrible experience owner never replied to any of our messages or from booking.com as he had already recieved our money booking. Com should not relased money so early bit they did

• Duncan (4/5): An adquate place to stay while visiting or working in London: but no luxury apartment - The location was convenient for our plans, within walking distance of the Abba Arena. The host provided lots of advance information. The facilities though basic, were as advertised. The fold-down sofa bed was uncomfortable, the carpeting old and stained, the picture showing the lock-box was out of date (and thus confusing), and the directions to the site entrance were unclear (luckily we guessed right). I was also very disappointed to be hassled by the owner to cancel my booking just a few weeks in advance.

• Isobel (7/5): Not Luxe - needs upgrade. - Nice size apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Linen was old and worn; pillows were terrible and lumpy. No extra blankets provided in winter. Only 2 mugs provided in kitchen for a party of 4. No tea/coffee provided. Check in procedure did not cover parking arrangements - so it was stressful initially not knowing where to park. Requested additional blankets and cups from host following a message stating that we should reach out if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable - no response! Obviously just an auto message! Apartment is old and carpet very worn and stained - not a Luxe apartment at all.

• Dewet (1/5): Bad - There was nothing to like. The host cancelled on the day, leaving me to scramble to find alternative accommodation. Booking.com was useless at providing any assistance, having to go through 3 customer service agents before even getting the issue addressed and then it was only pointing me at other properties that were available. Awful experience.
• Rod (6/5): The flat was clean, basic and comfortable. It is not a luxury appartment. - The Apartment was clean and tidy and quiet at night. Parking is an issue at this property. The signage clearly states a permit is required for your allocated space or £100 fine. We could not park in the designated bay as it was occupied and had no permit to display. This caused unnecessary exchanges with neighbours and car park users which caused anxiety and affected the enjoyment of our stay.
• Penny (6/5): Poor and disappointing - The location and parking facilities. When I asked about a kettle they got me one 24 hours after we arrived Not luxury at all! Carpets are grim, sofa is not worth sitting on and although it looked clean it didn't feel clean!

• Paul (3/5): If I had an alternative I wouldn’t have stayed here - The size was good It wasn’t very clean. The kitchen equipment was old and stained. The fridge needed a clean, the carpets were dirty on the skirting board area, the TV didn’t work as there was no Ariel, the iron had no water lid so that leaked, some plug points a were damaged and had exposed wires in the living room, the bedside lamp had a European plug so couldn’t plug in, the shower had good power but wasn’t clean. The curtains were hanging at the ends and needed replacing it repairing. The hallway on the entrance and the lift smelt strongly of cat urine. This is described as luxury. It isn’t!
• Mariusz (8/5): Stay - unproblematic, kitchen equipment- was enough (there was no kettle ) - Underground station- 7 minute walk from the apartment National Express bus station- direction to Stansted, 5 minutes from the house Good and fast contact with the owner, he quickly replied, in case of any problems, owner was helpful and ready to fix the issue, close to the shops ( supermarket, grocery... pubs 👌) Fast Internet 👍 The sofa for the third person could be much more comfortable 😉
