Erico (7/5): - Da localização muito perto da praia! Faltou ar condicionado para uma cidade quente merece instalar ar condicionado, pois em época de verão esses ventiladores de teto não dão conta não. E a limpeza não estava bem feita não banheiros estavam com cheiro de urina. De resto tudo ok!
Bettina (5/5): no limite do aceitável - A localização é boa e a varanda confortável, os funcionários solícitos e gentis. Os colchões adequados, os equipamentos da cozinha aceitáveis, apesar de antiquados. O filtro de água foi muito útil. A limpeza em geral era boa, apesar de marcas de sujeira ou mofo no frasco de óleo de cozinha. Ao contrário do que a inserção do anúncio permite entender, não se trata de hotel nem de acomodação no estilo AirBnB. Uma vez reservado e pago, fui informada de que precisaria pagar 80,-R$ por pessoa a mais pelo aluguel de roupa de cama e banho, que se revelou sendo de qualidade deplorável, parecendo descartável. A mobília tem charme e estado de conservação dos anos 1980, merecendo manutenção por exemplo nas portas dos banheiros. A maior parte dos armários estava trancada, e não tinha cabides para pendurar roupas, só alguns poucos ganchos na porta. O vaso no banheiro da suíte entupia com o menor uso, obrigando-nos a usar o banheiro de serviço. Não houve as amenidades normais como sabonete ou cápsulas de café de cortesia. O varal na varanda parcialmente enferrujado. Não alugaria novamente essa acomodação.
