• Terri (10/5): A welcoming home with both wonderful shared space and personal sleeping/bathing space. - This is our third year being hosted by Mohammad in his beautiful home. As my review from last year states below, it is a truly lovely, well-designed and -appointed home in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, very close to both downtown Kingston and a short drive from Napanee. Perfect for a women's getaway! We will be back again next year. :) Very little not to like :) !

• Kaza (10/5): - Very well equipped there was almost everything you might need the house was lovely and very welcoming it was comfortable and big we had a great time unfortunately it was only one night but we will definitely be back one day!
• Donald (7/5): Basics were there for a quick one-night for five adults attending wedding. Easy location and access. - Comfortable. Easy location. Clean. Bedroom at top of stairs had a very squeaky door so every trip in nighttime was noisy for others. Partial bottles of wine were left in cupboard and fridge. Keurig pods were there but no machine. Coffee grounds left in filter. Front garden by door had cigarette butts on soil and a bag of rock salt sitting in garden.

• Brittany (3/5): Isn’t worth the money in the dirty state it’s in. - The bedding was clean but everything else was dirty. Walls, baseboards, floors, appliances, cupboards, and bathrooms were all dirty.
• Terri (10/5): Lovely, spacious, peaceful home, a most considerate host, and perfect for a group of women friends. - The lovely home in the suburbs of Kingston is a perfect resting spot for myself and three women friends. We very much enjoy its comfort and spaciousness, the quiet residential area and its proximity to both downtown Kingston and Napanee. All rooms in the home are pleasing to look at and very well-equipped, and the presence of a third bathroom most appreciated. Mohammad was a most helpful and considerate host. He quickly responded to a question we had, spontaneously offered flexibility on our check-out time and without any request from us, notified us that he would drop by with additional supplies when he realized we were short. This was our second time staying in Mohammad's wonderful home, and we all very much look forward to doing so again next year for our annual get-together. All about our stay was excellent, and there was nothing that we didn't like.

• Rhonda (4/5): NICE house..... AWFUL HOUSE KEEPING .. Filthy!!! - The house looked very nice and the location was great. The beds are comfortable, Room sizes are nice. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet the location was great. The house was not clean at all. Kitchen appliances were very dirty,floors were dirty,thick dust on everything.( all light fixtures, exhaust fans in the bathrooms, coffee and end tables full of fingerprintsand cup rings, windowsills dead bugs and dirt and dust ) We had to scrub the bathtub & shower before we could use the shower because of the dirt ring around it. So much garbage left in the garage (pizza boxes, kitchen garbage, used toilet, ect) laundry room had garbage bags left behind along with the renovation mess that they did. Garbage left on the windowsill in the basement. Used Water bottles and napkins left in the bedroom. Clearly the owners were not ready for people to be there. The check in was for 3pm and the owner called and we told them we would not be there until 4 or later they had more the enough time to have the house clean but it was not even close to being ready when we arrived. We were told his cleaning lady was sick and that he had a new staff member cleaning (poor excuse). I honestly think the only thing that was actually clean was the bedding (Thank God)Unfortunately this was not a good experience for our kingston get away and not sure that We will recommend this to any of our friends and family in the future. I wish I could list all the photos I took of the house but it is only allows 4.

I wish we had more time to enjoy the home. - Location is great off 401, close to coffee, shopping, quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and well cared for. Space around some beds was tight but honestly that’s the only thing I can think of!
• Lucy (9/5): It was a comfortable stay for one night. - The house was nicely furnished, clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was already set up with logins for Netflix and Prime so I didn't have to use my own. It was nice to have chairs for sitting outside but I would recommend adding a table too. It was easy to communicate with the host when we needed some help. There was a good amount of space for the 7 of us who stayed in the house. I had to search for additional toilet paper (found in the kitchen!) and paper towels. The toilet on the main floor kept running when flushed so it resulted in a flood which I had to mop up so it was somewhat frustrating but the host was helpful when messaged. I would also recommend the host clean up the garbage that has been left in the garage. Not a nice thing to see when you direct your guests there to look for supplies. And, I would also recommend taking some time to cut the grass and weed the garden beds in the backyard because it makes the yard look unkept when the house is so nice.

• Marie-louise (10/5): Excellent!!! 👍 - Adorable house with a terrace and garden. Rabbits running around and a fantastic game room in the basement that kept us busy. Beds are super comfy with nice soft fluffy pillows. Wish we would have booked a longer stay.

Having a living room vs. having to go to a hotel lobby to hang out was nice. The stink from garbage in the garage wafts at you when you come in!! The stink from cigarettes in the house is everywhere.

• Assaf (5/5): Nice place, too bad it's poorly maintained . - Nice big house in a Quite neighborhood, easy parking . Very dusty, not clean, hairs everywhere. The bathroom on the first floor was unusable ,due to flash mechanical issues, TV was in Chinese it took us an hour to change it to English.

• Gisselle (10/5): I just love how cozy it is and I wish our house is the same as their property. I am so stunned on how beautiful it is. : - Our family used to live in Kingston and when we heard that our relatives that was still there wants to gather on a snowy weekend, we needed a place to stay as we are coming from different places. We saw their property at the last minute and it was so stunning so we booked it right away. The owner was very accommodating! It was really comfortable, cozy and worth it for the price per night! We really liked it and we hoped that we stayed longer because one night is not enough lol. I don't see anything that anyone can't like on the property. It is a very nice place!

• Birgid (9/5): Perfect, clean and safe get away home for friendly reunion. - We were three girlfriends wanting to meet half way from where we all lived - order in and chat all night. It had everything we needed! Three separate bedrooms, lovely livingroom, cozy kitchen and safe neighbourhood. The house isn't huge - it's well laid out and clean. Perfect for our intentions. Bathroom upstairs and downstairs. We ran out of toilet paper on day one and didn't know where to look for more. We found it in the garage. All good. There's not a whole lot not to like ...
• Terri (10/5): A truly welcoming, clean and safe "home away from home", perfect for a group of friends. - Lockbox was not something with which all members of our party were familiar. A couple of additional instructions (ie. "Code above will open lockbox which houses the key.", "Code within lockbox is the same as the one above".) might have further facilitated the entry. Nothing to not like! All was exceptional, perfectly suited to a group of four women friends providing individual bedrooms and very welcoming congregating spaces on the main floor, situated in a safe, suburban neighbourhood. Included a well-equipped kitchen, 2 baths, and warm, comfortable living room and dining room enhanced by a fireplace and a Christmas tree.

The host's willingness to assist with questions or concerns made us feel like valued guests. Nothing that I can think off.
