• Wong (8/5): A pleasant trip but looking for a better apartment for sure! - The location is very convenient to southern cross station, grocery stores and restaurants. The property is clean and the host is helpful. There’s no proper dining table and chairs. Only a few uncomfortable high chairs for dining. It’s annoying to hear sounds through the wall such as flushing, slam the door, talking when passing your door etc. The toilet setting is no good and there’s no full size head to toe mirror which is very inconvenient to female.
• Golding (3/5): wouldn't go back, nobody should pay that kind of money and have to clean for 2 hours on arrival - The apartment was not clean, i spent the first night cleaning it, i had to scrub the floor on my hands and knees as there wasn't a mop, the vacuum cleaner smelt putrid when i used it, which made the apartment smell even worse, i also cleaned the bathroom and shower as it hadn't been done there was mould on the walls in the shower, only one key between 2 guests which made our trip extremely difficult, absolutely no wifi so had to go elsewhere to work off my laptop, which was also frustrating as i am extremely busy and need quiet to work so cafes were not the ideal environment, I cleaned the whole apartment, floors doors kitchen counters doors, washing machine ,filter in the dryer was so full it was a fire hazard, so that's now also cleaned out, i washed all the linen and towels as they were also gross, do better and get a professional cleaner in to do a deep clean it was a disgrace.

• Ridjic (5/5): Location great, communication needs work, the carpets and lounge in desperate need of a steam clean. - The host provided standard check-in details and that was easy to follow. The location is great and there are some little eateries down stairs which was handy. The trams, Coles supermarket and bus station are really close by. The host provided standard check-in details and that was easy to follow however the keys were in a letterbox inside the swipe controlled building so you are required to wait until another tenant swipes and 'follow' them in when they swiped...this is not ideal as you are reliant on a stranger letting you in. Whilst check in details were clear the rest of the communication was poor with follow-up responses inconsistent, garbled and unhelpful. I reported a washing machine full of wet towels and only one towel on the bed on arrival for a booking of four; this was not responded to despite numerous messages sent. There was one key provided for a booking of 4. This meant that if one person wanted to go out and get coffee and another wanted to go to the gym it was logistically painful. There was no information on the facilities provided - except 'Level 5'. We found the gym and pool but could not find information on steam room or rock climbing wall. Again queries on this were not resolved. The wifi was intermittent with the tv not able to stream sometimes in the evening. I requested an invoice for the stay and am yet to get one....first off being told the host didn't know how to do it then claiming it had been sent to my email...which I am still yet to receive. Recommendation for host to improve communication, steam clean the carpet and lounge, ensure the place is cleaned before guests arrive and basic guest needs (towels/invoicing) are reliably addressed.

• TatyanaC (7/5): Nice location - The aparent is located on a high floor. The check in was smooth It is well equipped and has a nice layout. Plenty of food vendors right at the ground level and coles supermarket across the street Very convenient location. We had to change our check in time and move it from 3pm to 5 am on the same day. The host was very accommodating and allowed the change with no extra cost. The cleanliness can be improved. The sofa upholstery is stained and dirty. Mattresses in the bedrooms are old and uncomfortable

• Di (9/5): Great for inner city stay - Location was great. Near trains, buses and free trams. Inner cbd but apartment was quiet. A side table on deck or near lounge would be useful
• Jacob (5/5): It was nice to stay despite all the ups and downs. - Didn't have any breakfast. The city was very good to see. Didn't like how many people there was in one area or another. Didn't like how we had to wait to get the keys for the apartment.

• Yuan (10/5): great - There are many Asian restaurants downstairs. The location is convenient for transportation and close to the shopping center. You can enjoy the view of the sea from the balcony. A signboard can be set up in the room to write down the Wi-Fi name and password, as well as the floor number of the gym (because there are no notice boards in some elevators).

Friendly host. shame garden was unable to be accessed (especially as we had toddler!) Also bit more info in apartment would be useful (ie instructions about power for air con etc!)
• Ellise (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Kids loved the indoor heated pool and the rock climbing wall. The kitchen was well equipped and both double beds were comfortable. We have stayed in a few different apartments in this complex (different hosts) and this one was by far the nicest. Excellent communication from the host. We would definitely stay again.
