Constable (10/5): amazing property, 10/10 experience!! would definitely stay here again - i loved the view, facilities and cleanliness. it was very spacious and exactly like the pictures which was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable. the doors were a little stubborn to open with the keys

Shona (3/5): Poor - Pool was fantastic, the view and decor of the apartment were lovely. Kitchen utensils were very well stocked, lots of plastic cups to be able to drinks down to the pool. Very clean. No aircon! The apartment is on the top floor and therefore is extremely warm in the afternoons. We left on the first day as it was impossible to cool down until the sun went down. For the price of this apartment, you expect to have aircon. The kitchen lacked basic staples like oil for cooking and salt and pepper. The check in service was terrible, we had to walk 30mins as a round trip to pick up the key on check in and they asked the same for check out which we did not do. The communication to do this came too late to be able to pre-plan transport - we were send an email/text a couple of hours before check-in and an hour before check out. Shower door in ensuite also did not close so bathroom floor would flood with every shower and was very slippery. One of the electric blinds in the master room was broken and would not close on the first night, we took it off and unraveled to keep it permanently closed for remainder of the stay. One of the outdoor awnings was also broken and would not extend completely.
