• Jyun-ying (7/5): Moderate - Has everything. The curtain in the room isn’t long enough 😔 and compromised the quality of sleeping. Random hair on the bed. Air conditioning has a weird sound. The toilet isn’t electronic bidet ☹️

• Weronika (9/5): Superb - The room was spacious as for Japanese standards, there was a wardrobe, little kitchen and a bath. The room is located in a calm neighbourhood and it was really good for sleeping It was quite far from the main attractions but you could easily get there using public transport

• Tom (1/5): If you forget something you won't see it again - I forgot a toiletry bag with a razor, perfume, creams worth 300GBP. I asked the accommodation if they had it (I only stayed two nights) they said no. I asked him to ask the cleaning staff and they stopped answering me. It seems unsafe to me that if you forget something in the apartment it will disappear! Anywhere else they would have reported it, I was still in the city so I could pick it up without a problem.
• Ying (3/5): Disappointing - The host was quick to respond to messages. Disappointing experience. We arrived late at night to find the room had a noticeable mouldy smell. The entrance of the room is partially underground, and the window shown in the main listing photo is covered by crawling plants. Concerned about our family's health, we decided to leave before sunrise and informed the host. Unfortunately, despite our request, we were not provided a refund for the second night. Additionally, there were no convenience stores or vending machines nearby, which is surprising for Japan, making it difficult to access basic necessities.
• Akiko (2/5): Not cozy apartment - It was quiet. There were one double bed and a futon set. The futon was very dirty and stinking. The room was damp and it smelled of mold.
• Callum (10/5): Great 5 day stay in Tokyo. Perfect location with a train station 5 minute walk away. Clean room, super comfortable bed a - Perfect location 10 minute walk from train station, clean, comfortable bed and good WiFi Nothing

• Yana (7/5): Good - It is clean and neat property. It is located 8-minutes by foot from Nishi-shinjuku(Not central Shinjuku station). It is more suitable for 2 people. A good place if you plan to party around Shinjuku(22 minutes walking) or Shibuya(around an hour walking), because you can get back home on foot. It is not as central as I expected. There were only two pairs of slippers and our host did not provide extra for the third person on our booking. Also we got watermelon and there were no knives, our host informed us they do not provide knives in the property. So keep that in mind if you want to cook.

• Sean (7/5): Good - The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. The lack of toiletries, coffee and tea, water and no telly.
