• Diogo (1/5): - Location We had huge trouble to open the unit door. We had to call Vacasa to send someone to open unit door. And when we went to take shower didn’t have hot water in the unit. We had to call Vacasa one more time to send someone and it took time. We came to enjoy and relax and we had more trouble than to stay at home.

Not gonna recommend this place to anyone - The location is good as it is close to the village and the inside of the location is also good The day we stayed there was a power outage from 5pm till the next day afternoon. Firstly the place didnt have a power backup. Second thing is we couldnt sleep well the entire night as the room was very cold as there was no power. There was no staff at night at the reception so we could get an extra blanket. On the day of check out since we didnt have power all night i asked for a one hour entension since we didnt sleep well and property straight out said no entension. I feel this couldve been accomodated. Two hours later we went back to the property as we forgot a hat in there and we saw that the room hadnt been cleaned or anything. So i feel my request couldve been accomodated

• Kuldip (5/5): Ok - Location was good Rusty from exterior vent from we enter. Needs lot of updating. Our condo was making loud noises. Sounded like someone trying to force entry In. But after few times occurrence we think must be some pipe noises. Creepy.
• Babu (10/5): Excellent and worth the money - Staffs at the resort were amazing and the receptionist at the front desk was amazing(I forgot her name). she was super kind and very helpful. My wife had to work from the resort and forgot her laptop charger. The front desk helped us with the charger and mouse. It was an amazing stay and the kids loved the stay.
