Guest Reviews
- Daniella (9/5): We really loved Marconi 31 and I would recommend this apartment to anyone. - We loved the size and comfort of this apartment. Very comfortable beds and living space. Well equiped kitchen.
Location and neighbourhood was good. The distance from the Historic town was about 40-50 minute walk. But there is lots of places to eat, drink shop directly in the neighbourhood of the apartment. So overall - this was not a problem at all, we just enjoyed the walking.

- Diliara (10/5): - Grazie mille!

- Nikolaos (10/5): - The apartment was very good. It was spacious clean with a nice little balcony and very comfortable beds. The location is very good , as it is a short drive away from all the major landmarks without th hustle and bustle of the city center and plenty of parking spots. The only negative thing was that the toilet flush was not very strong, however it didn't create a problem
- Adrianis (10/5): - El alojamiento es muy cómodo y la atención al cliente fue excelente.
- Laura (10/5): - Más grande de lo que parece en fotos, buena ubicación en zona tranquila pero cerca de tiendas y transporte
- Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, well-equipped and clean apartment, located in a good location (save and quiet street), close to a bus stop and market-store (Conad). Convenient access to the city center, only 15 minutes by bus. Close to the train station and tram as well. Great Wi-Fi (fast and high quality) and a balcony with a table. Very bright and sunny interior. Great contact with the host. Host is very helpful and open for guests needs. The shower door didn't close properly
- Preslava (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is well located very close to bus stop and shops.Everything was clean and meet our needs. Me and my partner went in Rome before a week ago.Our host Sara give us information and instructions about how we can get there and communication was smooth. It was very cold in the apartment, we were literally freezing, the heating radiators are very small for such a large room and space. There was also air conditioning in the bedroom, but when we asked Sara where we could find the air conditioning remote control, because it wasn't there, she replied that it was only for cold weather and we were left cold, we had to turn on the stove in the kitchen to warm up. We also had big problems with the water heater in the bathroom, the hot water is only enough for one person and then you have to wait at least two hours to get in and take a shower with hot water in the middle of winter, which was not normal for us.
- Martins (7/5): Overall, a solid 7. - 1. The apartment is really CLEAN. Very important feature for our family.
2. Rather close to the Trastevere station (10 min walk), direct bus to the city centre.
3. A quiet area at night. 1. The building itself shows some signs of age, the walls of the stairwell could benefit from some fresh painting.
2. Coffee machine in the kitchen would have been nice.
3. Low water pressure in the toilet bowl, can create issues for larger groups of people.
- Despoina (8/5): A pleasant stay - The apartment is really spacious and bright. The location is very close to the bus stop, which is essential for transportation. The neighborhood is great, with many stores and restaurants around. It was a bit cold during morning hours and the bed was a little short for a tall person, but it worked.
- Bianca (10/5): My stay was enjoyable: spacious and clean apartment, and great apartment location. - The host made everything so easy by sending us a video with clear instructions on how to collect the keys. From the moment we stepped into the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Everything felt fresh and clean, and we instantly felt comfortable. The space was more spacious than I expected, with different rooms and even a little section with a desk and chair, which was perfect for me to get some work done on my laptop. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, too. Each person had a set of 2 or 3 towels ready in the apartment. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were available, as well as extra toilet paper, blowdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and iron board.
The host was incredibly accommodating when we asked for an early check-in, and being able to settle in earlier made our stay so much smoother.
The location was perfect – everything we needed was nearby, from Sephora to a gelateria and a supermarket. The Trastevere train station was just a 14-minute walk, and we could reach Rome’s historical center within minutes. Plus, the bus stops were close, making it easy to get around. We also felt very safe in the area, even when walking back late at night, and never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations and made our time in Rome so enjoyable. Just a note to consider, if you decide to walk to Rome to reach the other side of the Tiber River, the GPS may give you a route where you need to go down the stairs right next to the entrance of the apartment complex. It leads to a sketchy area and you will pass by what seemed like an abandoned industrial zone. Personally, I didn't feel too comfortable so I suggest avoiding this route.
- Ευαγγελος (8/5): Very good - There was no a/c in the living room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Raquel (10/5): Comfort and silence in Rome - Everything. The apartment is very well decorated and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are great. The location is silent even in the morning. N/A
- Ehad (9/5): Superb -
- Mari-liis (9/5): Superb - Big apartment to fit a family. No street noise. Sara was helpful and communication was quick. The apartment is close to Trastevere station (10 min walk) Bed was too soft for me.
- Bojana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Inman (9/5): Superb - This is a spacious apartment with a nice view from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, and the entire apartment is beautifully furnished. It is far from the main attractions of Rome and train stations, but the neighborhood it is in is nice and homey.
