• Martyna (10/5): Loved our stay! - Great apartment close to the subway. All amenities provided, including free washing machine and detergent. Beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended, we loved our stay!
• Rachel (10/5): Cute and lovely apartment with nice tub, kitchenette, and two large beds! - For a Tokyo apartment, the space was amazing! Two large beds, a deep bathtub and strong AC. I had a wonderful night of great cozy sleep! I personally don’t mind walking, so this didn’t bother me, but it’s a bit of a walk from the station (maybe around 20min for me), so keep that in mind if that’s something that you be troublesome for you!

• Cheyanne (9/5): Superb - Excellent location! So many things nearby, including the train station. Would definitely recommend! We did occasionally hear some loud noise from the neighboring buildings, but it was not excessive.

• Chaie (7/5): Good - Well priced for a two night family stay Clean and comfortable It’s a bit of a walk from the station, and it’s a very narrow staircase up to the room which was a bit tricky with two big cases, no complaints overall though ;)
• Gabriella (7/5): Good - Surrounding is a nice cosy neighbourhood. Great that there are quite a few convenience stores close by. Host mixed up our keys so check-in was rather unsmooth. Host was also not prompt in responding and we ended up having to sort things out with the other guests ourselves. Although location is close proximity to subway station, there are up and down slopes. It isn't easy to get to with large luggages.

• Amy (10/5): Great location, clean and has everything you need! - Very clean, had washing machine and clothes line, close to Shinjuku main area & train lines. It was great accomodation with everything we needed. Needed a small vacuum when staying for longer visits. We mopped each day, but it would have been great to quickly vacuum before mopping.
• Lisa (8/5): Based in Shinjuku - Close to the train station & Shinjuku City. The neat & tidy apartment was easy to find. Hosts responded to messages on the same day. One cooktop burner, microwave, fridge & washing machine made it easier for our family of four to holiday. There was not enough cups, mugs, plates for a family of four (host retified this). If you cannot use chopsticks, you will need to bring forks and knives as only one set was provided. The fridge was not working (host retified this with a new fridge). The apartments are not serviced and washing towels, bedding, rubbish removal and cleaning are done by the person staying. (We stayed 10 nights.) A communal washing machine and detergent were supplied, but no where to dry wet washing. We ended up using some rope outside a window with no balcony and purchased some pegs.

• Jihyeon (3/5): I booked for 2 nights but booked another hotel for the second night for my comfort. - Spacious compared to most other Japanese accommodations. The host was responding fast. I would recommend if you are 3-4 people and this place is cheaper than other places near. And also if you don't care about mold or poor wifi. The shower certain was very moldy. There was hair on the kitchen sponge. Very poor wifi.
