• Melissa (6/5): - Close to everything can walk to what you need. Unit was a little dated but functional Secure access with key access only via lift Check in was a little confusing. Not really clear information on how to access the property. Very loud location, was woken most nights by yelling from club next door. There was a screaming match on my last day that lasted an hour just outside my unit on the street. All not in control of the property but lead me to leave and not extend my stay. My key didn't work on the door to the lobby, could only come in and out via garage.
• Shankar (6/5): Forster is a nice getaway to visit which made up for the not too happy accommodation. - Clear instructions No milk kept to make a cup on arrival. No tissue box. Cheap toilet rolls. Some cutlery was dirty. Overall, we were disappointed with the facilities for the money charged.

• Carmen (8/5): Excellent location made an enjoyable weekend. - Convenient location close to everything so barely used the car once we arrived. Was great to be able to go out for dinner & drinks without having to worry. Unfortunately our room had a view of the Public Toilet straight across the road which sometimes included the associated smell. This limited our time spent on the balcony. The Lounge is pretty uncomfortable so didn’t use that much either.
• Marilla (9/5): I'd book it again. - great location and quality unit. Even in the rain, it was bright and nice to stay in. A couple of lights and the bathroom exhaust fan weren't working. would have been great to have a small BBQ on the deck. No hanging room in the wardrobe due to a spare bed stored in there- meaning also no room to place the suitcase.

• Peter (9/5): Overall its a great unit and a great location. - Location was exceptional A little noisy,traffic noise from buses,cars and trucks. Also we would have thought there would be a few coffee/tea/sugar and milk however there was none at all.
• Catrina (10/5): Exceptional - Location was brilliant, easy access to everything. Room was very clean and well equipped, beds were comfortable. Communication was great and collecting the keys was very easy as we arrived late. If I and being extremely picky, there was no complimentary tea or coffee, so bring your own or slip down the cafe around the corner.

• Ron (9/5): Excellent location for meeting up with friends and family. Plenty of cafes nearby. - Some confusion about how to access the lift from the car garage. Information about using the key to access the lift would have been helpful. For us, we made a call and all was good.
• Robert (4/5): Clean but poor location. - Not much Noisy at night just 50m from pub. Queen bed was rock hard. No block out drapes in bedroom to stop street lights shining in to room. All = lack of sleep for 4 nights!

Harangued by messages & emails from the Marina 408 and/or Booking.com - approximately 20! Property undergoing renovations immediately outside our room. We were not advised until the day of our arrival!
