Roof terrace was small but lovely views and although it had no bar, you were allowed to take your own drinks etc up. Fantastic quiet spot to watch the sun set. Our room was right beside reception so you could hear people coming and going. It didn't bother us too much as we were up and out early and we slept soundly at night.

The staff offered to carry luggage upon arrival and departure. The room itself was so clean, spacious enough for what we needed. Our room seemed recently updated as well. The staff was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. Loved our stay.

There were always croissants and cookies in the kitchen. There was also an opportunity to go up to the rooftop terrace. Everything was clean. I highly recommend this accommodation!❤️ -
• Nathalie (7/5): La vue sur la ville de leur terrasse compense pour le bruit la nuit. pour - Sécuritaire, personnel ultra gentil, chambre très propre, lit confortable, emplacement proche de tout à pieds, la terrasse sur le toit de l’hôtel: vue extraordinaire sur la ville!! Ça n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel mais comme j’avais une chambre sur la rue et qu’il y a 3 bars, c’était très bruyant jusqu’à 2h du matin! Perturbe beaucoup le sommeil, malheureusement! Il faut demander une chambre vite intérieure!

• Nina (10/5): Все прошло отлично! - Расположение - самый центр, вокруг много ресторанов! В отеле есть кофе, вода и соки в круглосуточном доступе и прекрасная терраса, где мы проводили вечера. Номер чистый с хорошим ремонтом, особенно порадовал балкон :) Очень приятный персонал, нас заселили даже раньше заявленного времени, хотя мы готовы были только оставить багаж. Отель находится на шумной людной улице, но в номерах это совершенно не слышно. Довольно высокая слышимость соседних номеров, но это потому что отель находится в историческом здании. Не критично, тем более персонал готов предоставить беруши.

• Ella (10/5): A wonderful stay in Florence! - A wonderful stay in Florence! The hotel is located right next to the main meeting point, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was exceptionally clean, cozy, and surprisingly quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and rest after long walks around beautiful Florence. I felt very comfortable here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Y no es sólo hotel, es una vecindad y dentro de ella está el hotel, por ende, era muy desagradable llegar y ver la infraestructura tan deteriorada y vieja. Las fotos que muestran, son totalmente diferentes a lo que realmente es.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They also provided anti mosquito machine. The blanket wasn't tucked into the bedsheet.

Хорошая зона с бесплатной едой - свежий кофе, натуральные соки, хлеб, печенье, чистая вода. В номере чистое белье и чисто в общем. Когда мы выселялись нам разрешили оставить багаж и пользоваться зоной с едой и крышей. Если вы приедете рано то у вас будет возможность воспользоваться общим туалетом и душем при необходимости, также зоной с едой с крышей. Высокая слышимость, если кто то делает любовь вы это скорее всего услышите. 🙄 Кофе машина не включается рано утром, мы рано просыпаемся 7:00-7:30, кофе было недоступно, не смогли попить утренний кофе на крыше.

The location is perfect—the surrounding area is great with so many places to explore just steps away. The absolute highlight, however, is the veranda; the panoramic view of the entire city is simply breathtaking! The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. A lovely bonus is that while we didn't get the room with breakfast, they provide complimentary coffee and cookies, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for the view alone!

Pri receptii je miestnosť, kde si môžte urobiť čas, kávu, zobrať džús a sušienky kedykoľvek chcete. Hotel je veľmi blízko centra, cca 2 minúty peši do námestie ku katedrále.Hotel ma na streche krásnu terasu, odkiaľ je nádherný výhľad na mesto a na veže všetkých katedrál. Každých 15 minút zvoní iný kostol. hotel je na 3 poschodí bez výťahu, bolo potrebné chodiť po schodoch, cca 90 schodov do izby. Blízko hotela je nemocnica, takže dosť často počuť sanitky a aj zvony z okolitýchkostolov

Etwas komischer Geruch im Bad, welcher suech die Lüftung besser wird.

• Bruno (8/5): Très bon séjour et merci au personnel. On recommande. - Tout le personnel est très accueillant et de bon service. Rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre et des sanitaires. Petit déjeuner offert et la surprise, une belle terrasse qui nous permet d'avoir une superbe vue sur la ville (possibilité également d'y manger, boire un pot). Et concernant l'emplacement de l'hôtel, on ne peut pas mieux choisir : à proximité de tout. Hôtel situé au 3ème étage : 60 marches à monter mais ça met en forme pour le reste du séjour.

• Ambrosio (10/5): Linda experiencia! - El personal excepcionalmente amable, atentos y simpáticos. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, nos dieron consejos de dónde ir y dónde no. Mención honrosa a Giuseppe y Elizabetha! La ubicación muy central, cerca hay mucha vida nocturna lo cual nos resultó personalmente entretenido. Tienen una terraza común con muy linda vista de la ciudad y sus tejados. Mientras estuvimos ahí hubo un problema con la puerta de entrada pero todo fue solucionado muy rápido por parte del staff. La experiencia fue perfecta, pero cabe considerar que hay que subir al tercer piso por las escaleras para entrar al hotel. De todas formas te ayudan a subir las maletas.
• Karla (10/5): Great hotel with great staff in a great location. - The hotel was close to all the tourist spots and the room was spacious and clean. The temperature in the room was also very easy to adjust (unlike other hotels in Italy I've stayed in), making my stay very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and personable, making sure that you're having a great time. There was an older gentleman on staff at the front desk who assisted with my check-in (I didn't get his name); he was hilarious and is a great resource for anyone visiting Florence for the first time. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest when I was visiting so I didn't get to hang out at the rooftop terrace for very long. But I would highly recommend anyone visiting to spend some time there as the views are breathtaking. The ad doesn't lie about the hotel being "for ages 25 to 55." Not recommended for people with mobility issues. That being said, the staff were very helpful when I needed help with carrying my luggage up and down the stairs.

Otelde kahvaltı verilmiyor fakat ücretsiz olarak atıştırmalıklar kahve, meyve suyu gibi hizmetler var. İstediğiniz zaman gidip alabilirsiniz. Otelin terası mükemmel. Sabah erken saatte gün doğumunda çıkıp değerlendirilmeli Katatrale sadece 5 dk mesafede. Otel çevresinde yemek olanakları ve sadece 2 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde oldukça büyük Conad market var. Tesiste asansör bulunmuyor. 3. Katta olduğundan biraz zorluyor.

Perfect location near all great historical attractions and places to eat everywhere. Being an old building, you have to take stairs to the third floor to get to the hotel. No lift, but the staff kindly helps you with your luggage.

Everything was good, but honestly if you can not climb stairs try a different hotel. Located at the 4th floor no elevator, other than that everything was perfect

• julie (8/5): Un séjour très agréable. - L'hôtel était vraiment parfait. Un personnel à l'écoute qui met à disposition un numéro d'urgence WhatsApp au cas où. Les lits sont grands (Queen size je pense) avec espace pour poser les valises (ce qui est rare). Une belle salle de bains avec produits d'hygiène, sèche cheveux. Une petite terrasse sur le toit de l'hôtel accessible à tous avec une vue superbe sur le Duomo. Une machine à café mise à disposition entre 7h30 et 22h30 avec croissants le matin, sans reste à charge. Pour accéder à l'hôtel il faut un code qui nous est partagé et l'entrée se fait dans une cour privée qui reste au calme. L'hôtel se situe au 3e et dernier étage d'un ancien bâtiment sans ascenseur, il est donc ardu de monter les étages à chaque fois... heureusement qu'ils ont un super porteur qui s'occupe des bagages ! Des petits chaussons seraient appréciables dans les chambres car on entre dans une période froide et dans les chambres ce serait plus agréable ! Les portes des chambres ne sont pas isolées ce qui fait qu'on entend beaucoup ce qui se passe dans les couloirs mais des bouchons d'oreilles sont disponibles si jamais. Une isolation des portes serait géniale !

• Ramin (2/5): I do not recommend this property - Location and staff It’s on the third floor. very steep steps to climb up Hot water wasn’t working one day Next day it ran out of hot water!!! Seriously 😐 The place needs a huge upgrade, dirty hallway carpet, and it smells horrible. I could hear the next room, The guest was snoring. the note on the nightstand, said we can provide you with the earplugs. 😳 Not a place I want to pay $250 plus a night. Pay far less than that because it was off-season, but the value was not there. It was horrible. Knowing what I know now I would’ve paid little bit more and stay far better place than this location.

Van de 3 dagen dat ik er was, deed het warme water het 2 dagen niet maar het is toen niet aan mij gecommuniceerd dat er een probleem was. Konden zij verder ook niks aan doen, maar ik had het wel fijn gevonden om te weten dat het niet aan mijn kamer lag maar dat het hele hotel er last van had (en wanneer het naar verwachting verholpen zou zijn).

• nicolas (9/5): - Great location. Very close to the historic heart of the city. To be this close to the city center, the building has to be very old and that comes with limitations. You are on the third floor with no elevator and the walls are paper thin.
