• VLASIOS (1/5): Τραγική είσοδος λες και ήμασταν σε πίστα με λαβύρινθοι και έντονη μυρωδιά σε σημείο που δεν μπορούσαμε ούτε να κάτσουμε - Δεν μείναμε ποτέ ενώ το είχαμε πληρώσει γιατί μόλις φτάσαμε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα επιστρέψαμε με το ίδιο εισιτήριο πίσω Τραγική είσοδος και γενικά μέχρι να φτάσουμε στο δωμάτιο ήταν λες και μπαίναμε σε λαβύρινθο.Μεχρι να φτάσουμε στο δωμάτιο είχε μια πολύ έντονη μυρωδιά σε όλο τον κοινόχρηστο χώρο και μόλις μπήκαμε μέσα στο δωμάτιο αυτήν η μυρωδιά ήταν ακόμα πιο έντονη και έτσι αποφασίσαμε να χάσουμε τα χρήματα μας και να αποχωρήσουμε.Γενικα το δωμάτιο φαινόταν ανακαινισμένο και με καινούργια πράγματα αλλά λόγω της μυρωδιάς αλλά και της γενικής εικόνας μέχρι να φτάσεις στο δωμάτιο αρκούσε ώστε να φύγουμε

Unici problemi sono stati la puzza di fogna, in particolare in una giornata, ma è una cosa che può capitare… e purtroppo c’erano tante zanzare

• Loucas (8/5): Helpful tips for improvement. - Perfect location. Cleanliness. Has all basic amenities. Plenty of towels and bed sheets. The person in charge, Marcos, is courteous. We needed a bread toaster instead of a small sandwich toaster for breakfast. This takes too much time to make toasts. The lighting in the bathroom is not strong enough. In the kitchen cabinets, cleaning material should be separated from food related items. Dining chairs were stained. They can be easily cleaned using the appropriate cleaner.
• Antonis (10/5): Εξαιρετικό - Ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις, σε κεντρικό σημείο της Αθήνας. Καθαρός χώρος, άνετα κρεβάτια, συνεχής παροχή ζεστού νερού, πόρτα ασφαλείας, ένα βήμα από τα καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και αξιοθέατα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντοτε ευγενικός καθόλη μας την επικοινωνία και πολύ εξυπηρετικός σε ότι του είχαμε ζητήσει. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε! Υπήρχε λίγος θόρυβος το βράδυ λόγω ενός μπαρ που βρίσκεται απέναντι αλλά είναι σύνηθες φαινόμενο στην Αθήνα και δεν επέδρασε αρνητικά στη διαμονή μας.

• Cristina (8/5): Buono - L'appartamento è ben ristrutturato. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata. A disposizione bollitore e macchina del caffè con cialde. Molto apprezzato il ancello per accedere al pianerottolo. È a 5 minuti dalla piazza e alla via principale. Il check in anticipato è stato soddisfatto e l'assistenza via whatsapp molto puntuale nelle risposte. Lo stabile è piuttosto datato e non molto manutenzionato ma in linea con gli edifici della città. La strada è deserta la sera a parte un paio di locali che aprono e chiudono tardi la sera. Come zona non è bellissima ma non abbiamo riscontrato problemi di sicurezza. Consiglio di sostituire un piumone in quanto macchiato.

It is very close for all down town facilities. For the apartment I can say that is very spacious and clean. The lightning in the bathroom was very low, it needs to be fixed because it is very dark.

• Michalis (7/5): Good - The location Not clean and the rooms had a very bad smell . It smelled badly.
• Thekla (8/5): Location was good - The location is perfect. The entrance in the night or during the weekend when the shops on the ground floor are closed, was a bit weird. Another thing is that it was not as clean as i expected it to be for the price paid.
• Βάσια (10/5): Perfect stay - Absolutely perfect stay! The host was outstanding, the location incredibly convenient, and the cleanliness was beyond exceptional. truly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Every surface sparkled and every detail was spotless. Highly recommended!

• Dijena (7/5): I would recommend for short stays! - Location was great, the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. Not very comfortable bed and maybe more pillows and individual linens can be offered (even if beds are double). There is lots of noise in the evening, which goes until 1 am.

Below are just some small details I highly appreciate: - Host is responsive and replies quickly to my questions - There are coffee pods, biscuits, and jams for consumption - Excellent water pressure and heating - Amenities are complete (laundry, kitchen, refridgerator, utensils, towels, soap, etc.) - Beddings are soft and comfortable All in all, worth the value!

• Miriam (10/5): Exceptional - I have visited Athens several times, this room is the best. In the city center, a few minutes' walking distance to every attraction, in a quiet and clean location. A spacious room for a family or two couples, very clean, air conditioners in the rooms and in the living room, continuous contact with the owner who asked several times if we needed anything and took care of the cleaning himself in the middle of our stay. There is an elevator in the building. Score 100 for the room!

Its central location provides easy access to many cafeterias, bars and restaurants. Syntagma metro station is just a 3 minute walk away. The host was very kind and helpful.

The isolation in the apartment is not strong so you hear some movements from apart above, but it did not ruin our stay. Slight smell in the toilet from the pipes.
• Craig (9/5): Close to town, comfortable apartment. - Close to the centre of town, nicely renovated apartment, comfortable base to explore from. Loud macerator toilet suite had some issue at the time.

Furniture doesn’t fit the house either (a lot of plugs are covered by furniture)+ - Noisy. There is a crazy noise coming out of the bathroom every 10 seconds. Also people around were doing renovations from 6am at times. - Not super clean (it wasn’t dirty but it just wasn’t thoroughly cleaned) not a massive concern. - Communication was bad. I expressed big concerns to the owner on the first day (two hours in) and asked what we can do. He never responded. It’s okay to not refund me, but at least talk back to me and say you can’t do anything about it. It would have been appreciated. I am not seeking any resolution, this is my opinion on the place and simply reviewing after my stay.
• Lzex (10/5): Excellent stay with a family at the central location, close to everything in Athens. - The location is fantastic. You are minutes away from all the main spots, Syntagma, Monastiraki, and Akropolis. Syntagma Metro is super close. The apartment is very clean; it has two bedrooms with proper beds for two people and a sofa that can fit two people in the living room. The bathroom is roomy, and it has a hot tub. Entrance feels safe. We were with three kids, so it is not the biggest apartment for us all, but we really appreciated the location. If you sleep in the living room, it can be noisy in the late evening from the bar below. But it did not bother us. And the sensitive folks went to the more distant rooms.

• Matthieu (4/5): Disappointing and pricy. - Central location in Athens. The bed mattress was extremely thin and quite uncomfortable. The access to the property was dirty and insanitary as well as creepy. It felt unsafe. The flat is located in a busy bar street meaning that the noise during the night is constant. The shower was unpractical and no instructions were given to turn it on (not straight forward).

• Elina (9/5): Superb - The location was great (near the shopping area of ermou ,monastiraki etc,food wise and near many local attractions someone wants to visit). The apartment had everything you need in order to have a pleasant stay and of course start your day properly (coffee,marmalade etc). It was very clean and comfortable as well. The bathroom door of our apartment couldn't close properly so it was a bit awkward if someone wanted to use the toilet...anybody could see. And in my opinion the apartment needs a more detailed cleaning every now and then (e.g under and behind the beds, dust the lights ,over the cupboards). Overall though we had a great stay and we were happy from the property and the owner !!!
