Phạm (8/5): - Lần đầu mình đi là tháng 12 năm 2025. Mình rất hài lòng nên đã book tiếp chỗ này. Điều thích nhất là vị trí rất đẹp tiện đi chơi nhiều chỗ. Gần Phan Kế Bính nhiều quán Nhật và quán ăn ngon. Đặc biệt là chỗ này có máy giặt sấy và bàn ủi, rất phù hợp cho những ai đi công tác dài ngày. Đối diện còn có tiệm may rất tốt, phù hợp để sửa quần áo. nhưng sau khoảng vỏn vẹn 4,5 tháng mình thấy nội thất có phần xuống cấp rồi. Năm ngoái đi còn cửa cuốn đóng lại năm nay thì hỏng hay sao á nên không cửa cuốn nên hơi rén khi đậu xe vì ai cũng ra vào được. Mình ở phòng 301 ổ điện bị lỏng hơi nghiêng ra ngoài nên ai bị lo âu dễ thấy sợ hãi. Bồn vệ sinh sạch nhưng bị gãy nên hơi lỏng. Tủ quần áo cũng bị gãy nhẹ vài chỗ nhưng chấp nhận được. Dầu gội, sữa tắm và khăn được trang bị đầy đủ nhưng thiếu bàn chải và kem đánh răng nên mọi người nhớ mang theo hoặc mua ở Circle K gần đấy.

Dù khách đã báo trước giờ đến nhưng người quản lí không hề thông báo chi tiết và đầy đủ về thông tin nhận phòng, bỏ mặc khách hơn 30’ lúc nửa đêm (không đưa số phòng, không đưa mật khẩu hộp đựng thẻ phòng), gọi lần đầu thì tắt máy ngang, sau đó gọi thêm mấy chục cuộc thì mới nghe máy và đưa thông tin, không một câu nói thông cảm cho sai sót hay xin lỗi. Phòng thì nhỏ hơn ảnh chụp rất nhiều, nhà vệ sinh có mùi hôi, ấm đun nước siêu tốc thì đóng cặn trắng như chưa từng được rửa. The service was absolutely terrible. Even though I notified them of my arrival time in advance, the manager didn't provide complete check-in instructions. I was left waiting for more than 30 minutes in the middle of the night without a room number or the password for the key box. The first time I called, he hung up on me. After dozens more calls, he finally answered and gave me the information. There was no apology or acknowledgment of his mistake. The room itself was much smaller than the photos, the bathroom smelled, and the electric kettle had a thick white residue, like it had never been cleaned.

Mino (5/5): Clean, reasonably comfortable. Dissapointing host - Secure and close to fresh food market Communication with the owner/manager was poor. Traveling with my 81 year old Grandmother, I realized that the property would not be suitable for her. The bed and the bathtub/shower that she struggled to get in and out of. Tried to cancel 2 weeks prior to our trip and he refused to refund. So we decided to go ahead with booking. During our stay communication was still poor on his end. The cleaning ladies were lovely though. Room is a lot smaller than picture. Not many kitchen utilities. Shame because being close to a market would have loved to use the kitchen to cook.
