A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following important information before booking: - Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included. - Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. At 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100. - If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 EUR. - If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01, the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., from 10 p.m. 100 EUR and after from 1 a.m. 150 EUR. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (5 EUR/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). House rules: - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or knowing that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 EUR. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 EUR (in addition to the police fine).
