- Dace (8/5): - Viss bija labi!
- agnes (8/5): durchaus gut, lage am see vorne kompliziert - sauber, zentral lage- keine sicht auf den see

- Paul (8/5): Happy I chose this place and I'd choose it again; I just wish the agency's vibe were friendlier :-) - It's a lovely apartment very much as described on the site. It's a quiet community which is what I wanted and needed, with easy walking access to the train station just across the lake via a pleasant walk. The house itself is nicely furnished and well maintained. Getting the keys and getting in was well described once I was registered at the agency's site. Some simple thing surprised me by their absence: no clothes hangers for shirts (at least none that I could find), no pot-holders for taking a hot item out of the oven or off the stove, no wooden spoons or good spatulas if you wanted to do some real cooking, generally rather limited kitchen setup overall (utensils, etc. and also no micro-wave oven, which would be fine but only if the kitchen is set up to make heating or cooking food a bit easier). Also, to be honest, the "vibe" from the rental agency was very condescending and negative if I'm honest - it began with the simple fact that you have to upload a san of your passport or ID just to get the code to access the keys. So indeed accessing the keys was easy, but via a registration that I found a bit hard and intrusive. Once registered, the information shared was rather heavy on what you pay if you break anything and heavy on "we hope you know how to treat someone else's home right," much less focused on "welcome to Bissone, here are some ideas for your visit, we hope you enjoy the stay, and do let us know if there's anything you feel that would help the unit work better." I get that it's a business, but in other apartment rentals in Switzerland, I found this balance was better struck between reminding us of our responsibilities as short-term tenants, and making us feel welcomed.
