• Irini (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was excellent Very clean and in the best area we could ever wish. Nice , quite and in the centre. The hoster was such a polite and kind person I would definitely return back 😁

• Foteini (4/5): Bad experience - It is the first time at I will write a bad review. When we arrived, they have provided us with the wrong code to receive the key. We have asked for a baby coat and had a confirmation that they will bring us one but no baby coat was in the property. But the most crucial thing was that there was no cooking machine in the kitchen (despite the photos and the flat’s amenities)! I couldn’t even warm up my children’s milk.. when we asked where is the cooking machine they told us that there is no cooking machine as it was broken and they could give us an air fryer instead.. And it doesn’t stop there: we tried to use the washing machine but it didn’t work! They came afterwards to fix it. Overall bad experience. The location is very convenient though.

• Linda (9/5): Central Sofia Close to metro - Really close to the centre. Nicely decorated. Coffee machine and great value for money. Communication swift when contacted. TV and door lock little difficult to understand. Bath mat would be useful and/or throwaway floor slippers as hand basin close to walk in shower.

Separate bathroom and toilet, which is convenient for more people. Old, but nicely renovated building. Having some coffee and spices provided was nice. Kitchen could be equipped better - needs some sharper knifes, microwave oven, more cutlery and plates. Bathroom needs space to put toiletries, mirror for shaving. Few more outlets would be good - in bedrooms and bathroom (for electric toothbrushes).

• Karine (8/5): One night in center Sofia - Lovely apartment, very well located in the center, close to the metro. Quiet area. Very easy to find and clear detailed instructions to self check-in. For longer stay, it would be nice to install AC. This is an old building so you can hear noisy neighbours.

• Vincent (7/5): So many soft rooms. - The place was very large and had a variety of sitting options. This was great as both my husband and I needed to do work at separate times on the computer. The sofa was great too, very soft. The balcony was a life saver for our clothes to dry. We really apricated having somewhere to do our laundry after so many days of travel. There is no AC and every room was very hot. So hot that it was hard to sleep. There was a standing fan but no matter what setting it was on, it was not creating wind. There was also only one for two people. It was my most difficult night's sleep on the vacation so far.

• Michael (10/5): Great apartment close to the action and great communication from host - Excellent location and good size on a quiet street but close to centre and NDK metro so easy to get away to the airport. Was a problem with the washing machine but host got back to us quickly, communicated well and problem sorted by the time we returned. Couldn't have asked for more in terms of resolving it. Excellent value.

• Karina (7/5): Good - Getting the keys was super easy, I've received the instruction from the host. No problem with check-in late. The idea for the flat is nice. Beds were comfy. Location is great. Place provided the essentials like hair dryer, iron, some coffee and tee + towels of course. The lock in the door was working with pretty big trouble, and making a lot of noise. The light switch to the restroom wasn't working, unless you were holding it constantly. The toilet and bathroom are tiny, but for me personally was enough. Only cold water in the bathroom sink (wasn't checking the kitchen).

• Maria (10/5): Overall the best place you can stay in Sofia. - The location is perfect 3 min by foot from center. The bed is so comort OMG we felt in love with it. The owners are available if you have some question. There is no free parking place during the day. You can park in front of the building for maximum 2 hours and you pay 4 leva(it is not much). During the night from 20-8:30 it is free.
