• Blanka (1/5): Úgy szar ahogy van - az elhelyezkedés jó volt de egyáltalán nem érte meg a többi komfortérzetet rontó dolog miatt. PL. NEM VOLT MELEGVÍZ! Sajnos ez a szállás komoly csalódást okozott számunkra, és messze elmaradt attól, amit a hirdetés alapján vártunk. A feltöltött képek köszönőviszonyban sincsenek a valósággal: a helyszín elhanyagolt és rossz állapotú volt. Az ajtó sérült, a bútorok közül több használhatatlan (például leszakadt szék), a konyha pedig hiányosan felszerelt és erősen elhasználódott. A legelfogadhatatlanabb probléma az volt, hogy egyáltalán nem volt melegvíz. Ez egy alapvető szolgáltatás, amelynek hiánya jelentősen rontotta a komfortérzetünket. Ezen felül nem volt wc papír sem, nem működött a kávéfőző (persze bekészítés sem volt!), a hűtő full fagyos, dögszagú. A falon hányásra emlékeztető folt az ágy mellett. A tulajdonossal való kommunikáció gyakorlatilag nem létezett. Nem volt elérhető csak nagyon ritkán kb 3 üzenetet tudtam váltani vele és azt is nagyon bunkón tette, nem reagált a megkereséseinkre, és semmilyen segítséget nem kaptunk a problémák megoldásához. Az erkély koszos volt, tele csikkekkel, és gyakorlatilag használhatatlan: amikor megpróbáltuk igénybe venni, a szomszéd rendszeresen felügyelte és szóvá tette, ami kifejezetten kellemetlen helyzetet teremtett. Bár az elhelyezkedés jó, ez önmagában nem teszi elfogadhatóvá a szállás állapotát és a tapasztalt körülményeket. Összességében nem éri meg az árát, és sajnos jelentősen rontotta az ott tartózkodásunk élményét. Nem ajánlom, érdemes inkább másik szállást választani.

• Martina (7/5): - La posizione era molto buona e casa molto spaziosa Uno dei due bagni aveva la porta che si chiudeva e l'altro aveva la doccia che ogni volta si allagava e l'acqua usciva anche fuori dal bagno, in più anche senza tenda e dava sull'interno del condominio. Le stanze avevano le porte con le maniglie rotte e anche il rubinetto si staccava la manopola

• 고 (1/5): 최악의 숙소예요! - 첫번째로 문 손잡이들이 다 파손되어있어서 문을 잠글수 없습니다. 문을 열때도 손잡이가 없어서 밖에서 밀어줘야 닫을수 있습니다. 두번째로 온수가 나오지않아 샤워할때 주방에서 물을 끓여서 사용하느라 매일 고생하면서 제대로 씻지도 못했습니다. 불편한 부분을 메일로 여러번 보내고 전화도 했지만 전화도 안받고 메일도 바로 답변이 없었고 마지막 전날밤에는 기술자가 온수가 나올거라고 했지만 전혀 변화가 없었습니다. 숙소호스트는 연락을 전혀 받지않고 대응이 너무 늦어서 불편했습니다. 지금까지 다녀봤던 모든 숙소중에 최악이었어요.. 이런 숙박시설을 돈을 받고 빌려준다는 것에 화가 납니다. Booking.com 에서도 여러번 보낸 메일에 아무 답이 없었고, 이 숙소는 리스트에서 제외해야합니다.

La pulizia era scarsa, frigo con freezer pieno di ghiaccio e un altro frigo con muffa. Una stanza era senza porta con stipite rovinato e alcune sedie erano sfondate. Una sola pentola per 8 persone. Direi pessima esperienza

There is no hot water, therefore all of us can’t even take a shower and wash faces during this cold weather.The host never responded phone call or what’s app . All the door handles are broken. There are 2 toilets and the doors can’t even close properly. There is a hole on the wall behind the main door .

• Angelika (6/5): Apartment leider mit Mängeln - Gute Lage und ausreichend Platz. Schönes Apartment wenn die Mängel beseitigt werden. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Nach der Ankunft haben wir erst einmal die Krümel unterm Tisch von den Vormietern beseitigt und das komplette Besteck in der Spülmaschine abgewaschen. Es gab auch nicht ausreichend Gläser für 12 Personen. Beide Badezimmertüren ließen sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen oder schließen. Die Kleiderschränke können von den Gästen nicht benutzt werden da dort Handtücher und Bettwäsche total unordentlich gelagert werden. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war auch defekt und auf dem Balkon lag noch Müll. Leider gab es für so viele Gäste keine normale Kaffeemaschine sondern nur eine Kapselmaschine. Den Vermieter trafen wir bei der Abreise und haben ihn über die Mängel informiert. Hoffe er kümmert sich.

• El Vetro (1/5): Absolut Katastrophal – Finger weg! - Nix Absolut nicht zu empfehlen🚨 Wir können dieses Apartment unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen. Was als Buchung begann, endete in einer nervenaufreibenden Odyssee und der Notwendigkeit, mitten in der Nacht eine neue Unterkunft suchen zu müssen. Keine Check-in-Informationen: Trotz mehrfacher Versuche und der nahenden Anreise erhielten wir keine Anweisungen zum Check-in. Es war uns unmöglich, auch nur ansatzweise herauszufinden, wie wir in das Apartment gelangen sollten. Kontakt unmöglich: Die angegebene Kontaktnummer war schlichtweg nutzlos. Niemand war erreichbar – weder telefonisch noch per Nachricht. Es gab keinerlei Unterstützung, keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Wir wurden komplett im Stich gelassen. Unzumutbarer Zustand: Man kann keine Unterkunft buchen und bezahlen, wenn der Zugang nicht gewährleistet ist und der Gastgeber vollständig abtaucht. Dies ist ein eklatanter Mangel an Service und Professionalität. Resultat: Wir mussten uns notgedrungen und unter großem Stress eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Unsere Reisepläne wurden massiv beeinträchtigt und die Kosten für die Ersatzlösung sind entstanden.

Portes qui ferment mal ou pas,manque de verres pour 13 personnes(Appt prévu pour 14),barre de rideaux arrachée,table de chevet cassée,douche sans rideau ni porte (donc de l’eau partout..)… Beaucoup de problèmes dans un logement apparemment récemment rénové et avec un joli cachet

• Anatoliy (1/5): - Забронировали апартамент с 19.09.2025 по 26.09.2025. С карточки сняло 232€ . В итоге номер хозяина заблокирован , вацап не отвечал . Никакой информации от владельца так мы и не получили для заселения. Деньги до сих пор 3.10.2025 года не вернулись на карточку. На следующий день связались с букингом сообщили об этой ситуации . Представитель букинга сказал деньги у нас на счету , мы свяжемся с хозяином и вернем деньги в течении 5 дней. Итог : прошло 14 дней денег нет . Букинг тоже молчит.

Господар помешкання добу не відповідав, жили без світла три сімʼї з дітьми. Через добу господар відписав як справи, але так нічого не вирішив. Уникайте це помешкання.
• abdulla (8/5): شقة نظيفة ورائعة - شقة نظيفة وجميلة يوجد سوبر ماركت قريب وكذلك يوجد مواقف قريبة 30 يورو في اليوم الانترنت سريع والمطبخ متكامل من ادوات الطبخ كما يوجد تكييف . تسجيل الدخول متأخر الساعة 3 عصرا بالرغم من ان وصولنا كان الساعة السادسة صباحا ، عندما تم التواصل مع صاحب الشقة للدخول قبل الوقت ولو بساعة تم الرفض بحجة تنظيف الشقة انتظرنا امام الشقة اكثر من ساعتين وعند وقت التسليم لم نجد المفتاح في الصندوق الخاص امام الباب وتواصلنا معهم بالاتصال ولا يتم الرد ع المكالمات وارسلنا ع الواتس يقولون لنا تواصلوا مع خدمة العملاء في booking ، في النهاية اكتشفوا ان المفتاح تحت دوسة الباب بعد معاناة. تم الدخول الى الشقة تقريبا الساعة 3:40 ، تفاجأنا بأن الشقة غير نظيفة لم يتم تنظيف الشقة ابدا بعد خروج المستأجر السابق سواء حمامات و غرف ومفارش وقمامة وغيره. تم تصوير بعض الغرف لصاحب الشقة ، عندما وصل عمال التنظيف قالوا انهم كانوا يبحثون عن المفتاح بالصندوق الخاص امام الشقة ولم يكن موجودا في الصندوق ونحن متعبين ومرهقين جدا ، عامل النظافة انسان جدا محترم وخلوق نظف الشقة كامل بوقت قياسي .

• Triepel (3/5): A bitter disappointment - The location in the 2nd district and the supermarket right downstairs. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation at all. The facilities for an accommodation with sleeping facilities for over 10 people are inadequate. There is not even a single pan. When we asked the landlords for a pan, we were told that it was in one of the cupboards. None of us 9 people found it in our time on site. The Nespresso coffee machine is no longer fully functional. After resetting to factory settings, it was immediately no longer fully functional after a coffee. The fridge is disproportionately small for an apartment of this size. One of the bathrooms was simply not thought through to the end. The inclination of the shower (without door) is towards the bathroom door, which causes the water to run into the hallway/entrance area. Ergo: shower unusable. Exactly 3 of the 8 doors in this apartment can be closed properly. This apartment is loveless, completely worn out and the absolutely disinterested landlord (if there was any feedback, it was half past midnight) is obviously only interested in squeezing as many people as possible into this apartment and generating turnover. You can do that, it's just a shame. There was a film of dust in less frequented corners throughout the apartment. This dust was certainly more than 2 weeks old.
• Penny (8/5): Excellent location, lovely spacious apartment. Hosts were quick and helpful with their responses - Ease of access; the host provided us with door codes. We were allowed to check in early and leave our bags at the end of the stay before going to the airport. Great location, 5 minutes to 2 different Ubhans, but only 23 minutes walk to St Stephans cathedral. Very spacious apartment which was well equipped. There weren't any wine glasses and the fridge was leaking.

• Andres (10/5): Perfect stay for a big group - The flat is very spacious and It's really well maintained. It has 4 big rooms, high ceilings and the common areas have plenty of space for a big group. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The location is near to the centre, walkable distance to the main touristic places and also a short walk from the train station. The check in/ou was easy, getting the instructions for self check in one day before arriving. They were really gently about letting us do a late check out. Completely recommended. Everything was perfect.

• Yui (1/5): Disappointed, the owner needs to keep the place clean and maintained properly to rent out. - The location was fine, close to town centre, rooms good size. Disappointed with a lot of areas. Cleanliness is poor, some of us felt uncomfortable with the bed mattress pillow sheets and felt there were bugs in the beds. There was no cleaning liquid to wash cups, plates and kitchen utensils, had to buy from the local supermarket. Water leaking from the shower rooms, and the bathroom towels were not washed properly

The apartment was big, we were 9 people, 5 adults and 4 teens, spacious, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one wc Unfortunately the apartment is not (well) maintained and didn’t seem very clean.

• Abdulaziz (1/5): Unplase - The apartment is big and has ACs I recently stayed at this apartment in Vienna, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. Despite its 8.6 rating, I found the place to be far from acceptable. Upon arrival, I was struck by how filthy the apartment was. The floors hadn't been cleaned properly, and there was a lingering unpleasant odor that made it hard to feel comfortable. The furniture was damaged and worn out, giving the entire space a neglected feel. The bathroom was particularly concerning. It was dirty upon arrival, and the shower hose was broken, making it nearly impossible to use. This lack of basic maintenance is simply unacceptable for any rental property. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and let down. I expected much better based on the rating and photos, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay in Vienna.

• Omar (5/5): Very specious and big apartment - - Easy self check in and access to the apartment. - Very specious and big apartment. - Can fit up to 10 guests. - Very good location and easy access to city center. - Restaurants and shops reachable within 2 minute. - New air conditioning in each room. - No hot water during our stay. The host tried to help but was late in response. He sent someone to fix but we were out of the apartment and they couldn’t access.

• Biserka (10/5): Exceptional - As I couldn't find more photos and there weren't many comments, I thought I am risking a bit. But everything was perfect! The apartment is big and the location is excellent. We were a family of 9, 3 couples and 3 kids. There are 4 bedrooms (one is huge and one is smaller) and 4 bathrooms with toilets,which is pretty comfortable and more than we expected. Two bedrooms are one to another and they share one big bathroom and the other two have their own bathrooms inside. The 4th toilet is at the entrance. Spacious living room with TV and big dining table and kitchen with stove, oven,microwave,fridge,nespresso machine,a toaster.( also dish detergent,coffee capsules and kitchen napkins) Towels for all x 2 (one big,one small) you just might want to bring ones for drying hands There's a fan too and some shampoo and body milk. The aparrment is on the second floor and there's an elevator- easy instructions to go in and leave. It's' close to Prater and St. STEPHAN platz is 2 U-bahn stations away or about 15-20 mins of walk. In a quite area but with a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The BILA market just below in the same building. Good wifi. Tomer was reasonably-fast reachable for any questions. Beds were comfortable and it was acceptably clean. There is a terrace reachable from the living room,it's just more of a rooftop and not a private balcony to sit on. We didn't mind at all, as we were there in January, as long as we could have a smoke somewhere.

• Khaleel (10/5): Perfect Apartment for Family - It is great for large family. It has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. It is about 15 min (walking distance) to the city center. Grocey Store Billa just below the building (just note that most shops close on Sunday). The building has security access code so it is safe and secure. The owner is in touch with you during your stay. I will sure stay in this apartment next year when we visit Vienna. Nothing.
