Please notice that due to local laws, you will be required to complete a check-in procedure through an online form powered by Vikey software. During this procedure, you will need to provide a valid identification (passport or European Identity card) and also pictures of each guests, regardless of the age. This procedure is mandatory (no exceptions are made under any circumstances) and must be completed at least 2 hours before arrival. It is also possible to complete it at arrival (for last minute bookings), but we cannot guarantee immediate verification.
The provided data is used solely for compliance of local regulations and provided photos are deleted after 24 hours. You will be also required to pay the city tax by credit card, and sign the rental agreement in the last part of this procedure. The city tax cannot be paid in cash.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and can be subject to additional costs (provided under request).
Please notice that check-in after midnight is possible at an additional fee of 40 EUR that must be paid before entering to the property. This should be requested before 10:00 pm on the day of check-in.
The sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than 2 guests free of charge. If you are booking for less than 2 guests, but want us to prepare them, please let us know in advance. The request is subject to availability and using additional bed linen has an additional cost of 12 euros (single payment).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- ALAIN (1/5): ik wacht nog op mijn geld , - We hadden een verblijf geboekt voor onze zoon in rolstoel , daar het een elektrische rolstoel betrof heb ik vooraf de maten doorgegeven . Toen we aankwamen was er bij het binnenkomen een verhoog van meer dan 20 cm , de lift kon de rolstoel NIET in , Wij waren verplicht een hotel te zoeken en hebben deze pas na 22 u gevonden . Ik heb moeten poets kosten betalen en de toeristentaks alsook 1 nacht . Dit is er echt over , DIEFSTAL noem ik dit . Alsook BOOKING.COM heeft ons niet geholpen
- Guest (8/5): - النظافه وتوفر جميع ادوات المطبخ وكذلك الغساله متوفره بنفس الشقه توفر المصعد وجود تكييف حتى بغرفة النوم الموقع ممتاز جدا حيث انها قريبه من محطة المترو مباشره مقابل السكن فتسهل التنقلات الامان تعاون معنا المضيف من ناحية وقت تسجيل الخروج تسجيل الوصول ذاتي وكان معقد جدا ، المضيف يرسل لك رابط وانت تسويه بنفسك ومن ضمن المتطلبات ارفاق صور لكل افراد العائله مع اثباتاتهم ،وكذلك دفع الضرائب يكون الكترونياً من نفس الرابط المُرسل العزل سيء صوت المترو مزعج حتى اخر الليل موجود مواقف السيارات الي قريبه من الشقه كلها مدفوعه

- Ali (6/5): Leider nicht schön - Kostenlose Parkplätze Leider ist die Lage absolut beängstigend. Den ganzen Tag lungern vor der Tür irgendwelche Typen die Bier saufen. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl. Das Bett ist absolut katastrophal. Es quietscht wie verrückt bei jeder kleinen Bewegung und hängt total durch. Das die U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Haustür ist, ist ja eigentlich nicht schlecht. Aber das Problem ist, das die ganze Nacht die Ansagen zu hören sind. Schlafen ist also wirklich schwierig. Und das Check in System sollte man auf jeden Fall mal überdenken. Hätte ich mich nicht gemeldet, hätte ich noch länger in der Hitze warten müssen.
- Melissa (1/5): Katastrofa - Nichts Ich habe gebucht und habe dann per booking Chat einen link bekommen den ich ausfüllen musste mit Steuer ID und weiteren unnützigen Fragen. Es war sehr unübersichtlich und schwer. Nach 1 Stunde habe ich es geschafft. Der gute Herr wollte mir den PIN fürs Apartment aber nicht geben weil angeblich noch 30€ fehlen. Das wäre Turisten Steuer. Er wollte mir keine Bank Verbindung kein Paypal nichts geben und meinte ich soll nochmal übers Profil schaffen. Zu dem Zeitpunkt stand ich schon eine Halbe Stunde vor dem Apartment. Es war in einer grauenhaften Umgebung. Es kam garnicht dazu das ich im Apartment schlafen konnte weil er mir nicht den PIN geben wollte um rein zu kommen. Nachdem ich schon 120€ bezahlt habe. Es war für mich verarsche auf gut Deutsch gesagt weil er mir das Geld auch nicht zurück geben wollte. Nicht empfehlenswert.
- Sedda (10/5): Ritorneremo - La casa è accogliente e ben disposta. Il suo punto forza è l'estrema vicinanza con la metropolitana . Anche la zona poi è ben fornita di negozi utili per la permanenza.
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - For 1-2 nights might be ok. A clean apartment. Metro entrance is 2 meters from the door. 20 minutes by metro to the historic center with Duomo. No hot water in the bathroom sink, only in the shower and kitchen. No soap, no shampoo, no kitchen towels or dish sponge. Very noisy because of the tram line behind the windows. The bed creaks.

We enjoyed our stay Just a comment, it would have been helpful if some clear instructions about the rubbish was left on the table and some washing up liquid would have been nice
