• Justyna Suchocka (2/5): Całkowicie odradzam! Złodzieje. - Lokalizacja. Obiekt nie informuje, że trzeba uregulować depozyt wyższy niż €1. Po tym jak minął czas na bezpłatną anulację, dostałam link do "zameldowania" i podpisania umowy. Od razu mojej karty pobrano €150 zamiast €50 na które się zgodziłam na umowie!!! Zapytałam czy jest to całkowita opłata i dostałam potwierdzenie, że tak, ale nie sądziłam, że zastaniemy ruinę. Wynajęliśmy dwa apartamenty, oba były brudne i zniszczone. Plus za wypraną pościel, chociaż w jednym apartamencie w pościeli znajdowały się włosy - pokój deluxe. Z bojlera w łazience kapała woda na podłogę i nie było cieplej wody. Smród w mieszkaniu nie do zniesienia, moja rodzina wietrzyła pokój całą noc w drugiej połowie września, bo śmierdziało tak, że nie dało się zasnąć. Machnęliśmy na to ręką, to była tylko jedna noc... Mieszkania wyglądają ładnie na zdjęciach. W rzeczywistości - zniszczone meble, odpadające listwy, dziury w drzwiach, plamy na ścianach. To nie są ludzkie warunki, tylko przechowalnia za "niską cenę". W pokoju "deluxe" kask z dostawcy jedzenia, tak jakby ktoś wyniósł się na jedną noc, żeby udostępnić ten nocleg dla głupich turystów i zapomniał go zabrać. Maszynki do golenia pokryte warstwą kurzu w łazience na szafce przeszły nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania. Poinformowałam obiekt o niedogodnościach, wówczas obsługa obiektu jeszcze odpisywała. Telefon nie działa. Bałam się, że depozyt nie zostanie zwrócony z uwagi na to w jakim stanie są apartamenty. Po wymeldowaniu dostałam automatyczną wiadomość, że mój depozyt zostanie zwrócony do 10 dni roboczych. Trzy dni temu minął termin zwrotu i od tamtej pory już nikt mi nie odpisuje, a pieniędzy nie mam. Jeśli chcecie być okradzeni to rezerwujcie śmiało. Cały nocleg kosztował nas €274, a depozyt dodatkowo €150! Żałuję, że dotarliśmy tam późno wieczorem i byliśmy z małymi dziećmi, bo inaczej nasza noga by tam nie postała.
• Nadia888 (8/5): Geweldig verblijf voor een hele week. - Ruim appartement. Alles aanwezig. Proper. Gemakkelijk om de sleutel te vinden. Op een moment werkte de voordeur niet meer automatisch. Dit werd, alhoewel lat op de avond, onmiddellijk in orde gebracht. Goed contact via bericht. Er hingen nog wat lakens te drogen op het droogrek. Was niet duidelijk of wij hier iets mee moesten doen. Wij zijn een gezin dat zelf graag kookt. De kookpotten vielen tamelijk klein uit voor de vele groenten die wij eten.

Very basic apartment, not very well equipped e.g no microwave, very bad wifi and definitely not clean. Hairs on bedding and floor with lumps of dust around bed.
• Janin Nestler (3/5): Selten so enttäuscht gewesen! - Wir haben einen kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden & Handwaschseife, sowie Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Die angegebene Ausstattung war zum Teil nicht vorhanden (Flatscreen, Streaming Dienste...), andere dürften nicht verwendet werden (Waschmaschine), die Zugangsdaten, die am Vortag kamen waren nicht mehr aktuell, die Vermietung nicht erreichbar und die Kaution wurde erst zurück gezahlt, nachdem wir Booking eingeschaltet haben (über 2 Wochen!), die Testgebühr wurde einfach einbehalten. Über die Testgebühr und die Kaution wird erst benachrichtigt, wenn die Buchung auf booking abgeschlossen und die Stornierung kostenpflichtig ist!

• Erkan (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Leider hat uns nichts gefallen. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist, weil es muffig gerochen hat. Ich und mein Sohn haben Asthma. Badezimmer war Dreckig. Im Küchenschrank war Müll. Im Zimmer stand ein Wäscheständer mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Der Fernseher stand auf dem Tisch. Die Bettwäsche und die Wohnung roch muffig.

As soon as the property gained access to my card, another 89 euros were charged on July 27. I used the apartment from July 28 to July 31. I checked out on July 31 and since then the deposit has not been returned to me. A lot of complaints were written, but my money has not been returned to my card. They immediately promised 10 days, then I wrote a negative review, the property contacted me on WhatsApp and threatened me with "But as of now you're short 90€ because of a review you wrote" and I'm delete first review. The money has not been returned as of August 21. If you want the same problems, feel free to choose this property. P.S. They still have not returned my money.
• Barbara (4/5): Nem volt rossz, de nem mennék újra. - Jó helyen lévő szállás, tágas szobákkal. Nem volt légkondi, nagyon meleg volt a szobákban. Nem volt sötétítő az az ablakokon. Nem volt tükör a fürdőszobában. A kád kopott, a fürdőszoba penészes, a víz nem folyik le rendesen, és alig volt melegvíz.

• Niklas (1/5): Maßlose Enttäuschung!!! - Es gibt nichts Positives über diese Unterkunft zu berichten. Aufgrund eines angeblichen Wasserschadens wurde uns eine Alternativunterkunft angeboten. Dort haben wir jedoch nicht im Ansatz den Komfort vorgefunden, der uns im Inserat versprochen wurde. Das Gefühl von Wohlsein und Sicherheit war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Daher mussten wir uns über eine Nacht und Nebelaktion etwas Neues suchen. Wir fühlen uns betrogen und raten dringend von diesem Anbieter ab. Bereits im Treppenhaus hat sich uns ein Bild der Verwüstung geboten. Sperrmüll, Elektroschrott in den Fluren, überall Schmutz, klebriger Boden, Löcher in den Wänden, Blutflecken, demolierte Briefkästen. Die Wohnung hatte den Flair einer Jugendherberge. Leer wirkende Räume mit Etagenbetten, eine Kommode, Tische und Stühle. Nicht einmal Vorhänge an den Fenstern waren vorhanden. Dazu ein nasses Bettlaken, das mitten im Raum noch über dem Wäschereck hing. Es wurde uns zwar im Vorwege ein Erlass von 15% angeboten. Das war jedoch absolut inakzeptabel, bei den Abstrichen, die wir hätten machen müssen. Wir reklamierten daraufhin die Buchung und forderten den vollen Preis zurück. Bis heute keine Reaktion. Kooperation=0!! Es kann wirklich nicht sein, dass man sich im Urlaub mit solchen Dingen auseinander setzen muss. Ich würde daher nicht mal einen Stern für diese Unterkunft vergeben. Wir sind einfach maßlos enttäuscht. Noch nie mussten wir bei Booking solch schlechte Erfahrungen machen. Booking sollte als einer der größten Anbieter weltweit dafür sorgen (z.B. durch regelmäßige Revisionen der einzelnen Anbieter), dass Reisende nicht diese Negativerfahrungen machen müssen. Wir haben Beschwerde bei Booking eingereicht und werden weitere Schritte einleiten.

• Finter (10/5): - Es waren gerade die Reinigungskräfte in der Wohnung und somit konnten wir unser Gepäck schon vor dem eigentlichen Check in unterstellen. Als wir uns in der Wohnung und umgesehen haben, dachten wir Oh Gott. Die Vormieter hinterließen eine extrem schmutzige unordentliche Wohnung. Also wir später in die Wohnung kamen war sie super sauber und aufgeräumt. Vielen vielen Dank an die beiden Reinigungsdamen 👍. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Boden knarzt zwar sehr aber das passt zum Haus und hat uns nicht gestört. Wenn wir wieder nach Wien fahren würden wir sofort diese Wohnung anmieten. Das eine oder andere könnte man wieder renovieren was uns jedoch nicht wirklich gestört hat.
• Urška (10/5): Kratko a sladko - Prostor je zelo prostoren. Pričakalo nas je zelo čisto stanovanje. Malo smo se lovili glede tega kako prvič priti v stavbo, ker vse deluje brez osebja. Ampak na koncu se je vse izšlo in je delovalo preko sporočil. Tudi trgovina in javni prevoz sta blizu. Manjka kakšna manjša posoda za skuhati turško kavo.

W kuchni za mało talerzy i garnków Słaba ocenę wystawiłem że względu na pobrany z domu karty depozyt na poczet zniszczeń. Nie było w opisie rezerwacji że zostanie pobrane 90 Euro. Była tylko mowa o konieczności udostępnienia karty. I te 90 EUR miało być oddano w ciągu 6-8 dni a dostałem je po miesiącu po moim dwukrotnym przypomnieniu. Wyglądało tak, jakby właściciel liczył na zapomnienie. Nie polecam

• Chiara (7/5): - Die Reinigungskraft konnte kein Deutsch oder Englisch, hatte aber ein Handy mit damit sie gleich übersetzen kann, ausserdem war sie sehr freundlich und bemüht. Uns wurde gesagt Check-In ist erst ab 15 Uhr möglich, aber wir können unser Gepäck ab 12 schon ins Apartment bringen, leider mussten wir erst ewigkeiten suchen bis wir jemanden gefunden haben, da kein Schlüssel bereitgelegt wurde, wie in der Info-Mail beschrieben.

Grande fête foraine à 2 stations de tram Au rez de chaussée mais rue calme. Pas de place pour les touristes afin de garer sa voiture dans la rue mais parking à 5 min à pied à 8€.la journée Salle de bain demande un rafraîchissement, manque de lumière et la paroi de douche ne touche pas la baignoire donc de l'eau partout très rapidement. Pour 1 personne ça passe mais 5 personnes, la salle de bain est très vite trempée. Avons dû faire l'impasse sur quelques serviettes de douches pour mettre parterre car petit tapis trempé dans le 1er jet. Manque de vaisselle notamment des casseroles car faire chauffer du lait dans une poêle pour le petit déjeuner est moyen Manque de verres,, d'un balai... Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, une TV mais pas de chaîne sauf Netflix mais impossible à faire fonctionner malgré plusieurs demandes au propriétaire. Seul le wifi a fonctionné mais la veille de notre départ Situé au rez de chaussée donc sonnerie pour entrer dans l'immeuble résonne dans l'appartement

• PAVEL (10/5): - We stayed here as a family for a short trip to Vienna and were very happy with our choice. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bed linen was fresh and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need — a kettle, pots, plates, cutlery, etc. One of the things we really appreciated was the flexible check-in — since we weren’t sure exactly what time we would arrive, it was very convenient to be able to pick up the keys ourselves at the designated location. A great place to stay for a short or longer visit!

• Madara (10/5): Very good value for the money - Very good value for the money. The apartment is huge and very clean. A lot of free space to put your stuff. The location is perfect, all the touristic attractions you can find just few tram stops away. The grocery store is around the corner, where you can buy all the necessary stuff for reasonable prices. The stuff is very welcoming and kind. We only had a little problem to find the right entrance door, so for the next guests I would suggest a little hint- if you see an apartment door with the stickers on it, please do not ring or knock, as it is the wrong apartment. We did that mistake and met a man living there. He was not happy seeing us, so please look for the right entrance, as there are two grey doors downstairs. All in all we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you very much!
• Preisuu (9/5): - Duże przestronne mieszkanie z wyposażeniem takim jakie potrzeba. Brak klimatyzacji ale ale za to w każdym z pokoi wiatrak. Piętro najwyższe, winda jest ale niestety jest bardzo bardzo stara, wręcz zabytkowa. Jednemu z naszych kolegów, wychodzącemu późnym wieczorem do samochodu, zjeżdżając windą zacięła się. Musiał czekać między piętrami 40min na pomoc. Nie polecam przejażdżek windą.

Od wczoraj żądają odemnie zmiany komentarza, który udostępniłem na Bookingu, w kórym opisałem moje doświadczenia. W opisie tego obiektu na Bookingu przeczytałem, że obowiązuje kaucja 1PLN. Po rezerwacji i opłaceniu nagle okazalo się, że ma być to 0,99EUR. Wzbudziło to u mnie niepokój. Po zapłaceniu otrzymałem link i informacje w języku obcym (prawdopodobnie niemieckim), był link. Po kliknięciu na link okazało się, że do finalizacji otrymania klucza mam przesłać zdjęcie dowodu osobistego lub paszportu. Nie zrobiłem tego, ponieważ nawet Booking przy każdej rezerwacji informuje w sposób ogólny ,aby nie przesyłać nikomu na czacie czy emailem swoich danych osobowych, przecież Booking posiada moje dane i te, które są niezbędne, powinien przekazać po dokonaniu rezerwacji. Nie chciałem nikomu przesyłać zdjęcia swojeg dowodu osobistego czy paszportu. Policja w Polsce oraz w innych krajach wielokrotnie informuje przecież, aby nie rozdawać na lewo i prawo zdjęć czy kopii swoich dokumentów tożsamości, z wiadomych względów. Miałem ww. obawy, podzieliłem się nimi z Bookingiem i obsługą obiektu. Postanowiłem, że nie chcę zatem odwołać rezerwację, bo wolę ją odwołać niż przesyłać komuś skan swojego dowodu osobistego czy paszportu. Od wielu lat używam Bookingu, a pierwszy raz doznałem czegoś takiego. Pomimo tego, że odwołałem rezerwację ok. 1 godziny po jej dokonaniu, obiekt postanowił że mi nie zwróci pieniędzy. Nie byłem w środku tego obiektu. Nie dostałem do niego kluczy itp. To wynik tego, że nie przesłałem zdjęć dokumentu tożsamości. Gdybym wiedział przed rezerwacją, że będzie ode mnie wymagane przesłanie zdjęcia dowodu osobistego lub paszportu to nie dokonywałbym w ogóle rezerwacji. Jestem bardzo zawiedziony poziomem obsługi Klienta.
• Carina (6/5): - Die Wohnung liegt relativ ruhig in einer Einbahnstraße, ein zentraler Verkehrsknotenpunkt ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und weitere Haltestellen sind noch näher. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden. Die Ausstattung deckt die Grundbedürfnisse ab. Ein paar Dinge wirken in der Wohnung selbst vernachlässigt. Der Wasserhahn tropft, bei der Waschmaschine scheint es eine undichte Stelle zu geben, darunter sammelt sich Wasser - haben wir gemeldet, hoffentlich tut sich was. Ansonsten hatten wir 3 Tage kein WLAN, man hatte uns falsche Informationen mitgeteilt. 3 Tage hat es gedauert bis eine Lösung gefunden und uns geholfen wurde. Es wurde versprochen, dass jemand käme, das ist nie passiert. Wir haben niemanden während unseres Aufenthaltes gesehen. Unsere Beschwere wegen der Kaffeemaschine blieb ebenfalls unbeantwortet. Trotz Kapseln der richtigen Marke kam der Kaffee entweder nur in Tropfen raus oder es lief einfach heißes Wasser aus dem Gerät.

I msg on booking then after 22 hrs got a msg asking me whether I have been a ble to check in No coffee or sugar provided for the first day at least the fact that public holiday and Sunday shops are closed and we reached a Saturday 21.00 hrs. The msg of self check-in not explicit at all. They tell u the room is on 2nd floor and key in post box but they don't explain that it is found on the ground floor. So u reach 2nd floor by stairs no elevator then go back to ground floor to fetch the key. The entrance of the building is obscure and scary 🤣 at night There is only one pan which was dirty and a small utensil. No strainer no scissor There should be an explanation for the stove. The sofa bed is not comfortable for two persons There is no air conditioner thank god it was raining so temperature was not hot. When cooking fire alarm rings 🤣 I would not stay there for sure next time For 200 euro 2 night stay we could have a better place with comfortable bed

• ruben (4/5): Nadie se hizo cargo de la desorganización - El lugar es bueno pero me enviaron a otra propiedad a varias cuadras más lejos de donde figura en booking Vinieron a increparme pues no sabían cómo estaba yo ahí, les tuve que mostrar la reserva y pago, siendo que recibí el mje de cómo entrar, luego a la tarde entró otro pasajero con llave a la habitación diciendo que le sacaron las valijas, tuvieron que venir a darle otro lugar, un mamarracho!

• Alyson (8/5): Excellent location, excellent value, would definitely stay here again. - Excellent location, 2 trams went from the bottom of the street that took you straight to the Prater where you can jump onto the U2 or U1 which takes you to the centre. Spacious bedrooms and living room. Didn't do any cooking but there were all the facilities if you wished to. Amazing that we were allowed to leave our luggage at the property before we could check in at 3pm. Have commented that the view wasn't great but that's because we were at the back of the property overlooking the courtyard, but isn't really a negative. My only other comment is that it would be great to have a mirror in the bedrooms as when someone else was in the bathroom we had no mirror to dry our hair/put make up on, but we coped!

• Samir (7/5): Good but with flaws - The apartment was spacious, relatively clean (everything except the floor). Facilities were fine, but could have had more kitchen ware, given the size of the kitchen. The bed was cozy, but for two. For four, not so much. Hot water from central heating and nice spot for visiting Prater. Parking was near. Floor was dirty, instructions from the staff were late, incorrect. One information was given via booking, the other via Phone and the third was correct. This was the case with a wifi password for example. Landlord was responsive, but charged us aditional 79EUR for unexplained reasons. After asking why, landlord replied it was deposit to be returned upon check ing for any damage. Booking listrd only 1 euro for this purpose and special contract requires for Austria booking 59. So no one ever explained why 79EUR. After tedious correspondancre, landlord sent a confirmation of reinbursment (havent received them yet)

If I remember price i 8 euros per day Nordpole straße or something like that ☺️ Furniture is mostly from IKEA, beds adre very good. Long story short, we recommend this apartment for staying in Viena. Public transport/metro station is near.
