Guest Reviews
- Brandi-lee (1/5): -
- Guest (1/5): - Clean and good facilities I didn’t sleep for 3 days due to people arguing and screaming for hours at a time
- Anonymous (6/5): Coukd have been better - What breakfast? Good outdoor facilities. Kitchen facilities were good and nice to have a decent sized fridge, not just a bar fridge.. The spa/bath was too dangerous for most of us to get in and just have a shower. There are no handrails to assist with getting in or out and as I told you our youngest was 57 and oldest 75. Totally unsuitable for this age group.
The tiles in the bathroom need a good clean or the grout replacing around the spa along with the tiles in the living area which all need the grout cleaning. Bed side lamps would be handy also.
- Anne (3/5): Poor -
- Cheynah (7/5): Good - Promptly replied when asking for things needing replacing. ie, toilet paper . Strong smell of dead mice and rat urine .
The gate code wouldn't work.
- Metcalf (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tom (7/5): Good - For the age of the complex the unit and facilities where nice and convenient for the weekend Not much to not like everything was there that was needed
- Hannah (4/5): Very handy to foreshore and local shopping centre, but won't book there agin. - We didn't have breakfast Had trouble with the door and couldn't lock it tried phoning 2 numbers I had and sending an email didn't get a reply so spent the night with door unlocked. Found another number the next day and got it fixed only for it to not work after using it a couple of times. Also could hear neighbours on one side TV or radio on very late and on other side talking till after 1 in the morning.
- Isabelle (3/5): Was not impressed with the stay. - Location wise is good The property is really dirty and not up to par. Lights bulb was broken but it did fixed when we called. No floor mat was provided but also sent to us when we requested. The bulk beds were so noisy and unsteady, the mattress in both rooms was really soft and the beds are unsteady and noisy. Ended up one of the adult and kid slept on the 3 seaters and 2 seaters couch for 2 nights.
- Tracey (7/5): Good - It's so close to everything walking distance and close to the beach ☺️ There wasn't much pressure to the shower and water kept going cold 😕
- Alan (8/5): Very good -
- Cade (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shane (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pauline (3/5): Would not stay there again - Good central location Main bedroom is situated right at the carpark so you are constantly woken up overnight and early morning with the comings and goings of the complex.
- Flick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacqueline (7/5): A really enjoyable stay with my family for the long weekend. - Modernised with new decor in the living room, spacious, clean and comfortable. Spa bath :) Lack of fridge shelf to fit a large milk.
A regular dishwashing detergent would be better instead of sachets.
- Hatchman (9/5): Superb - Everything we needed fully functioning kitchen, great pool and trampoline. Beach just down the road.
- Steffert (8/5): Great value for money - The courts and pool plus the location The basketball rim needs to be fixed it’s super wonky. Any real basketball player will get annoyed and it’s used heaps so may aswell fix it up
- Iles (8/5): Very good - Bathroom
- Leone (10/5): Had a great weekend away - Close to everything
- Rita (2/5): This villa is very old, in need of some renovation and overpriced at $1355 per week. - comfortable lounge suite, nice dining table. 1. The bathroom/toilet has a rusty door frame and a warped door which doesn’t close. This means that there is no privacy when using the bathroom or toilet.
2. The shower is low over a large spa bath with no shower curtain and is too hard to climb into making it dangerous for the elderly/infirm. We are in our mid to late 70’s and needed to go elsewhere for a shower every day, this was a big inconvenience.
3. The kettle didn’t work when we arrived so we needed to provide our own.
4. There was only one saucepan which had the Teflon non-stick coating peeling off, so we needed to provide our own saucepans.
5. There was no blind or curtain in the kitchen so we had to peg a towel up at the window or else be overlooked by people climbing the stairs outside.
6. Although there was hanging space in the wardrobe in the main bedroom, there were no drawers or shelves for other clothing.
7. Our disappointment with this accommodation led us to vacate two days earlier than planned.
- Daniel (4/5): Good location, could be cleaner - The location was great The rooms and a bit of a smelly odour to them. Had people staying in rooms around us ( live there) drunk at 4pm both days swearing and carrying on, not great when we have a 6 year old with us.
- George (8/5): Very good -
