• Suzan (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf voor met een gezin! - Fijne accomodatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Trappetje van het stapelbed was een beetje instabiel, tredes vallen er makkelijk uit.

• Nikolay (9/5): Удобем апартамент, затруднена комуникация и невъзможно паркиране. - Първоначалните инструкциите получих само на английски, това ме затрудни, накара ме да се чувтвам чужденец не само в България, но и в Европейския съюз: "Европейският съюз (ЕС) признава 24 официални и работни езика, които гарантират прозрачност и достъп до законодателството за гражданите. Основните езици са: английски, български, гръцки, датски, естонски, ирландски, испански, италиански, латвийски, литовски, малтийски, немски, нидерландски, полски, португалски, румънски, словашки, словенски, унгарски, фински, френски, хърватски, чешки и шведски". Подхода към подземния паркинга е стръмен за дълги лимузини. Те опират с пода си в прехода от пътя към сртъмния подход. Аз ме успях да се възползвам от офертата за безплатен паркинг.

• Павела (8/5): Добър апартамент - Апартамента е страхотен, има всичко необходимо. Помислили са и за малките гости. Не ми хареса това, че апартамента е малко или много амортизиран. Има нужда от лека поддръжка, за да бъде перфектен. Има само един телевизор, който не работеше. Според мен е минус, че няма теревизор и в стаите. Няма оставено веро за съдовете или таблетки за миялната. От към посуда има всичко, освен тава за фурната. Нямаше допълнително чували за смет.

• Catalin Dorin (9/5): Good location for transit. - Apartamentul conform descrierii. Parcare asigurata. The kitchen was not equipped with at least 4 cups of coffee, no napkins or paper towels. The refrigerator was not cooling well, I took it over with the door open.

• Delibalta (7/5): If we return to sofia, we will try to stay in the south of lion bridge, close to the center - The apartment is very large. It has bedroom, kitchen, living room and children room seperately Parking is very narrow and tight. We had to park outside. The location is not so good. If you pass north of the lion bridge, sofia gets dirty and dangerous so thats why at nights while you try to return to your hotel, you can pass a lot of junkies.

The cleaning was ok The size of the appartment is excellent The parking space is a little small but my Duster fitted perfectly. Bigger cars might have a problem The appartment has all the amenities Highly recommended The host was excellent. Just tell the cleaning staff next time not to forget to start the dishwasher machine. It was full of dirty plates and glasses

• Lilyybarrett (8/5): Good apartment - Large apartment. Good space. Good location. Short walk into the centre which we managed with two kids. There is garage parking. We couldn't work the shutters to make it dark wish there had been instructions for this. We also did park on side of road as there was space and it was easier for us then going up and down several times as the garage key is stored upstairs. We got clamped and fined (not expensive) but unnecessary expense. There are no signs to suggest you cant park nor was there any indication in other people's cars that they could park and we couldn't.

• Chris (8/5): Convenient multi-room apartment is perfect for a family or group stay. - This place was great. Large, comfortable space with all the miscellaneous things you'd want for even an extended stay. Definitely more like renting an apartment for a short time than a hotel experience, and perfect for a jet lag recovery night for a family with children - one parent can get some sleep while the children are awake in the middle of the night. Bunk beds, books, toys are all here, and yes the bunks are big enough for an adult to fit on them. And a small espresso machine with coffee stocked and ready to go! Lidl is walkable a few minutes away. There's a secured garage to keep your rental off-street. Really good. This was a good experience if you know what to expect - don't expect a hotel-like experience. There's no front desk, it's a residential apartment building. A couple things weren't perfect but not dealbreakers. Our child found that the rungs on the ladder to the top bunk were loose. The showerhead didn't spray properly. Totally what I would expect from a short-term rental with so many bits and pieces. If a guest is not familiar with smaller European garages, be advised that the garage requires tight maneuvering to access.

A closed garage spot belongs to the apartment, though tricky to access for inexperienced drivers and/or bigger cars Garage floor is covered with thick concrete dust, you have to do packing cautiously not to dirty your stuff.
• Natasha (8/5): Would not be my first choice if I were to come back - A large space with all the amenities needed for a quick one night stay and then head out to the airport. We didn't use the underground parking as there was parking on the street. The kids room was beautifully decorated. The guitar a fun addition. Communication with the owner was through email. The pdf was useful but needs updating as the WiFi information was not correct. The area was just littered with dog poo. Not the fault of the apartment owner but when travelling with young children stressful. Please note the WiFi information provided did not match and the air condition did not work despite all efforts and communication with the owner. The place absolutely needs air conditioning as the air is still and it was warm in April, I imagine it would be very hot in summer. We were advised to open a window but didn't feel safe to leave open while we slept.
• Tea (7/5): Overall nice apartment with a few issues to fix - The entire apartment is quite spacious, and the furniture looks nice. There were many extra blankets everywhere. The place looks very nice overall. The self check in was quite handy since we arrived late. Having our own garage made all of us feel extra safe. The kitchen is so big and has most necessary appliances. The bunk beds are quite short and not completely comfortable for people around ~178 or taller in height. They're made for bigger children which wasn't specified anywhere. You can still lie in them but some people from our group opted to sleep on the couch in the living room. The shower head has is somewhat broken and if you use it water will spray from lots of directions. If you touch it you might even get cut, one person from our group cut their hand a bit. I hope they change that. The toilet in the WC is a bit wobbly. The fridge had a slight smell to it but nothing serious, probably from past visitors. There is a small shelf above the TV that looks poorly attached, so I hope it doesn't fall on anyone. The Wifi name was different than said but the password was the same. Just look for one with the best connection.

• Farkas (10/5): Possibly the nicest place I've ever stayed at - I love it when we can collect the keys from a lock box, it's just so much easier. Our host explained everything beforehand in such detail that I've never seen before. I've never had the experience of receiving a pdf document with pictures and step-by-step instructions, and this alone would make me give max rating. The place was beautiful, clean, there were free toiletries, extra blankets and everything we could possibly need. It felt like arriving home. The garage is a great addition, it was nice knowing that we parked in a safe place. The city center was quite close, too. I wish we stayed more, because it was such a pleasant stay. There's nothing that needs improvement.

• Slavomír (10/5): I recommend - Very nice and cozy apartment in an apartment building, sufficiently furnished. We stayed only one night, but despite that, the feeling of the accommodation was very good. All displayed photos show the apartment as it is. I highly appreciate the free parking in the underground garage right next to the entrance to the apartment building. Our car (Skoda Octavia) also had a roof box and despite that we had no problem with parking. The accommodation is about 1.5 km away on foot from the center - Vitosha boulevard and is known for its restaurants, wine bars, cafes and pubs.

• Mihail (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, near the city center and grocery stores nearby. Has a bedroom for 2 kids with books and toys to play with (mine enjoyed very much) with its own balcony. I like that it has all the utilities you have at home and the master bedroom which is really spacious, and on the opposite side of the kids bedroom. The building parking entrance was kind of stressful for a family car, but you'll get it safely if you are experienced or get little guidance/help from someone.

The hair dryer was not suitable for any power outlet/British standard/ The wi fi was not so fast. The location was also noisy .....In conclusion we are satisfied mostly because of the free parking. Also mentioned missing air conditioning and unusable hair dryer,noisy neighborhood...

• Jiun (8/5): Feel like home - Enough rooms for everyone, nice and cosy decoration, very well equipped with cooking appliances, utensils and also vinegar, salt, sugar etc except oil, but this is much more than what an apartment would usually offer. Convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood, around 20-30min walk to all key tourist spots In first few days there was quite noisy from the neighbour, but not throughout the entire stay, maybe there is another guest house nearby

We sat and ate pizza on the couch while streaming on the TV. The location was a little bit sketchy after dark. Somewhat quiet, run-down neighborhood with teenagers hanging out on the street.
• Йоана-софия (10/5): Everything was super. - It is very spacious and clean. There is everything you need, very nice coffee machine. It is near the city centre, the central bus and train station. There is a food store just in front of the building that I really liked with all sorts of homemade and organic food and cosmetics. The hosts explained everything very well before we arrived, they seem really nice. The neighbourhood is a bad one, so I advice you not to go out very late at night.
