• Paolo (9/5): buon rapporto qualità/prezzo - appartamentocon ingresso autonomo a piano terra sul retro della palazzina; con 2 camere e uso di cucina, 1 bagno, posto auto free come previsto. il check in e check out si fa in modo autonomo utilizzando le istruzioni ricevute chiare e dettagliate.... però non abbiamo mai visto il / o la proprietario/a.

• patrick (8/5): Vancouver - Très bon séjour dans ce logement à Vancouver ! Maison confortable propre et calme avec tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer quelques jours agréables. Le lit king-size était très confortable la suite bien équipée et le parking gratuit est un vrai plus. L’emplacement est pratique pour visiter la ville tout en restant dans un quartier tranquille. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter ! l’insonorisation pourrait être un peu meilleure car on entend parfois quelques bruits de pas ou des coups au-dessus. Mais dans l’ensemble cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter !

• Anastasiya (1/5): - We came with our family from a neighboring province and found this place on Booking.com. It showed a price of CAD 144.98, and with taxes it was supposed to be CAD 152 — which seemed fair for a one-night stay. However, we were charged CAD 295.98! When we asked why, they said it included a cleaning fee and “government taxes” that were never mentioned during the booking process. For that amount, we could have booked a real hotel, not a basement unit. The price was completely misleading, and we felt tricked. Not coming back here again, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Be careful — the actual cost is nowhere near what you see online!

• Joanne (10/5): - Chinh. Was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome straight away. The location was brilliant and the garden area was perfect for us. Travel into the city only took around 35 minutes via bus and sky train so the location of our property was perfect for a base to explore Vancouver, which is beautiful. The facilities were spot on and extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to visit Vancouver. Thank you for hosting us Chinh. Nothing we didn't like.

Would love to stay here again for future visits. Wish there was some closet space in one of the rooms that didn’t have any, but this was not a dealbreaker.

L’appartement convenait parfaitement à notre famille de deux adultes et deux enfants. Les propriétaires ont fait preuve d’une courtoisie exemplaire. Je recommande sans hésiter! Bien que le stationnement soit spacieux, une personne moins expérimentée pourrait éprouver des difficultés à y entrer ou en sortir, en raison de la circulation dense et rapide sur la rue.

• Andreas (10/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in Vancouver. - Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Man kann hinter der Wohnung sehr schön im Garten frühstücken. Die zentrale Lage ist klasse. Eine Schnellbuslinie bringt einen zur nächsten Underground Station. Strasse ist ein ziemlich laut, stört aber nur bedingt weil man sich hinter dem Haus aufhält. Bei einem der zwei Doppelbetten wären Einzelbezüge für die Kinder besser als eine einzige Decke.

• Jenny (6/5): Comfortable stay but would think twice about booking. - Location worked for what we needed although was in a not so great part of town. Beds however were very comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was smaller than expected, there was no AC and towels were very small and not enough of them. There was no couch but a very hard day bed that could neither be used as a bed or a couch. A little more expensive done got what we got.
• Ossi (10/5): Exceptional - Great value for money! The accommodation is modern and very comfortable. The beds were excellent! We stayed as a group of four and the apartment was roomy enough for us to be comfortable. Everything worked and the place was very clean. The hosts are super welcoming and even left us a plate of fresh plums picked from the garden, which were really delicious. Storing luggage after checkout was no problem and allowed us one more afternoon in the city. The hosts alsp disposed our bear sprays for us, which really made things easier for us. Highly recommended! As the location is in the suburbs, you need to do a bit of transportation. There are bus stops in the immediate vicinity, but we decided to just use taxi services, which were cheap and reliable. Worked very well.

• Chanieli (10/5): Pleasant surprise having the whole place to ourselves. - When we booked, we thought we would just get a room in a house with a private bathroom but will be sharing the space with others. But we ended up having the whole floor to ourselves with private access, with 2 separate rooms, a living room, kitchen and private bathroom. It was really a pleasant surprise. The place had a homey atmosphere, smelled good all the time, was so clean, had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, had a small garden outside, and someone helped us with our luggage. Everything was great. Location is good, in a safe and clean neighborhood and several bus stops less than 5 mins. walk from there. Everything was great but maybe the shower area would be a little small for others. For us Asians though, it was perfect.
• Belle (7/5): I wasn’t expecting the unit to be in a basement as there was no accurate description about it. We can hear footsteps wal - The place was clean and looks like newly renovated. Free parking is a plus. Not to far from downtown Vancouver. No cabinets and location is in the basement
