• Ann-Kathrin (8/5): Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Dresdens Neustadt und Spaziergänge an der Elbe - Tolle Lage, helle und saubere Wohnung mit bequemen Matratzen. Die kleinen Nachteile der Wohnung haben uns für unsere Pläne nicht gestört. Es hat uns nicht gestört, weil wir andere Pläne hatten, aber am kochen hätten wir dort keine Freude gehabt, die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist recht alt und dunkel, hat aber funktioniert.

• Höntsch (10/5): - Super Lage der Wohnung, alles da was man braucht.. Sauber und gemütlich. Einkaufsmärkte, Altstadt für Stadtbesichtigungen sowie Neustadt für Kultur und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Preis völlig angemessen und für Dresden in Ordnung.. Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich, erreichbar und unbürokratisch. Top.. Gerne wieder!

• Jaroszewicz (10/5): - Komfort wysoki, mieszkanie czysciutkie, zadbane, czuliśmy się wyśmienicie. Winda na plus, sklepy w pobliżu, do Starówki spacerkiem 15 minut, parking w pobliżu! Myślałem, że bez czajnika niemozliwe jest zrobienie herbatki!! ale się udało 😜

• Stefanie (5/5): Die Lage der Wohnung ideal, jedoch war die Ausstattung veraltet und funktionierte nicht. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, da sich die Wohnung mitten in der Neustadt befindet und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Leider hatten wir das Problem, dass die Heizung die ganze Zeit lief und nicht auszustellen war. Dadurch war es gefühlt wie in einer Sauna in der Wohnung. Die Fenster konnten wir nur kurzzeitig öffnen, da direkt vor der Tür die Straßenbahn fährt und es einfach zu laut war. Auch der Backofen hat nicht funktioniert – sehr schade! Trotz Anschreibens des Gastgebers gab es seinerseits keine Hilfestellung. Er hat dann einfach nicht mehr auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Auch der Check-in mit Türcode ist unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurde irgendwann einmal investiert und danach nichts mehr gemacht. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist diese Wohnung sicherlich okay, aber für längere Zeit leider nicht zu empfehlen.
• Monica (8/5): Sehr zentral und gemütlich eingerichtet - Beschreibung des Eigentümers wie man in die Wohnung kommt und was zu beachten ist, war sehr hilfreich. Lage sehr zentral, Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Wohnung sauber und gemütlich, Betten sehr bequem. Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden, was für uns als Teetrinker sehr bedauerlich war. Laut Eigentümer hätte es einen geben müssen, dies ist aber nicht der Fall. Besser geeignet für Dresden-Besucher, die mit der Bahn angereist sind. Parkplätze zwar vorhanden, aber kostenpflichtig (6 € für 24 Stunden).
• liliane (4/5): - Nice Apt. light and big rooms, heating was good We, my husband, 14 years old daughter and my 81 years old mother stayed here 2 nights. In the 2nd night, as we were out for an hour to watch the New Years fireworks by the river, people broke into the Apt and stole everything important, bags, money, driving licence, cosmetic bags, Parfüm, Medicaments and the worst thing was our UK car key! They must have watched us and knew when we left. The Apt.is in the 3rd floor and was to enter with a secure door code. They broke the extra key box on the door , which was not for us to use, and entered the Apt.wigh that key! They knew how exactly what to do! Police came, and the owner visited us in the morning to help out with some money and offered the Apt. until things were solved with the car. We didn't stay..to afraid. Our car was taken by Police and is still in Germany! We are still waiting for a new key to bring the car back home. I called Booking.com to report the burglary and ask for help.,talked over days to several people and was offered 90 Euros, and then the gratitude went down to 37 Euro. Deeply disappointed. So much trouble and money to get things back on track! We had to fly back to get back to work and school. I have booked so many places and glights with Booking.com, and somehow expected more help. Like I said, Deeply disappointed and still shocked what has happened to us. I am glad my mother didn't get heart attack since they took her high blood pressure Medicaments.

• Christa (9/5): Alles in allem fanden wir den Aufenthalt super und würden gerne wiederkommen - Die Lage war super! Altbau hat immer Charme! Wir waren zu Viert da, das war Super! Waschbecken war gerissen.

• Isabelle Pfefer da Veiga (9/5): Worth the money, but could be better - The apartment was clean, smells super good, is super spacious, with plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The location is great, 3 min walk from restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, public transportation is around the corner, parking is easy. The shower is terrible. The shower head is probably a few years old and it is all blocked, so the way doesn’t come through properly. Buying a new shower head would make the should experience much better. Also, the water kept getting cold while we were taking a shower. Sometimes we needed to wait for 3 min and start the shower again for the water to warm up. This happened in every shower we took, so it was pretty annoying.
• Monika (5/5): Sonst hat uns der Aufenthalt in Dresden sehr gut gefallen - Die Angabe von Zwei Schlafzimmern hat nicht gestimmt Wir waren zu viert und ein Paar mußte im Wohnzimmer schlafen Angabe für 6 Personen leicht übertrieben und Badezimmer nur mit Wanne und es war nicht gut gesäubert Im Flur der Schrank eine Hälfte mit Putzmitteln belegt und die Rückwand kaputt Für 6 Personen viel zu wenig Möglichkeiten ihre Sachen unterzubringen
