• Rani (7/5): You get what you pay, not too far from the main shinjuku area, 2 big beds good for 3 to 4 people - Good amenities , not too far from centre of Shinjuku. The blankets were not clean

• Christoph (7/5): Erwartungen so ziemlich erfüllt - Die Lage mitten in einer Wohngegend ist recht gut, mindestens 5 Bahnhöfe sind in Laufentfernung, inklusive Shinjuku Station. Von dort sind wir abends meist zu Fuß nach Hause gegangen. Vermieter hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Super, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Doppelbetten, aber jeweils nur eine breite Decke, das ist ja nicht jedermanns Sache. Auf Anfrage beim Vermieter hieß es, man habe keine weiteren Decken. Die Bettbezüge waren sauber, die Decken selbst, naja.
• HERVÉ (8/5): - Le prix est raisonnable pour 2 chambres séparées avec lits doubles. C'est effectivement à 10 min à pied du métro. Le logement est propre et clair mais sans vue extérieure (vitres granitées). Il n'y a que des escaliers extérieurs ( 2 étages ) pas pratiques si vous avez de grosses valises. Il n'y a pas de placard. Les ceintres ne peuvent s'accrocher que sur la petite barre du rideau de douche. En ce moment il y a des travaux de construction adjacents au logement avec du bruit la journée, il vaut donc mieux se lever tôt.

• Buse Gizem (7/5): - Evin konumu çok iyiydi birden fazla metro istasyonuna 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi ve ev görsellerde aktarıldığı gibiydi. Bir odadaki klima kumandası çalışmıyordu ve ev sahibine bunu söylememize rağmen çözüm bulmadı. Ayrıca ocak sıkıntılıydı çok kısa süre çalıştıktan sonra hata veriyordu ve bir yumurta pişirmek için çok uzun süre uğraştık.

• Qianqian (5/5): Poor value for money. We wouldn’t chose to stay there in the future unfortunately - I appreciate the cleaning hygiene products the owner has provided. I appreciate the owner allowing us to store our luggages in the room after checking out. Overall I don’t feel the accommodation is clean enough. Smelly pillows, dirty curtains, mouldy bath tub curtain.. We couldn’t use the stove because the cooking pan was full of scratches. One of the beds is really squeaky. Thin wall - you can hear the next door neighbour talking at night. Others have mentioned there’s no place to hang washing clothes. I feel it is very inconvenient. We ended up doing small batch of washing and put them on the back of chairs for drying and had to leave the aircon on during the day. Please note there’s a construction site right next to the accommodation. It didn’t bother us because we were out during the day.

• Robert (8/5): This is an affordable place to stay close to Shinjuku and it was good but could be better with just a few small adjustme - There were two bed rooms with enough space for a large piece of luggage each. Both rooms had AC/heating units. The check in/out procedure was easy and flexible. The location was good for people who are physically fit. Good amenities like washer, fridge, stove, table, chairs, detergent/soap, towels, dishes/pots/cutlery, hangers. There was nowhere obvious to dry dishes or hang wet clothes. The cupboard was full of wet dishes which had to be washed and dried before use. The drain in the bathroom was very slow and when I tried to clean it I stopped because it was too dirty, smelly, and there were no proper cleaning tools. One of the AC/heating units needed a separate video to show me how to turn it on, which the owner gave me the second day of my stay. All of the cups had bad coffee stains in them. The top of the fridge was also stained with coffee. It seemed like the owners attitude was that because you get a deal on price and location, you must take a hit on cleanliness and quality. I think if the apartment was cleaner, the bed sheets/towels were higher quality, and there was coffee/tea/bottled water/snacks provided then the renter would give a more professional image to the guest.

• Fleur (10/5): Perfect affordable place to sleep in the city - Very central and really a good place to sleep for a very decent price. It has two bedrooms and the beds are comfy. The host is super friendly and responsive. Very quiet at night, we loved it! It's a bit small, but perfect for a couple or 2 friends who want to explore tokyo.

• אריאל (9/5): Superb - It was great. quiet at night, super helpful kind and friendly staff. The host is available and willing to help. The room is spacious compared to the places in Japan, clean rooms. The location is great- close to the center we could go anywhere in 15-20 minutes.

We especially loved the terrace - the view on the shinjuku skyline was breathtaking There is no room for clothes or hangers, it’s a little bit small overall. Also be aware that the walls are paper thin and you could clearly hear the neighbors and construction works early in the morning

• Noel (7/5): Good - The location was perfect for accessing the start of the Tokyo Marathon. The neighborhood was quiet, very residential, which is nice for a family. The washing machine was super helpful. There was NO storage. No where to put your clothes. And more, there is no where to hang your clothes to dry after washing.

• Eilis (6/5): Great location. - The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Self check-in process was easy. Some small things, if they were supplied, would have made our stay much better. -a tea towel -a saucepan -a vegetable peeler -a mixing bowl. -a small bedside locker -some shelves -a hanging rail for clothes. Also the hot-plate on the worktop didn't work. (Dodgy wiring underneath). A replacement was in the press which we set up. It would be good to have a smoke alarm in each bedroom. A lot of condensation on the windows in the mornings!
• Yuliya (6/5): Pleasant - The kitchen has normal size fridge and is generally well equipped. Private entrance is a bonus. Quiet area. Very cold apartment despite the aircon heating. Lots of condensation everywhere, so need to air out already chilly flat. No space in the bedrooms apart from bed. We were struggling to find space where to open the suitcases.
• Sean (10/5): Great apartment close to Shinjuku - you won’t regret staying here. - We had a great stay. Rooms were just big enough and was clean and comfortable. Host looked after us and was always quick to respond with our questions.

The owner and employee were very helpful with our request for boosting the WiFi connection as my friend had an important online presentation. Prompt response. No cabinet for keeping clothes, no shower curtain. No lift for the building. One of the beds was noisy, produced a squeaky sound.

• Wong (7/5): Practical stay. - Practical stay, convenient and walking distance to metro and shinjuku station, walking distance to supermarkets and convenient mart. Quiet neighbourhood. Didn’t have drying facilities built in. We washed and dried at the balcony. It was okay and acceptable. Should prepare shower curtain and floor mat.
