• Jana (10/5): Perfect boutique get away! - We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved our time here! It was a time to really relax and calm down. I like how quiet it is here and the view is amazing! We enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi in the evenings. The pool was nice fro refreshing after sunbathing on the sun loungers. We really liked the lunch and dinner as well! The café con leche in the morning was amazing as well. Way better than what we usually get in hotels. All the staff was super friendly and helpful! We barely speak any Spanish but the people were so supportive trying to do everything that we communicated with only a few words. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place to really calm down. Additionally, we were not attacked by any mosquitos and didn't even need a spray. Only the jacuzzi could be warmer in the evenings. It was a bit chilly sometimes. But at least we had the best bartender who entertained us! Thank you, Freddy!

• Elena (10/5): Great view, value for money and super friendly! - Super friendly, good breakfast, amazing view and location. We had the simplest room and the bed was very small for two people. Not enough furniture in the room. A chair would be nice to have.
• Maclean (6/5): Pleasant - The property is in a nice location and the pool and outside area is lovely. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with our stay for a few reasons. We arrived at 6pm and our room wasn't ready...we didn't mind waiting but when we were able to go in the floor was wet from being mopped which wasn't ideal. The room was very damp with a strong smell of damp. We were in the outside room and it was very noisy at night with very loud music. We had dinner in the restaurant and this was a disappointing experience. The food was cold and the beers were warm! I admit that there was definitely a language issue which is our fault as we don't speak Spanish - so perhaps our experience would have been better if we spoke better Spanish.

• Andrea (6/5): Needs more attention to detail to improve stays - The staff is absolutely friendly and they offered a room change for 1 night because we weren't so comfortable on the one we booked (the "chalet" or something). We couldn't stay in the other room for the whole stay since the room was already booked. Breakfast and food in general from the restaurant was also great. My friend and I were staying in the "chalet" or similar, in pictures it looked very pretty and more private than the rest of the hotel, however, the toilet and shower are acutally outside the place-- the hotel says they're "private" but they're actually located on a public space around the parking lot. Moreover, the chalet had many areas of improvement, there was virtually no hangers or room to store many of your belongings, there were no outside lights --if you for example needed to go to the bathroom, and in the day it got quite warm due to the sun but it would immediately get VERY cold after the sun set, so we spent a night with hoodies, socks, sweatpants and everything we could think of, plus two blankets (provided by the hotel) in order to have a decent night sleep. I think it has potential to become something better, but it needs attention to detail and care for it to become the experience they are trying to sell.
• David (10/5): Peace, tranquility, wonderful views, and even better staff! - I loved everything! The staff are the best thing about this hotel - and that's even more amazing when you consider the beautiful location, the amazing views, the peace and tranquility, and the really delicious food (I had actual gold on my salad, too!) and drinks. Francisco (the chef), Sébastian and Melissa are all wonderful human beings, and they took the best care of me whilst I was there. I felt so well looked after the whole time, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The same goes for William and Eneda too, who were always willing to help with washing clothes, cleaning, etc. I felt like a part of the family and didn't want to leave! The location is great (if you want peace tranquility and countryside), just 15 minutes from La Piedra and 20 minutes from Guatapé by bus/jeep, and the hotel has a pool, sauna and jacuzzi to keep you entertained. If you want to rest, recover and/or enjoy the Colombian countryside, whilst being superbly looked after, stay here!

• Cathrin (9/5): Superb - We booked this last minute and I’m so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, Sebastian and his team are so friendly, and the food is delicious. The pool area is lovely with a great view. Plus, the hotel is only a quick drive away from Guatapé and El Peñol. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but we’ll be back. Our room didn’t have bedside tables or reading lamps, so the room was either bright or pitch black. The bed was also too hard for me.

• Saman (4/5): Nice hotel, terrible room - We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the friendly staff. Breakfast was nice also. Our experience with the chalet was disappointing, especially considering it was the most expensive room offered. It was, by far, the worst room in the hotel. The chalet was a small container located next to the parking lot, and it didn't have a bathroom or toilet (we had access to a bathroom outside the chalet). Also, the room lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the day and freezing at night. The walls had holes, the lock had to be fixed, and the container was overall not well-maintained or clean. We would’ve changed our room, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked.

The property is stunning with all of the amenities and beyond: jacuzzi, pool, sauna, bonfire area, multiple decks to relax or sunbathe. The restaurant had a great variety celebrating local ingredients and dishes. It is located 15 min from Guatape, which makes it a nice peaceful getaway. Transport can be easily arranged to explore. Will definitely stay here when I have the next opportunity.

• John (10/5): A little piece of paradise - Gorgeous views and beautiful flora adorn the gardens on the property. There are several common areas where you can relax and take in the view. Also a large pool and hot tub that have an outdoor bar. The rooms are big, with mini kitchens and large bathrooms that have a private jacuzzi. I did not appreciate the music playing at the pool from 10 am to 10 pm. Sometimes you want to contemplate the natural beauty in silence.
