• Chrystal (8/5): Great Location and Views - The location on Woods Street made it easy to navigate the city by foot and outer suburbs by car quite easily. The apartment itself had a great layout with kitchen/dining/laundry on one level and the 2 bedrooms with accompanying ensuits located upstairs. It contained everything one would need for a comfortable stay and the views from the two balconies were fantastic. Along with the apartment were 2 car bays, however we only required one space and pool & gym facilities are available. Also we requested a 2nd set of keys which were made available and this gave us the flexibility in our holiday. Very greatful for the clear communication with the booking too. Unfortunately due to the weather Darwin experiences the a/c in the main bedroom had visible mould. Definitely would set up periodic cleaning for this as it would build up quickly due to humidity. Bathroom showers do leak water out of the confined area but nothing the floor mat could fix

The apartment had all the appliances we need for our stay. walking distance to shops etc. the showers flood into the bathrooms around the toilets. The shower drain does not seem to cope with the water flow. the bath mat was soaked every time we had showers. both showers had the same issue. Could also see some mould around the toilet bowls near the lip of the toilets. Long hair found in the bathrooms and on two of the clean towels.

• Andy (9/5): Darwin visits - The central location made getting out and about easy. Shops, restaurants and bars were all walking distance. Close to buses, including the hop on/hop off bus, as we as local sights made for a very enjoyable stay. There is very little, if anything, negative to say about the apartments. Maybe a 2nd key and keyfob to access the apartment, but apart from that, everything was great.

• Bert (9/5): Superb - It was well appointed, very clean, everything you would want in a holiday apartment and the view was fantastic I think you could look at providing 2 sets of keys as we found it difficult to split up and do our own thing, having only 1 set we couldn't do that

• Nicky (7/5): Great location. - Breakfast wasn't included. There was a pricing listed for breakfast but it wasn't for people staying with ZEN. it cost more Funny smell when you went in. Neighbours talking loudly on the balcony at 2.30am.

• Jill (7/5): Good - Great location. Laundry facilities were great. Broken toilet, moldy grout and grubby drains. Minimal supplies in the kitchen and had to request linen change. Only 1 security fob to access lifts and garage for 4 guests.
• Bradley (9/5): It was just great - The view and balconies. Modern unit as well. The downstairs air-conditioner is rattley and the filters were filthy. I cleaned the filters myself.

Have to mention the amazing view from the balcony. Reception were unsure that we had the correct address until the manager confirmed. Minor issue: shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
• Mark (9/5): Superb - Great location and lovely outlook, well appointed apartment Access and lighting around mailboxes made it difficult to see numbers on the keypad.
