• Daniel Heiserer (9/5): - I expected a small apartment, but we had 3 double beds, two sleeping rooms. Big TV we did not use, large fridge and bathroom. It was super clean and modern floor. Two airconditions made it an oasis in the heat of tokyo. The coordinates to access the place were perfect and access by numerous security box easy. Couldn't have been better. As we were 3 people the bathroom is a bottleneck. However the big kitchen is a plus. It would be great to have a large mirror left from the water in the kitchen at wall of the bathroom. So there would be a double option to get prepared in the morning.

• Daniela (6/5): It’s in a good location. - Good location There was absolutely nowhere to hang clothes, wet towels. We couldn’t tell from the photos that one of the beds was in the kitchen area. The toilet is in the bathroom which opens from the kitchen.

• Ian (8/5): Pick this place with pure luck and was better than expected - The location was in a very quite part but not far from restaurants and convenience stores etc Everything was as expected
• Abdullah (7/5): Good - Location was amazing. Not too built up area and not too suburban. Good value for money. Easy to get to. Great views from the roof. The rooms we saw online were not the rooms we were given: I think it was the apartment next door. We booked expecting a 3-bedroom apartment as that’s what was advertised. However when we arrived we realised that it’s actually only 2 private bedrooms and the other bed is out in the communal space directly next to the kitchen and toilet. Should’ve been advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment. The washer/drier also isn’t the best; but we had the heater on so that dried our clothes faster.
• Paul (8/5): Great quiet spot with a view too. - Really nice quiet area of Shinjuku, five minutes walk from either Nishi Shinjuku station or Okubo station, as advertised it’s at the most a 10 minute walk into Shinjuku shopping/station. It has 2 good sized bedrooms, the 3rd is in the main living area. All double beds. Nothing, only comments would be it would be a tight squeeze for 6 people. There are stairs, which is always fun with bags, but I’ve had a lot worse in Europe.
• Joseph (5/5): Area is the biggest plus here, pricepoint for area is worth the bedding issue - It was a great area, laundry mat was close, shinjuku city centre was an 18min walk from door to door, so area is great. I did not like the bedding: 1. they were not aligned with the photos online 2. The sheets were clean but the pillows and blankets had an odour that came through the sheets which I did not like.

• Donovan (9/5): Fun - It was a nice quiet neighbourhood. The host was great at responding to questions. It was quite a walk to the station which was not a problem for me but others may want to think about that as its roughly 15 mins to Okubo and 23 to nishi-shinjuku
• Clare (8/5): Very good - The location was about 20min walk to the Shinjuku main station and better eateries. In a quiet residential area. The communication from the host was excellent and very fast. You basically get what you pay for and this case you get a little bit more. The 3rd bed in the living area would have been better as a sofa to make it more useable space and comfortable. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Thank you
• Lorna (9/5): Convenient stay in Shinjuku - Location is great, it's a 10-15 minute walk to several different train stations. There are convenience stores very close and a Yamato Transport office close if you need to ship luggage. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you need to accommodate a group of people and have some privacy this is a good choice. The stairs are a bit narrow, but still manageable. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. They do provide some hangers you can use to hang clothes to dry.
• Helio (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, calm and silent neighborhoods within a walking distance from Tokyo's Nishi-shinjuku Metro station!
• Zachary (1/5): AVOID this place qt all costs. Not worth the hassles! - Was clean Very hard to find. You need Google maps and data to get there. It's behind so many sketchy alleyways. It's a 20 minute walk from the subway! There is Nobody to check you in. The owner didn't answer my emails. I didn't even get an automated email from the property. Nobody answers the telephone. This is a terrible and dangerous experience for a traveler! The apartment residents had to help me check in.
• Don (5/5): Just sleep the night and passed the day. - Nothing It wasn’t 10 minutes walk from Station. It was 27 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Very narrow staircase to access to property and unable carry our suitcase to the 3rd floor.
• Ross (10/5): Amazing place. Great value for money and very comfortable - Great place. Nice to have your own apartment with rooms each and actual double beds. 5 minute walk to nearest subway station. Check in time was a little late

• Andrea (6/5): Pleasant - The staff is very polite and helpful. The bed mattress were very uncomfortable. I had back-pain for 3 days. The wifi is very poor. Impossible to work from the table. Must connect near the main door

Great host Wifi didn't really work in our appartement only In one room, maybe the main room with a bed needs a AC, gets hot in there with the other bedroom doors closed at night. But other than that it was great 👍
• Zach (9/5): 3 double beds Exactly what we needed for our group! - There are not many places to have 3 double beds. This is what we needed for our group. Everything was clean, clear instructions for access. Plenty of hot water. Quiet neighborhood, but a little bright from street lights. 1 bathroom is tough but doable. The one thing we didn’t like was that the A/C was not turned on prior to arrival. We had to leave for a several hours for it to be cool enough to be inside. It is on the 3rd floor so it was really hot. Location was good, but long walks for destinations, trains, and food. There are scooters to rent through Luup in the area that we didn’t find until our last day. This would have eliminated our unnecessary walking.
