• Siobhan (8/5): - The location was great. 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which was on a line right into the very centre of Milan.(M3 line) There was great space in the villa and we found the beds comfortable. The area felt very safe and was quiet at nights. We didn't have any issues.
• Alexander (5/5): Disappointed - Nice terrace and modern style, very good checking details and clear information Minimal toiletries and shower floor towel. Kitchen was very nice but there was nit even a proper pan to cook a plate if pasta. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 3 people, staying there for 4 days. Both ACs were leaking into the wall. The jacuzzi which was supposed to be the highlight of the stay was super dirty and the water was very murky which was bubbling brown foam. We contacted the person in charge who told us this was normal due to “cleaning chemicals”. Mattress where very uncomfortable and only 1 shower gel was provides for us 3.

• mostafa (1/5): Orrore pagato troppo - La struttura trovata sporca, con bicchieri già rotti, yacuzzi non funzionante e sporca, con residui di cose lasciate probabilmente da quelli che hanno alloggiato prima. Ho pagato 100 e passa euro per pulizie che non sono state manco fatte. Il proprietario razzista e maleducato non consiglio a nessuno di andarci è totalmente una fregatura sembra bella dalle foto ma televisione e tutte le cose non funzionanti e messe male

• Et-tahiri (1/5): Attention ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ :( 😞 😓 - Rien à par il nous a donné un check in avancé de 2h et on a fait un check out à 6h30.donc on est nickel.a Le comportement de responsable n'était pas à la hauteur .en plus les photos sont radicalement différentes de la réalité .beaucoup des escaliers le juccozi est montioné comme une piscine. Le processus d'entrée et de sortie est très compliqué. Niveau de propreté faible . Heure de check in à 15h très tard et le check out trop tôt à 10h pour une ville touristique. Un mouvais rapport prix/qualité. Un mauvais emplacement loin de métro pour une famille composée des enfants. Le pire c'est que le responsable ( propriétaire)ne donne pas intérêt aux clients en répondant avec supériorité tout en demandant de ne pas l appeler ou faire des textes sur WhatsApp sauf en cas d'urgence alors WhatsApp est plus pratique.
