• Matthias (5/5): Wäre schön, wenn es gepflegt wäre! - Großzügig und viel Platz, gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Überall Hundehaare und Menschenhaare in den Betten, in den Handtüchern, auf dem Boden, auf sämtlichen Kissen im Wohnzimmer, Krümel auf den Stühlen und ein komplett klebriger Boden. Wir sind kleben geblieben! Die ganze Wohnung machte keinen sehr gepflegten Eindruck auf uns. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde angeboten das Putzteam vorbei zu schicken! Da wir aber nur zwei Nächte gebucht hatten und den Tag nicht damit verbringen wollten ein Putzteam zu beaufsichtigen, lehnten wir das ab. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob wenigstens ein Preisnachlass drin wäre, wurde gar nicht erst eingegangen. Die Terrasse ist schön, aber leider komplett ohne Möbel!??

The floors were gleaming, and every surface – countertops, tabletops – was spotless. The bathroom was a particular highlight: pristine white tiles, gleaming faucets, not a trace of water stains or unpleasant odors. The towels even smelled freshly sun-dried, which was incredibly reassuring. Even the corners were meticulously cleaned. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The host clearly puts tremendous care into maintaining impeccable cleanliness – enthusiastically recommended! none of them

• Donna (10/5): Amazing stay - The house is amazing.. for its size and location There is no outdoor furniture but we brought the chairs inside for outside nice large patio As a rental owner myself I didnt like that there was only 3 face cloth and 6 towels we were 6 adults so i bought 12 face cloth and should be more towels maybe the cleaning lady forgot to leave some not sure There is no air mattress only a playpen But the host were quick and responded imediately
• Michelle (10/5): A beautiful space to stay with our family. - The apartment is well stocked with anything you might need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed the large bedrooms and king sized beds. Everyone was comfortable and happy during our stay. We found the location to be great for getting around. The owners were prompt and responsive with any questions. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again in the future.
• Tina (10/5): Best place out of any Airbnb or hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Super impressed!! - Loved everything about it! Soooo spacious, clean, comfy, accommodating!! Just a little bit of struggle with the first door code provided. Property management was easy reachable and responded quickly tho! Other than that, excellent experience! Will definitely book here when we can.
• Tracy-lee (8/5): Great stay in good location, slept very comfortably! - Good location, lots of space, beds were comfortable and all king size The glass coffee table is a hazard for kids. Furnace was blowing constantly.
• Michelle (5/5): Large well appointed space, close to WEM, but would not personally book again based on the safety concerns. - The location was handy Neighbours in the basement were loud the first night, luckily I had brought ear plugs. We were unprepared to see that in the main landing there is a locked door that appears to enter from the main floor suite to the basement suite and if were unsure if that means the tenants in the basement have access to the part of the home we were staying in. We didn’t book through air bnb but through booking .com and the confirmation process was quite arduous, not to mention the deposit required was almost equal to our stay and also through a third party. I actually had to contact booking to confirm that I should be sending this info since booking’s site specifically says do not send any info to a third party website, would have cancelled my reservation at this point but it was non-refundable. Hopefully their website is secure since they now have photos of me and additional pieces of ID.
• Mark (10/5): Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and clean! - I sure appreciated the fact that the place was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and description. We could only find 1 dish towel. Maybe we didn't search hard enough. The side and back gates need repaired. They wouldn't close. This would be an issue if we brought our dog next time.

• Marlon (10/5): Very satisfied with the place and this is a home away from home. - It’s spacious, so close with Edmonton Mall. The place was so quiet and peaceful. The house was so clean and the bedrooms were huge, the ensuite room bathroom was big with bath tub and shower room, the living room and the kitchen was spacious. And of course the host Michael and Katrina they were so helpful and when you message them, or ask something they replied immediately. Will be back here and recommend this place to our friends. None

Checkin was more complicated than it needed to be - they didn't alert me to any complications until we were at the property and then I was sent incorrect details. It was sorted after about an hour but -30 temps wasn't fun to wait.
