• Muhsen (1/5): - تحياتي الساده الكرام لقد تم الغاء حجزي في الفندق قبل وصولي للفندق بيوم واحد ووجدت نفسي بموقف صعب واضطررت لحجز فندق آخر بسعر مضاعف وكان سبب الغاء الحجز ليس منطقي بالنسبه لي علما بانني اتممت الحجز قبل سفري للندن بفتره طويله ومن ثم وبعد الغاء الحجز تم عرض مكان اخر وبعيد جدا عن المدينه من قبل الفندق نفسه وبسعر اعلي من حجزي السابق اي يبعد مسافه طويله جدا عن سنتر لندن ويتوجب استخدام المواصلات لمسافه طويله هذا ما ذكره الموظف عند اتصالي بهم لوجود حل لذا فان رأي انه عمل غير مرضي ولا يمكنني الاقبال على حجز آخر فى هذا الفندق مهما كان السعر ولكم منى جزيل الشكر

• Sophie (5/5): If you don’t get the newer rooms, I wouldn’t advise staying here. - All of the staff were friendly and the location was literally just outside a venue I was attending. There was aircon also. The room was a mess, there were holes in the wall, mold in the bathroom, we didn’t even have a light in the bathroom, there was no bulb. The only light was on the mirror which was hanging off. Furniture was old and paint was peeling off it. Bed was rock solid as well.

Staff friendly The property felt quite run down. We had a 3 bedroom room which there was a sofa bed that was difficult to work. Of course yes we could have asked. But shouldn’t have been difficult
• Joanna (1/5): Brak slow;(⁵⁵ - Po zameldowaniu spedzialm w hotelu ok. 40 min ( chociaż zapłaciłam za 3 noce) podczas których myślałam tylko o znalazieniu innego hotelu ponieważ obiekt jest brudny- niehigieniczny, ( grzyb i pleśń na ścianach, na płytkach w łazience, przy oknie, dziwny zapach zwlaszcza na korytarzach, brudne ściany, brudna wykładzina, ręczniki wyglądały na używane , wąskie i strome klatki schodowe, itd.). Okolica nie zachęcająca do wieczornych spacerów. Jedyny miły akcent "hotelu" miła obsługa. Złożyłam zażalenie na warunki i wniosek o zwrot pieniędzy. Nie polecam. Poza obsługą wszystko mi się nie podobało.

They don’t have any elevators so if you have luggage you have to tow it up and down the stairs. The drainage is also very slow so when you take a shower the water was pilling up. It’s cheap but wasn’t even worth what they are charging per night. I’m glad i only needed to stay for one night.

I SHOULD BE REFUNED FOR THE WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE - Shower was ok Sank of weed, blood on bed sheets, kitchen staff for breakfast rude and clueless, can’t even cook a fried egg properly!! Told the receptionist about the stench of cannabis to be told “one of the guest must be smoking it???” No sh*t Batman!!! Went for breakfast at 8am (served until 11am) to see no hot food cooked except 2 hash browns! Asked kitchen staff to be told “we have run out of bacon, no sausages cooked, about 7 baked beans!! The kitchen staff are rude and laugh when they seen unhappy customers with no food even cooked! Just sat looking on there phones talking in there own language without a care at all for the PAYING customers!! Never ever would go there again and feel completely ripped off!!

Travelled 5 hours from Scotland then arrived at the hotel to be told the place has been shut down by health and safety, no correspondence whatsoever to let us know and also no help from reception staff once we arrived at hotel.

Breakfast gave me food poisoning and staff was horrible for no reason when I tried to go back because I didn't know we were getting kicked out. She stood and stared at me while I packed which stressed me out so I forgot some of my stuff. Walls were scratched and windows were broken probably from a rock being thrown at it. They didn't even bother to give me back the money they said they would for the night that I didn't even spend there since they kicked me out.

Bathroom was vile wouldn't even use shower come out dirtier than i went in. Room stank of cigarette and I'm a smoker myself but not in a bedroom. White socks where black in space of few minutes. Don't book here you be making a big mistake

• de Ridder (6/5): Het verblijf was prima, maar doe wat aan het ontbijt en het innerlijk van het hotel. - De locatie was prima. Je kan 24/7 met de bus naar het centrum van Londen. Het ontbijt viel tegen, dus dat moet beter. Hierdoor vond ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding ook net te slecht. Het ontbijt kan beter, want er is bijna geen keus als je geen typisch Engels ontbijt wilt. De hotelkamer was prima, maar het innerlijke van het hotel ziet er niet heel uitnodigend uit.
• Ourania (2/5): Disappointed for the price and the pictures provided on their booking systems and social media. 3.4 reviews were true ev - The toilet was great Entrance: smelly, unorganised stuff, it took too long to check in and the reception asked 4 times the same question. The building was old, I maintained, there was delivery everywhere, the hallways were full with stuff things, there was a bucket of some tripping water from the spilling without a slipping yellow sign. There were no clear directions (signs) to the rooms. I paid extra for the bedroom (choose the second option) and the room had two single beds combined, they kept splitting and when we asked after we saw the room to get another one we were told that the hotel was fully booked. They didn’t say offer us to do something to the beds, but the reception was always chatting with others and looked that they didn’t want to do anything. The decor was not bad (I am attaching a picture of it, as that was the nicest thing as well as the washroom). The building is unmaintained, too old, and does not have sound proof functions, we were unable to sleep, noises in the night, noises from people walking and using the facilities from 5:45am in the morning, not signs to keep volume down on the whole-ways, people next to us kept their door open and went in and out for one hour by chilling on the whole way most of the time. We were exhausted by the breakfast. Breakfast quantity was good, but most of the quality wasn’t. On the checkout they didn’t say, goodbye or I hope to see you soon, or you are always welcomed back, just thank you when we hanged in the key card.

With the location, it was difficult to find a parking space. The size of the bed was not up to standard double size. Consideration should be given to those people who do not take white bread while brown should be added. The toaster too should be made to be working properly.

La posizione è buona, con venticinque minuti di pullman si riesce a raggiungere il centro, tra l’altro la fermata è proprio sotto l’hotel. Il personale molto gentile. E colazione ottima.

Zeker als je wat vroeg komt is het nog half klaar 🫣 De bus verbinding is super 2 min vanaf de halte en gaat gewoon 7am tot 9pm om de 7a10 min🚌🚌🚌🚌 verschillende lijnen Hotel is oud en de gangen is loop door sluip door De locatie😳 de buurt maar viel met alles toch wel mee. Trein in de achtertuin 4 meter vanaf je kamer maar ik moet zeggen die hebben we haast niet gehoord. De foto zijn mooier dan in het echt 😕 De badkamer heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig, tis schoon maar achterstallig onderhoud 🥴
• Silvia (8/5): Para unos dias por londres , es perfecto. - En general esta bien , las chicas del comedor muy amables , el desayuno completo , la ubicacion 25 minuts del centro la parada del bus 2 minuts del mismo hotel ,que eso es un punto a favor Falta de mantenimiento y un poco mas de limpieza. Pero por el precio que tiene es perfecto . Volveria a repetir

• Kathryn (5/5): Good room & staff, breakfast was bad but worth the price - The staff were lovely, the room was newly renovated and really pleasant. Breakfast was stone cold, pretty tasteless and felt unhygienic. Although the room was nice, and you can see they are renovating the hotel, the corridors and shared spaces still felt pretty gross.

• Kateryna (10/5): - I like everthing. Hotel is very Clean and komfortable. Personal ist very friendly and polite. Food is very delisious. Prise is very nice. I recommend this Hotel from whole my heart. Thank you

• Daryl (4/5): Relatively cheap but a bit nasty. Avoid if you have high standards - The hotel was more affordable than most in the area. The addition of a buffet breakfast included in the price was a nice touch. The staff were very nice and friendly. Did not get a 2nd room key even upon request for 2nd guest. The room and whole hotel was falling apart. There were stains everywhere. Our our rooms shower was malfunctioning with water spraying where it should not have when it turned on. Our mirror was smashed. The wood floor had missing pieces. The toilet had a missing lid. The daily cleaning did not occur on the 2nd day and I had to ask management for fresh towels due to the lack of cleaning. The presentation of everything made us concerned about the hygiene but admittedly there was nothing specifically dirty that we found. There was a stale smell throughout the hotel. The bacon at the buffet was foul and definitely NOT bacon.
• Castillo Palomares (7/5): - Destaco la amabilidad del personal, sobretodo de la chica que nos atendio el primer dia. Nos ayudo en todo. La habitacion estaba bien en relacion calidad-precio y en general todo esta bien pero si que es verdad que le hace falta seguir con las reformas y lo unico malo fue que escuchabamos mucho el tren. El desayuno bastante bien, nunca faltaba nada y las chicas muy atentas y serviciales Quiza no esta bastante cerca del centro pero hay una parada de bus en la misma puerta y con un autobus se llega a todas partes asi que por esa parte genial!

• Marco (3/5): Fate qualcosa per l' odore - Il personale era molto cordiale e sicuramente la posizione dell' albergo è ottima perché avendo una fermata di diversi autobus proprio davanti ti permette di raggiungere il centro in meno di 15 minuti. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati L'odore... Percorrendo il corridoio che porta dalla hall al secondo edificio dell' albergo è un crescendo di odore di muffa e salendo al secondo piano si aggiunge anche l' odore che si trova nei luoghi in cui si è soliti fumare. Dico solo che al secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto comprare dei deodoranti al supermercato perché altrimenti la situazione era poco sopportabile. Poi, la maggior parte delle porte porta i segni dell' umidità (notevoli rigonfiamenti del legno).
• Andrius (6/5): - Rooms on pictures doesn't match the actual room you are getting... Main door so old and poorly that you have to slam it almost to close it, and. WiFi is so poor that it's better not to use it at all
