• Zdornova (9/5): - Прекрасное расположение в старом городе. Отзывчивый персонал и сопровождение 24/7. Чисто, уютно, красиво. Есть бесплатная вода, чай/кофе, уборка предоставляется по запросу. Путаница с фотографиями. Я была уверена, что у нас будет кухня и стиральная машина.

Номер был не просто чистый — он был безупречный, всё продумано до мелочей, чувствуется забота о гостях. Интерьер красивый, с национальными элементами, создаёт ощущение, что ты живёшь в настоящей сказке. Сервис на высшем уровне — персонал очень внимательный, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельная благодарность Мураду, всегда был на связи и помогал, чувствовала себя дорогим гостем. Ещё один плюс — расположение: прямо в Старом городе, всё рядом, можно гулять и наслаждаться атмосферой Баку. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова! Рекомендую однозначно Нет минусов

Абсолютно вся техника и посуда новые, все крайне идеально, удобно и продумано. На любой вкус и предпочтение. Абсолютно потрясающе. Я в полном восторге! Квартира в самом центре в историческом здании. • Jenny (10/5): Amazing apartment in Baku Old Town - Love the location in Baku Old Town, walkable to all attractions & metro station. Apartment was well equipped with thoughtful amenities like bedroom slippers, toiletries including shower cap, ear buds, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Host provided laundry detergent upon request. Staff service was amazing. During check-out, one of the staff member came to help with my luggage down the steep stairs & carried it right to Maiden Tower area & waited for me to get into my Uber! The steep stairs leading to apartment. Bathroom needed a shower curtain as whole bathroom floor become wet after every shower.

• Mauro BRUZZESE (10/5): Perfection - I don' t have words to describe what a wonderful apartment and a dedicated team I have found once arrived in Baku. I was welcomed by Rashad who friendly and professionally showed me the apartment, gave tips and recommendations, and even helped me with the metro card. He made a great impression! Murad the manager has been present and responsive since I booked the apartment and also Tural the receptionist waited for me at 4 am and prepared a cup of tea on my leaving day.:) Murad has also arranged the transfer from the airport and I met only professionalism and things arranged in great detail. The flat is perfect, big and comfy: shampoo, shower gel,sleepers, hair dryer, iron etc provided. The bed is so comfortable. The flat is located by the Maiden Tower in the old city, close also to the sea boulevard, carpet museum, metro, many coffee shops and restaurant. I loved it all, just a perfect choicd I Liked it all.

Во второй комнате одна узкая кровать, хотя места много. Как будто бы там не хватает второй кровати или диванчика (получилась бы вторая twin спальня).

• Andrea (10/5): - Ubytovanie je ako z rozprávky, človek sa cíti akoby býval na zámku. Všade výnimočne čisto, apartmán je príjemne voňavý. K dispozícii hygienické potreby, káva, čaj, voda. Personál, pri uvítaní aj lúčení bol veľmi milý. Wifi funguje bezchybne. Apartmány sa nachádzajú uprostred starého mesta v blízkosti pamätihodností, reštaurácií a obchodíkov. Ubytovanie rozhodne odporúčam.
• andrei (10/5): - Очень понравилось. Мурад, владелец, и вся его команда были очень отзывчивыми, во всем помогали, каждый день интересовались, не нужно ли нам что и как у нас дела. Помогали по многим вопросам. Местоположение у квартиры прекрасное - в самом центре старого города, в 5 минутах ходьбы от Девичьей башни. Есть несколько апартаментов и оборудование и конфигурация у них разная, фотографии каждого апартамента точные, обращайте на это внимание при заказе.

• Maximilian Peter Sebastian (10/5): - Die Lage ist super. Es stand ein rundum Beratung-Service zur Verfügung. Jede Frage und Anfrage wurde schnell beantwortet. Englisch ist auch kein Problem. Es ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es sind ausreichend Küchengeräte vorhanden. Man ist etwa 10 Minuten zur nächsten Metro Station entfernt. Ich habe keine Kritikpunkte

Kapak fotoğrafında gösterilen yatak yok, olmaması da bir eksiklik değil. Dairenin imkanları güzel, son derece temiz, tuvaletler de dahil tertemiz. Mini buzdolabı internet ve televizyon gayet efektif. İç mekanda olan eşyalar hem temiz hemde yeni idi. Havlu içme suyu fazlası ile vardı. Bizi Farah Bey karşıladı kendisine de teşekkür ederiz. Dış kapıya geldiğinizde ne kadar eski bir kapı filan diye düşünebilirsiniz haklısınız ama kapıdan içeri girer girmez fikriniz değişecek.

• Muhammad (9/5): - The location was excellent. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. There were bath robes and all the facilities one can ask for. View from.balcoby was perfect. Staff was very helpful. There's no reception desk so sometimes you feel alone and scared. But there were security cameras and a nearby polis office. And there should be blinds on the windows as it was so full of light in the morning.

• Nora (9/5): Superb - We had a last-minute booking after our original apartment canceled, and I'm so glad we found Apartment History 1870 instead! Even though it was past midnight, the host still replied to my message, which was such a relief. A big shoutout to Nariman, the staff member who really made our stay smooth and enjoyable. He was super helpful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and responded very quickly to any questions. From the beginning to the end of our 3-day, 2-night stay, he was just amazing! The location is top-notch, just a short walk to the Maiden Tower in Old Town Baku and close to many attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need. I honestly think the owner must be very detail-oriented, because everything was well thought out and exactly as shown in the pictures. We also felt really safe during our stay, there were security cameras around the main entrance and stairways, which was reassuring. Overall, this apartment is a great value for money, especially considering the prime location and the quality of service. I definitely recommend Apartment History 1870 for anyone visiting Baku. Would absolutely stay here again! Nothing!

• Marina (10/5): This place is unique and a must to discover Baku Old Town - This place is a must to discover Baku Old Town. The apartment is unique and beautiful but convenient and quiet. All service from the owners is just like if you were a king or a queen. To assist you in changing currency for the best rate, to find the best local guide speaking your language or to buy a special food for maybe your special diet - everything is possible in this place. Thanks a lot for all service I received! Pay attention to a big difference how the bathroom is build and equipped in European countries and here and try to adapt.
