Anfitrião super atencioso, me deu suporte fora de horário, pois estamos chegando de viagem de madrugado, ótimo atendimento. Tudo perfeito.

As pessoas lá são fechadas e foi difícil obter ajuda uma pessoa educada e disposta ! Já o anfitrião foi bem educado e nos ajudou em todos os requisitos! Me pediram um valor calção de 1590,00 valor maior que a hospedagem achei muito estranho ! Demoraram 1 semana para me reembolsar, por que eu fui atrás e pedi o reembolso ninguém entrou em contato comigo nesse tempo ! Me disseram que teve toalha com mancha de maquiagem e descontaram 169,00 por uma toalha !!! Me senti lesada !! ( não usei maquiagem )
