• Wolfgang (7/5): Schöne Wohnung, aber leider aber etwas vernachlässigt. - Lage und Zuschnitt der Wohnung sehr gut, Küchenausstattung zufriedenstellend Übergabe durch wartende Servicekraft sehr gut. Man sollte im Prospekt erwähnen, dass man 64 steile Stufen braucht um in die Wohnung zu kommen, mit Gepäck nicht ganz einfach. Schöne Lampen verlieren ihren Reiz, wenn sie nicht geputzt werden Badezimmer mit Wanne ohne Verschluss der Wanne nicht nutzbar. Dusche Tür nicht dicht, setzt das ganze Bad unter Wasser Im blauen Zimmer deutliche Schimmelspuren an der Wand. Müllentsorgung völlig ungeklärt, es gab keine Mülltüten, Entsorgung des Mülls in Müllbooten nur morgens zwischen 6.30 und 8.30 Uhr, falls man ein solches findet, bei Abreise am Sonntag keine Möglichkeit Müll zu entsorgen. Öffentliche Müllbehälter für Hausmüll nicht erlaubt.

• Renáta (10/5): Kényelmes, szép szállás Velence szívében - Velence szívében egy kényelmes, tiszta, szép lakás. Elhelyezkedése kifejezetten jó, pár percre a Rialtótól és kellemes rövid sétára a többi nevezetességtől. A kommunikáció gördülékeny volt a szállásközvetítő irodával, segítőkészek voltak. Kifejezetten tetszett, hogy a nappali és az egyik hálószoba ablakából egy kis csatornára és a gondolásokra láthattunk. Az ágymatracok picit kemények voltak, de ez egyéni ízlés kérdése. A 70 meredek lépcső megterhelő lehet idősebbeknek, de a foglaláskor tisztában voltunk a tényekkel.

• daniele (6/5): - Casa molto spaziosa, camere ok, cucina ok, condizionatori in soggiorno poco funzionanti. L'appartamento è ampio e centralissimo, se non avete problemi a fare 80 scalini è ottimo! 6 valigie da trasportare e due ospiti anziani (di cui uno con problemi di mobilità) per 80 scalini non è stato affatto divertente. Richiesto accompagnamento per raggiungere l'appartamento (10 minuti) da Rialto, data la difficoltà nel raggiungere il sito in quelle condizioni dovendo fare ponti e controllare la mappa, negato.. nessuna bottiglia d'acqua in frigo all'arrivo, nessun aiuto valigie. L'unica preoccupazione di chi ci ha ricevuto è stata di ritirare la tassa di soggiorno e verificare i documenti ancora prima di salire.. capisco che a Venezia gli ascensori sono cosa rara, ma gli ospiti vanno avvertiti mettendo in chiaro la situazione! Sul servizio di ricezione ospiti non credo serva aggiungere altro..

• Jacqueline (8/5): Fantastic property in the heart of Venice. - It is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very central and great for our family We didn’t have a kettle & missing a dish towel in the kitchen. Small things really as we managed with a pan to boil water and there was kitchen roll left.

Steps could be a bit of a challenge with younger kids or older people but were fine for us. A kettle would be a nice addition.

When it says fully equipped kitchen, it would be nice to have a kettle. Please be aware there are 70 steps to get to the apartment. Not for anyone with mobility issues. It was very expensive apartment but it was in a great location for a once in a lifetime trip.

• Srikanth (8/5): Very good - The location was highly satisfactory, and the apartment was exceptionally clean with aesthetically pleasing decor. Nino demonstrated remarkable patience during the check-in process. Due to the cancellation of our train from Milan, we were compelled to modify the check-in time on several occasions, and Nino graciously accommodated our situation. Was not informed it was 2nd floor apartment , there nearly 100 steep steps and with 3 cases it was very tough to carry them up , it would be very difficult if someone has physical issues. No milk or any complimentary fruit, etc, for people travelling and checking in late with families ,it would have been a nice touch. Internet keeps disconnecting from bedroom to bedroom and very patchy.

• Katie (10/5): Loved it!! Amazing apartment and location - The location was superb! Right in the heart of the tourist area and very easy to get everywhere from. The WiFi in the flat was very bad and as we were filing copy and working whilst there it was an issue for us. But if you were on holiday it would be fine.
• Mindy (5/5): The location is nice, but I would not stay here again when coming back to Venice. - The location is close to a lot of popular tourist attractions. It is advertised that there is air conditioning in the unit. However, no batteries in the AC units. When asked for instructions and help to get the AC going, we were told it was not possible to use the AC yet. The unit was hot and stuffy and we had to open the windows. The mosquito problem is significant. We were covered in mosquito bites every morning and spent three nights and days covered in bites and itching! This should not be a problem in a unit that is advertised as having AC. Also, there was a required trash removal, which is not specified before booking. Threat of fines are stated in the apartment. Worrying about how and where to dispose of trash and knowing this unit only has AC available at certain times of the year, would definitely have kept me from booking here had I known in advance.
• John (6/5): Pleasant - Great location in central Venice, only as short walk from the Rialto bridge water taxi stop. Good communication with host. Very clean and comfortable Directions to the apartment were not clear. It is tucked away in a courtyard off the main streets. I would suggest telling guests that it is above the Trattoria Alla Scala (since this can be found on Google maps) and to go up the stairs just to the LEFT of the Trattoria entrance (there is also a staircase to the right). Quite a few steps up to reach the apartment. When I booked, amenities listed included kettle, microwave and coffee machine, all of which were absent. When I raised this, the host said: the microwave was listed in error and would be removed from the site (too late to help me); the kettle was 'not included' (no apology); there was a coffee maker - an Italian moka (that's not a machine!).

The place wasn’t clean.. footstool looked slimey, HVAC missing and dead remote controls , the couch was broken , one room didn’t have any working lightbulbs. There wasn’t anything we liked
• Jacqueline (8/5): Nice, clean and convenient apartment. - It was in a good location, clean and spacious. Access to the apartment is not simple. You have to make a phone call to the property manager to access the apartment. Instructions are confusing. It says to access the green door but there’s 3 green doors in the area. You also need to leave cash for tax which should be clearer on the booking. So many stairs to climb before reaching the apartment, not suitable for prams, less mobile and elderly. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment, keep windows shut. They say there is a view but you are too high up to see anything. Expensive for what it is though.
• Andylou100 (7/5): Nice apartment good location unhelpful management Sent - Nice large clean apartment in fantastic location a few minutes walk to St Marks square overlooking a small canal The property management staff and small things which made it irritating. The advert says it has a kitchen but they don't provide a kettle. For people like us who drink a lot of tea and coffee it's a pain in the backside to have to fill pans with water which take ages to boil. When we asked the management whether we could please gave a kettle they flatly refused saying they don't provide a kettle as it causes problems fir electrics! So either the electrics are very old and poor or they are not willing to purchase a new kettle. Either ways that's not what you expect if an apartment has full kitchen facilities. Secondly we asked if we could leave one packed bag in the hallway for a few hours after the 10am check out time. Again refused even though the new people taking the apartment can't check in until 3pm. The management provided a link to a paid bag storage company but that was 25 minutes walk in the opposite direction to the boat taxi stop we had to get to after so the choices were either walk 25 mins with the bag then 40 minutes again back to the boat taxi stop or carry it round. Neither option was great. Very inflexible. Other small things like we told them the ironing board was broken and didn't stay up properly. Not a bug deal but their answer was " we don't provide an ironing board" which makes no sense as they clearly do provide an ironing board in the flat! I reported on day 1 that the bedside light in the rear back bedroom wasn't working. Instead of just sending someone round to fix it I was asked to email the issue rather than tell them over the phone then I was asked to take a photo and upload it to the website which I didn't bother to do. Why should we go through the hassle of doing all this for something so simple and straightforward which did not need a photo to explain! So in conclusion the managent staff of this apartment are very unhelpful and have no idea about customer service.
• Nuno (9/5): Very nice apartment - Expensive but spacious and very well-located apartment, very close to the Piazza San Marco and with a pleasant view to a canal. Comfortable beds. We recommend this house. It's a little confusing to get to the apartment, with lots of details and instructions. Opening the door remotely is not very practical. Without microwave or kettle. The guests must take care of the garbage.
• Renata (9/5): Fabulous - Fabulous location. Very spacious apartment, modern and clean. It is on the top floor with a view of the beautiful canal from the windows. Highly recommend to stay at this apartment. We had a problem with AC not working in one bedroom and making vibration noise in the other. The staff tried very hard but technician couldn’t come until the next day. All was fixed but there should be another look at this (provided details directly to the host). Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Many restaurants close by. Amazing apartment - very spacious, 2 bedrooms, air con in every room, 2 bathrooms. Everything in the apartment was great. A lot of stairs to climb if you have heavy suitcases (no lift).

Filling a form and those things are pretty not required. Also, charging late check in fee for which no manual work is required is insane.

• Billy (10/5): Amazing location and beautiful property. - loves that it had a kitchen, 2 bathrooms a shower and a tub. it was beyond clean and one of the nicest places we have stayed in Europe. the AC worked amazing. the host was very receptive to any questions and was very helpful with instructions to the flat. there was nothing that we didn’t like. the only thing to mention is the steep stairs leading to the 2nd floor apt. might make it difficult for someone with limitations or a lot of luggage.

• Anonymous (8/5): what would’ve been a good time turned into a stressful time due to trash situation. - Location, cleanliness. The apartment had most things necessary for simple meals. Everything about the stay was totally fine except the rules regarding the trash. There’s no trash pick up on Sunday. We had checked out on monday and there was no trash boat in the designated area. Also, recycling was a total hassle because only certain items were taken on certain days. What would’ve been an excellent stay turned out to be a drag because of the trash. We ended up, taking trash with us along with our suitcases to the airport because there was no place to leave it. This should not be an issue for someone on vacation. It should be the responsibility of the owner of the apartment to take care of the trash. Also, the remote controls did not work for the air conditioning units. It seems the batteries were dead or missing.
