• Claire (9/5): - Nice place to stay, has the necessary things and is pretty big In half basement
• Marcel (7/5): - Relatively cheap, well organized, quiet. Its a bit out of the way, about 10 mins to the next bus or local train, and 20 minutes to a larger station (Shinjuku). Theres also no food, grocery store or anything really near by.
• Thomas (8/5): Very good - The emplacement and the owner of the hotel. Not exactly the same looking as the photos, and sometimes a bit noisy but it was alright.
• Bruno (4/5): Not for sleeping 3 people. - Not a lot of things. Very basic Very bad futon to sleep on floor. Too thin and no space in room to put it. They not say you can sleep floor, it is not true. If you are looking for a space for 3 people, please find another place. Futon also soo thin, not good for sleeping at all. We did complain, but no solution was given. The place is not centric
• Emily (10/5): Great value little condo! - It was a great size for two people. Having the kitchenette was helpful! It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the train station. The top row of the fridge was so cold that our food would freeze.
• Aline (10/5): Perfect location for solo travelers in Shinjuku - The property has a perfect location, walking distance from Shinjuku, but far enough from the hustle and it has a local vibe. The check in and check out were smooth, everything very easy. Highly recommend! The kitchen could have more utensils, such as a bigger knife and plates.
• Penny (10/5): Exceptional - Super location, very clean and comfortable and easy contact with the host. Check in and access were really easy. All toiletries provided. We'll definitely stay there again next time. Nothing.
• Prakash (6/5): Pleasant - I found the location to be pretty good- quiet and serene and just a few minutes walk away from the city. It would have been lovely if there was a housekeeping service every few days. The room is a little too small for 3 people.
• Ziyi (10/5): Exceptional - The room is very clean and spacious, very quiet and comfortable, and there are several subway stations within walking distance, as well as a lot of good food. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so I recommend you to make a reservation here.

• Gabriel (8/5): Very good - Excellent location (super close to nishishinjuku, restaurants and konbini), great facilities and very nice owner. Small but spacious. Only one pair of towels but the owner kindly got us extra for free when we asked. Thanks!
• Kevin-snuh (3/5): Poor - Cheaper than other hotels. Warm water and free laundry machine use. Kitchen is available so can save money for restaurant. So cold and too bright at night due to the short curtain. Had to prepare towels personally and no daily housekeeping. No shower curtain. No place for parking. This is not a hotel but Airbnb.
