• rttb (10/5): - Het mooiste appartement dat ik ooit heb geboekt. De locatie is fantastisch, om de hoek van San Marco plein. Het appartement is heel modern en schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het allerleukste is het "balkon" wat uitkijkt over een klein pleintje naast de kerk. Is zou dit zeker weten nog een keer boeken. Echt helemaal niks. Zelfs toen de waterkoker onverwacht defect raakte werd direct aangeboden deze te vervangen. Echt super service.

• Philippa (10/5): Great accommodation in a fab location - The property is in an amazing location, a stone’s throw from San Marco. The decor is a stylish mix of old and new. The apartment is really spacious. There is a cute little window seat nook which is a great place to watch the world go by with a drink in hand. Nothing! Definitely recommend.

Абсолютно сказочное место, от которого захватывает дух! Расположение — мечта: в буквальном смысле в двух шагах от площади Сан-Марко, Гранд-канала, Палаццо Дукале и всех главных жемчужин Венеции. Выходишь из дома — и сразу в самом сердце магии города. А вокруг — лучшие рестораны, где каждое блюдо как произведение искусства. Анна — волшебница! Профессиональная, невероятно заботливая и теплая. Она дала нам безупречные рекомендации по ресторанам, помогла с навигацией на острова, рассказала о секретах города — с ней мы почувствовали себя как настоящие венецианцы! Сами апартаменты — это не просто жилье, это эстетическое удовольствие, музейный экспонат и оазис роскоши в одном. Интерьер — безукоризненный: люстры из муранского стекла, восстановленные фрески XV века, изысканная деревянная мебель, каждая деталь дышит историей и стилем. Всё новое, свежее, отремонтированное на высочайшем уровне. Кондиционирование работает идеально — в августовскую жару мы спасались внутри, наслаждаясь прохладой и комфортом. Это была настоящая прохладная гавань посреди знойной Венеции! Матрас — как в лучших отелях мира, постельное белье — свежайшее, с тонким ароматом, от которого хочется не выходить из кровати. В квартире витает едва уловимый, очень приятный, благородный запах — просто восторг! На кухне — абсолютно всё: от посуды до мелочей для готовки и стирки. Всё продумано до совершенства. Ничего не не хватало — ни одной детали. А вечера… Мы сидели на изумительном балконе и слушали живую скрипку, Вивальди в исполнении уличного музыканта — совершенно бесплатно, как личный концерт только для нас. Это был момент абсолютного счастья. А по утрам — ароматный кофе на том же балконе, пока город просыпается… Это было волшебство. Мы влюблены. Мы обязательно вернёмся. Эти апартаменты — это Венеция в своём самом изысканном, вдохновляющем воплощении!
• Cory (9/5): The apartment is gorgeous and in a perfect location, but not easy to and from the airport. - The location was absolutely perfect. It's very close to San Marco square, but just enough off that it's not noisy. It's a spacious apartment. The air conditioning was a dream because it was very hot in Venice while we were there in July. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast (coffee maker, plug in kettle for tea, etc...). Also -- upon our arrival, we were met at the dock by a very friendly and helpful host. She provided excellent recommendations. The only slight challenge that we weren't expecting -- transportation from the airport takes a long time. We took the recommended Alilaguna boat. From the airport the boat ride to the recommended stop was an hour fifteen minutes. Another option would have been a private water taxi, but that would have been way more expensive (our boat ride one way was $16 per person, $64 total, for 4 of us and the private water taxi was quoted as close to $300).

• Helen Pamela (9/5): Muy buena opción para ir con niños - Que está en el centro de Venecia y la cercanía para caminar hacia todos los sitios turísticos, la señora de la inmobiliaria muy buena explicando cada detalle del piso como un mapa de cómo movernos por Venecia , muy bien , todo perfecto Por decir algo , lo de tirar la basura porque es un lío hay unas horas específicas y bueno solo estuvimos 2 noches , luego que una de las puertas del baño que está cerca a la cocina se cerró por dentro pero una avería que lo solventaron rápidamente , los vecinos de abajo en algún momento dieron golpes al suelo del apartamento , pero en general muy bien , son pequeños detalles a mejorar.
• Diamond (7/5): Location is authentic, apartment is good; be aware of host Sarah threats - Location is great. Apartment has got an authentic vibe. Communication with location representatives before the arrival is prompt and professional, we got sufficient information and good travel tips. BUT when we had communicated our problems with the host Sarah, communication with the property representatives wasn't smooth. Our experience with host Sarah was more than terrible. First of all, she was very unhappy, that we had late arrival (despite of the fact, that for this service we paid extra money). We also had additional questions on garbage rules (as garbage removal has to be extra paid) and Sarah became more unhappy as she started to threaten TO KICK US OUT from the apartment in the middle of the night and cancel our booking. She even took from us the apartment keys after the payment was made and kept threatened us (check-in day was my mother's Bday and she even had to take medicine after this shocking Sarah's behavior) and kept saying, that the management told her to do so. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and to threaten the clients to kick them out from the apartments in the middle of the night, knowing that it is probably impossible to get new place to stay, is really shocking experience. Also, be aware, that the apartment is NOT HOTEL and to all additional questions rised by us, we received this answer: IT'S NOT HOTEL.
