- Christine (8/5): - A good size and quiet location. Tv in main living area had no signal. Tv in main bedroom upstairs no remote. Agent was notified when we returned the key. Disappointed that we needed to hire linen at extra expense, I felt this was not made clear on booking site. The language used in the information book was very officious, could be improved.
- Anh (8/5): Overall, it’s a lovely, well-located unit with good potential — a bit more attention to cleaning and restocking would re - We enjoyed our stay at the unit — it was neat and in a great location, which made getting around Phillip Island really convenient. When we arrived, there was wet washing left in the washing machine, and the house, particularly the bedroom, was quite dusty, so I needed to vacuum. A wet Chux had been left instead of a fresh one, and there were dishes still in the dishwasher that hadn’t been put away. There was also no extra toilet paper provided — I had to buy some, as the existing rolls were already low. Lastly, the chopping boards were quite worn and could do with replacing.

- Jennifer (7/5): Overall is great for family stay. - Is ok for cleanness. Quiet, location is great! Some areas are really dusty like the bed frame, window frame, the balcony and the floor. Bring your own linen and towels, extra cost for linen and set up.
- Suken (6/5): Not worth spending 500 per night for this property. Too many issues see details in what wasn’t good about the property - The location. Short drive to Cowes cafes and shops. The property wasn’t clean enough. It definitely needs pest control as there were spider webs under the furniture, beds, corner of the rooms. We saw couple of cockroaches as well. Furthermore, we paid extra for bed making and towels etc. I am shocked by their service. The beds weren’t made. Pillow covers and bed sheets were just left on the beds. Some of the towels had stains and they gave us 2 hand towels between 6 guest. The property claims to be fully equipped, but kitchen didn’t have hand towels, scrubs, missing laundry powder, etc. there were small but essential things we had to buy. I sent multiple messages but no reply from the property management. There were heaps of emails regarding house rules, garbage bins etc etc. it’s AirBnb in disguise. First national, the property management didn’t even offer any reimbursement even after complaining about not getting the service we paid for.

- Rachel (9/5): Quiet modern place to stay near Silverleaves Beach - The proximity to the beach and Cowes. Bright and modern decor. Plenty of space indoors. Toilet roll and handwash provided. Shower was great. Need better frying pans and something to clean pans with, e.g. scourer. Kitchen sink tap needs tightening as it was very loose. Outside area was nice place to sit - very private but needed sweeping.
