- William (8/5): Perfect affordable place if you want to be in this part of town! - The location is fantastic, and the price value is very good compared to other options. We especially appreciate the washing machine with plenty of room and tools to hang clothes to dry after. The host was very responsive to our questions and provided us with what we needed. Thank you! The beds were not the most comfortable, but the bedding (blankets/pillows) provided were excellent. When we arrived, toilet paper was not provided, but 2 rolls were provided before the end of the next day. For the length of our stay, we would have appreciated a 3rd roll, but it wasn't hard to buy our own, and we understand each guests' need for toilet paper may vary.

- Jelena (1/5): The worst I ever had - Heating and internet did not work. The manager who doesn't speak English came at 2AM to bring electric blankets instead of fixing heating. Internet was never repaired. Everything is cheap and plastic. The owner promised refund and never processed the refund.
- Ethan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, in a calm neighborhood 10 minutes walking from Nakano broadway and Nakano station. 10 minute train ride from Shinjuku.
