Allesia (1/5): Don't Rent This Place!! - Absolutely nothing Do not rent this place. The owners are very shady. They needed to cancel our reservation but tried to bully me into canceling. When I got to the place, it was in a very undesirable location. The building had people sitting outside smoking. Does not in any fashion look like the pictures. Booking is no better. This person canceled at the last minute, and they refused to help us. Instead of finding us another place as Air BnB would have done, they insisted all they could do is send a list of places for us to book and wait on a refund from them. So we were on our own and expected to spend more money with them to save a measly $75!! The customer service reps were rude and unsympathetic to our situation even though we did all the right things. One flat out refused to connect me to a supervisor. There were 11 of us with 5 of those being children. We were essentially 6 hours from home and homeless! I will never rent a home from Booking again. I was appalled at the way we were treated by all involved.
