- Kim (8/5): I think it was value for money, fully equipped apt and the location was excellent, it's a no frills - Not applicable 1. Because it was a circular building, the space was very tight, virtually no reception desk; 2. A foreign worker met me at the ground floor entrance door (no proper lobby), I wish he was properly attired (like with a uniform); but he was punctual and spoke sufficient English; 3. Payment was by cash or online bank transfer only, not credit card; 4. The booking required a RM200 cash deposit, which was promptly returned on check out when another guy came to check the rooms, note that the deposit amount was stated in the invoice/receipt when we checked in; 5. The third bedroom had a curtain only at the doorway, no proper door; 6. Had trouble figuring out the location and the ID of the operator because there was so many Vortex@KLCC names on google map and the booking.com location map.
