• Dmitri (1/5): The apartments do not match the description or the rating. - The apartments are located in the Old Town, which is the only advantage. This is the first time I have stayed in such apartments. The price–quality ratio is absolutely not acceptable. The building is old, it smells damp, it was very cold, and the heating did not work. My wife and children slept in sweaters. There is almost no water pressure in the room — it was barely possible to brush our teeth, the water was just trickling. There is no Wi-Fi, although the network name and password are provided — in reality it does not exist. There is parking next to the house, but the lock with the code did not work. Also, the parking space is very narrow — we barely managed to fit between the pillars. The apartments are not as clean as expected. I do not recommend it to anyone.

• Gabriella (9/5): - Lage ist Stadtmitte. Wir waren nur eine Nacht Gäste, wir waren zufrieden und uns hat gefallen. Gastgeber schlecht erreichbar.
• Andi (7/5): Nice stay for a family close to the center - Awesome location in the center of Günzberg & still very quiet. Clean apartment and plenty of space for the whole family Overall house not the most comfortable & modern starting with entrance and stairwell being very dark and narrow. Lighting in stairwell was partially not working. Hot water was also a challenge as it required a long time to run before a shower. Miscommunication on security code for parking & typo in phone number led to some confusion at arrival.
• Viktor (9/5): - Удобное месторасположение 50м от центральной площади , наличие паковки рядом с апартаментами , оснащение , дополнительный санузел , понятное заселение и выезд , достаточно просторная квартира , мы остановились на две ночи нам понравилось. Это не минус , но если вы высокого роста вам неудобно будет в ванной принимать душ из-за скоса крыши , просто для информации - учтите при бронировании.
• Liuba (5/5): To avoid in winter - Spacious apartment, good equipment, invlusive supplies for children, close the Legoland and centre of town. Parking is secured by chain and code padlock. The host provide iclear nformation how to get there, but... First. I couldn't open the lock because of the wrong code or the broken lock. Second. The bed linen smeled weird, and the MOST IMPORTANT - the heating system didn't work. Winter time. The host said maybe because of renovaton of the neighboring apartment. I consider it should glhave been checked, so the apartment is not ready to receive the guests, at least this winter. Also, there are churhes around and they announce the time quite loudly even at night .
• Iwan (8/5): Mooi groot appartement op mooie locatie. - Locatie, prima tussenovernachting voor wintersport, groot appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien Warm water duurt echt heel lang. Helaas geen magnetron.

• Verena (3/5): Kein Strom!!! - Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Wir kamen abends im Oktober mit drei müden und hungrigen kleinen Kindern von einem Ausflug ins Legoland zurück und standen komplett im Dunkeln – in der gesamten Wohnung gab es keinen Strom mehr. Nach dem Prüfen der Sicherungskästen in der Wohnung und im Hausflur war klar, dass das Problem nicht an der Sicherung selbst lag. Im Sicherungskasten im Hausflur lag ein Brief der örtlichen Versorgungswerke an den Vermieter, was uns vermuten ließ, dass fehlende Zahlungen zur Abschaltung des Stroms geführt haben. Wir haben die Vermieter telefonisch erreicht, die sich entschuldigten und uns zusicherten, die Nacht zu erstatten. Leider haben wir seitdem keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr erhalten – auf weitere Nachrichten wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Letztendlich mussten wir eine ganze Nacht im Dunkeln verbringen und konnten keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten wie Kühlschrank oder Herd nutzen. Das war insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern sehr belastend und hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.
• Daniela P (7/5): Гютзбург. - Местоположението, някои от удобствата, и стаите. На молбата ми за по ранно настаняване ми поискаха 20 евро отгоре. В апартамента няма налягане на водата и беше живо приключение да се изкъпят 4 човека.

• Vanessa (4/5): - Leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Es gab in der Unterkunft kein warmes Wasser und der Wasserdruck war so gering, dass Duschen kaum möglich war – was mit Kindern besonders schwierig war. Wir haben den Gastgeber sofort informiert. Als Rückmeldung hieß es nur, man müsse das Wasser länger laufen lassen – geholfen hat das leider nicht. Schade, denn die Wohnung selbst wäre eigentlich schön gewesen, aber ohne warmes Wasser ist das kein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Leider konnten wir uns im Nachgang mit der Unterbringung nicht einigen, da wir keine Antwort erhalten.

• Patrik (10/5): Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, die Lage ist perfekt zum spazieren und einkaufen alles zu Fuß zu erreichen - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön ausgestattet und für Familien mit Kindern gibt es auch eine gut ausgestattete Spielecke einfach rund um ein schönes wohnen
