• Guest (9/5): Следует тщательно мыть пол перед въездом новых постояльцев. - Просторный номер со всеми необходимыми кухонными принадлежностями.Хозяин всегда был на связи,быстро решил возникшую проблему с временным отключением воды.Информацию по заселению прислали за день до въезда,все было четко и понятно.Рядом с апартаментами много кафе,магазинов.Две станции метро в шаговой доступности.Останавливалась на 16 дней и ни разу не пожалела о сделанном выборе. WiFi работал быстро,без перебоев Номер был плохо убран.Множество длинных черных волос было раскидано по полу,они были просто везде.Ощущение,что перед моим заездом пол не мыли вообще.
• Olivia (7/5): - This is such a lovely beautiful studio in a great location. The pictures match the property exactly. The facilities are good , it has everything you could need. It doesn’t have AC/ventilation so can get really hot during the day. It’s also on the third floor which is difficult to reach with large bags or accessibility challenges
• Hannah (9/5): Nice studio - Clean, safe, good location, exactly like the pictures, and really comfortable bed. I stayed there for nearly 2 weeks and never had any trouble with noise, and it felt really safe with being so high up. The location is great with a 5 min walk to the overground and under 10 mins to get to the underground. The host also replied really quickly when I had any trouble Water pressure was very off and on, and bursts out at you when you turn a tap on and toilet flush was very weak but overall fine and no issues.

• Tiphaine (5/5): - Apart from these inconveniences, the apartment is very well located, close to metro stations and supermarkets. I wouldn’t say it was an excellent experience due to the issues we had, but the stay was overall okay. It’s a pity, because the apartment is very convenient with its well-equipped kitchen and the washer that also works as a dryer. When we arrived, the cleaning had barely been done — there was hair and dust. We also had problems with the water pressure and the heating, which we barely had during our two-week stay. However, the host was attentive and helped fix some of the smaller issues, such as replacing the light bulbs and allowing us to check out later because of our late flight — thank you to him for that.

• Berry (6/5): The bed is heavenly, the price fine for London, checkin was easy, but it needs some love. - The bed was super-comfortable, and the room was not tiny. And the location for me personally was fantastic; very close to where my daughter lives. 1. The floor was really dirty. Even long hairs on the edge by the wall. Maybe mop well, then encourage guests to remove shoes by placing an obvious shoe rack or rug. Or just mop better between visits. 2. Please provide a clean rug (washed new for each visitor) beside the bed. With the floor so dirty and no rug, I had to use a towel as the bedside rug. 3. Please add a sinple hook up higher on the wall , to the right of the sink, in the bathroom. The one that is there is too low. I did not want to hang my towel right above the toilet, on the heater rack.. would have preferred a hook to the right of sink, by the shower. 4. The bathroom sink needs something.. the first time you turn it on it blasts out so hard that it sprays out water on to you; really upsetting. 5. No easy way to charge a phone overnight but keep it by the bed. The bed needs to be moved over so that the only electric plug near the bed can reached by the charger and be on the table. The lamp turn-on/off switch was far away from the bed. Also need to add a dual-outlet to one of the outlets; the fan took one and the lamp the other. 6. Whoever did the finishing work on the place should refund you some money. The painters got paint across the recessed lights, there are sections where the wall corners don't even fit together, the tile above the bathroom door (on inside) uses half regular tile and half leftover shower tile... pretty rough craftmanship in general.

• Esmeralda (8/5): Cozy studio close to transport - Place was very cozy and tidy. It was nice there was a perculator and an iron, came in super handy. A lot was provided, toilet paper, oil, cooking utensils, tea coffee. Very nice for a short or longer stay and youre planning on eating/washing at home Hot water wasn’t working for a day, called and the host immediately got it fixed. Toilet does flush a little bit weak.
