Wendy (1/5): Great spot but needs a up date . When to 701 where friends were staying what a different. - Location was great The aircon didn’t work. The dryer didn’t work the oven didn’t work . Spoke to pacific coast about it all . I felt like they couldn’t care at all . I have read a review and dryer was broken last October. Didn’t appreciate the signs everywhere telling you to flush the toilet. Close the fridge don’t over use the air conditioner. Well that wasn’t going to happen when it didn’t work . I will never recommend this until to anyone . About the linen I rang and I was told there would be linen provided .

John (7/5): Enjoyed our stay here, but probably won't be back. - Location is excellent. Size of unit suits us. Quite building. Very charming spot. Layout of apartment good. Liked a few touches with games and DVD's for tenants to use. View isn't as good as higher units, but you still get some view. Outside furniture and balcony had a lot of dust like no one has been here for several months. Furniture in lounge hard for me to sit on as I'm use to recliner and TV very small for today's standards. Couldn't find remote for DVD player for several days. Water taps in bathrooms washers nearly worn-out. Dinning room light globes, one blown the other very dull. (Swapped with lounge room light.) Would be improvement to connect Wi-Fi. Carpets need replacing. But I would still put up with these things again but if a little money was spent. I'm sure unit would have more appeal.
