• Kristina (6/5): Nice stay with no WOW - The local ion is suite convenient especially if you rent a car. We parked along the street and it’s free after 8pm, but it seems like nobody is checking there 😉 There are several metro stations not far, the Mercato Central where you can eat as well is 10min away. The apartment is big and cosy. The water pressure is good 👍🏻 Poor communication from the managing company/owner. They have set hours, e.g. Friday from 1pm to 7pm. We arrived earlier and nobody answered my call to leave the luggage in the room. I had to remind them to send me the check in information before arrival 😮 We stayed 4 nights, they didn’t even ask if we need more towels or anything! We had to but paper rolls as there was no tissues in the kitchen. Pity, it could have been better.

• FERNANDO (5/5): No repetiré en ese sitio. - La cercanía a la estación. Amplio. El sofá cama hacía mucho ruido, mis hijos no pudieron dormir bien. El menaje de la cocina muy escaso y mal estado. Sartenes en muy mal estado. No había chuchillos.

• Pippa (8/5): Nice clean spacious apartment for 4 people. Friendly host staff. - Clean and spacious and a really good shower compared to many that we came across in Italy. Nice to have the washing machine and a full kitchen. Nice to have the radiators on, nice and warm in winter. Felt secure. The location near train station is both a plus (for being handy) but doesn’t feel the safest / best. Having said that, it really was only a short walk to a nice big shopping street and even into central Milan. We watched the entrance video before arriving but had trouble with getting second gate to unlock. Bit confusing to access so video was helpful but it would be great to have screen shots rather than needing to watch a video when low in phone power / data for travellers. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was ok for the kids.
• Elena (7/5): В целом проживание прошло удачно - Объект расположен удачно, недалеко 2 станции метро через которые можно попасть к главным достопримечательностям Милана. Для заселения предоставлены подробные инструкции, селились мы поздно (уже после 24ч), но было достаточно удобно. Сами апартаменты просторные, 2 отдельные комнаты, кухня и есть балкон. В апартаментах есть большая часть необходимого для проживания. Стоит в инструкции всё таки указать какие рядом станции метро - это поможет путешественникам. При входе нет никакой вешалки для верхней одежды (даже крючка какого нибудь), нет ложечки для обуви. Чайник и утюг пора давно заменить. И еще проблема с шумом: 🙉со стороны улицы поздно вечером рядом собиралась интернациональная молодежь, со стороны двора часто был сильный шум как от бьющегося стекла (не понятно что это было).
• Romans (9/5): - Квартира просторная и уютная. Все было чисто . Во второй комнате скрипела ужасно кровать-это был раскладной диван, на нём ужасно было неудобно спать. Это был единственный минус

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel avec des commerces, restaurants dans un rayon de 15 minutes à pied. Station de métro à maximum 10 minutes à pied qui permet de rejoindre rapidement les principaux sites. Manque de vaisselle. Uniquement 4 tasses

• Andrea (7/5): Una buona struttura con qualche miglioramento del servizio. - L'appartamento è molto curato nella struttura e le istruzioni di accesso e gestione sono accurate. I mobili sono di buona qualità. Gli spazi sono ampi, specialmente il bagno è molto confortevole. La posizione è centrale e ben collegata. Il palazzo è ben curato. Le dotazioni di stoviglie e di tovagliette sono minime. L'aria condizionata va in grande difficoltà con il caldo eccezionale del mese di Luglio e, oltre a raffrescare in modo limitato, può spegnersi in modo inaspettato. Un consiglio ai proprietari è di fornire istruzioni per lo svuotamento della tanica dell'acqua di scarico dell'aria condizionata. La tanica si riempie facilmente in una giornata in cui si sta nell'appartamento e va svuotata per evitare che l'acqua fuoriesca e facilitare lo scarico. Una nota negativa è relativa al supporto in caso di domande: le risposte richiedono tempo e a volte non sono complete. Per esempio avevamo richiesto la possibilità di avere una seconda chiave essendo con amici indipendenti, e pure assicurati che la richiesta sarebbe stata fatta, non abbiamo mai avuto conferma finale che una seconda chiave non fosse disponibile. Anche per avere una risposta sul check in anticipato abbiamo dovuto attendere e contattare via WhatsApp diverse volte. C'è da migliorare sulla reattività.

• Dragos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment it is very comfortable. Are enough stores and restaurant around. It is located at 40-50 min of walking to the centre. Very close to the store streets.
• Karl (8/5): Good apartment in a good location - Location around 5 minutes walk from Caiazzo (Green Metro Line) and Loreto (Red Metro Line). Apartment was big enough for 4 of us. Amenities provided were a plus. Nothing in particular.
• T.g.georgiev (10/5): If I ever travel to Milan, I will happily stay in this apartment again. - The apartment is large and comfortable for family. There is everything you need to stay. The most valuable is its location. Close to the tourist part of the city as well as to the train station. The rooms face a street where a tram passed. It's especially noisy in the morning when people are still sleeping and the background sound of the city is quiet.

• Robin (6/5): Overall the Property was good, the items that needed to be corrected would make this stay better. - Location was good, easy from Train Station, walking 10 minutes. I have written directly to the Owner and advised the following: 1. The light issue with the switch in the living room needs to be fixed. Having to continuously push the switch before switching off could potentially be a fire hazard with electrics. 2. The Bedroom had a TV affixed to the wall, however it would need to be tightened as it dropped down easily, also we never found the remote control, therefore could not use the TV! 3. The shower cubicle appears to have mould around the floor (black in colour) Suggest this be cleaned . 4. The door to the bathroom has a handle that is not affixed correctly and pulls off in the hand when attempting to open the door. 5. The Bathroom has two towel hooks on the wall, one of these is loose (drops down) and bath towels fall off this hook 6. The freezer was full of ice and needed to be defrosted. 7. The actual address and instructions given could have been more accurate as the house building is not 14 but 14a.

• Bapi (8/5): Very good - Very spacious and well appointed apartment. The tram noise from the road in front. Too many gates and locks for entry.
• Raffi (3/5): Nice apartment but not ideal when it’s hot. - It was clean and the host was responsive. Close to many amenities some in walking distance especially the train station. We found getting a cab was tough so we mostly walked to the train station area and got one from there. We rented a couple ebikes and used them to get around a little. The location was close to the train station but in a rough looking neighbourhood. The AC seemed to be split between the two rooms and the room closest to the entrance didn’t seem to get cooled off at all. We struggled here to remain cool. So three of us remained mostly in the second room which seems to cool off a bit more. A couple fans would be helpful here but we didn’t have them and I didn’t want to bother the host for such a short stay. (2 nights). The shower in the bathroom is small, so larger folks will struggle. The shower also clogs and fills up to the point of overflow very quickly so showers were limited to about 5-6 minutes. It also took about 10 minutes for all the water to drain for the next person. Not ideal if you’re in a rush and multiple people need to shower.
• Zainab (8/5): Very good - The place is very sFe and very clean and the owners took care of every details, there is nothing that you can’t find in the apartment. Lots of restaurants close by as well Its far from the central station very difficult to walk with kids and luggages

• Hyangsuk (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is large and the location is good. The three of us stayed here for six days, they provided us with one bath towel and one small towel, as well as three sets of toilet paper. When I asked for more towels, they asked for 1 set of towels for 20 Euros, and even though they said toilet paper was free they didn't bring it to me until the end. There was a smell in the bathroom so I opened the window and mosquitoes came in. When I closed the window and tried to turn on the air conditioner the air conditioner didn't work because the electricity had been turned off. The sofa bed was uncomfortable because the middle part was raised. There is mold in the shower room.
• Clarisse (8/5): Nice apartment, but with street noise - The place is very good and clean. The two internal environments accommodate four people comfortably and privacy. The bathroom is big and with great lighting. The bedroom windows have a view of the street. From early in the morning the tram and cars pass on the avenue and make quite a noise in the rooms. Which causes a discomfort due to the outer noise

There is nobody to clean and refresh the daily necessities. I was not aware of it. Anyway, there is always someone who answers the phone when one needs something.
