- Nasser (5/5): كانت تجربة دون التوقعات هذه المرة من ناحية التنظيم والخدمة والراحة - تغيّر مستوى المكان عن السابق بشكل ملحوظ؛ توزيع دورات المياه غير عملي (حمام واحد يخدم عدة غرف)، نقص في التجهيزات الأساسية داخل الغرف، تأخير في الدخول بسبب مشكلة الوصول، ضعف في خدمة الحجز والتعامل، إضافة إلى عدم توفر مواقف مخصصة للنزلاء لم تكن الإقامة مريحة بسبب ضعف التنظيم الداخلي، وقلة دورات المياه مقارنة بعدد الغرف، ونقص التجهيزات الأساسية، وتأخير إجراءات الدخول، إضافة إلى ضعف مستوى التواصل وخدمة الحجز وعدم توفر مواقف مخصصة للنزلاء، مما أثر سلبًا على التجربة بشكل عام

The bulding guard was extremely kind and helpfull whenever i asked for anything, he genuinely tried his best to fix it and assist us.
