• Shahid Mehmood (1/5): Styr unna, ikke noe for familier. - Ingenting, området til leilighet alt var dårlig. Styr unna. Vi var tidlig ute, og spurte om vi kunne sjekke inn tidlig, det var mulig at vi kunne legge igjen bagasjen, men ikke sjekke inn. Da vi kom fram, hadde ikke forrige gjester forlatt, og det var så skittent i leiligheten at det var ikke mulig å bo der. Vi var familie, og strøket var helt forferdelig. Det var alkoholikere, narkomane, og folk med spesiell holdning. Våre barn ble rett og slett redde, at vi måtte bare kansellere det hele stedet. Så de som leser dette, IKKE bestill dette. Dere får ikke penger heller ved klaging. Kjøkkenet var elendig, badet var bitteliten, og utstyr var som det var kjøpt i en billig marked. Utleier lovet bedre tilstand, men vi hadde klart å få en bedre leilighet nærmere Paddington, altså ca 10min å gå fra denne leiligheten. Da jeg kom tilbake for å hente bagasjen, hadde de ryddet, men man kunne se at husets tilstand var veldig dårlig. Trangt, og ikke godt idet hele tatt. Gå aldri for en anmeldelse under 7, dette er noe vi lærte. Utleier var først der at de hadde kansellert i systemet, og åpnet for ny bestilling, vi fikk beskjed at vi skulle få penger, men booking.com sa at de ikke hadde registrert noe som helst. Tilslutt prøvde jeg spørre, at det skulle refunderes, så begynte unnskyldninger å komme, at vi kansellerte med egenvilje og ikke av tilstanden.

• Rebecca (1/5): - Niks vies beschimmeld wiet lucht. Waar ze wierrook voor neer zetten. Beheerder is niet goed bij ze hoofd liegt gelukkig alles via de app. Lacht bij iedere klacht. Te smerig hier Alles beschimmelde badkamer bedden zijn vies vlekken en schimmel. Alles is zo slecht mensen die het beheren hebben geen idee hoe ze om moeten gaan met een klacht. Gaan dom staan lachen en denken schimmel wel even schoon te maken. Verblijf hier niet!!!!!!
• William (7/5): - They replaced most of the missing kitchen essentials quickly upon request. No corkscrew low battery co2 alarm that chirped loudly and constantly. Wrapped it in a towel and put it in the entrance hall and still had it as a background noise.

• Tracey (1/5): No sleep , disgusted with general . - Bedrooms and lounge looked good The bathroom has mould on the tiles and the shower is only a hand shower that is held together with zip ties , kitchen very tatty , old appliances , microwave filthy inside , lounge light not working .smoke detector beeping all night , kept us all awake , neighbours screaming all night at each other and child crying .mirror in lounge broken frame at bottom , door handles falling off .no plug socket for bedroom tv . Did not feel safe in general location when out at night .

• Arfat (6/5): - The location was great, near many nice restaurants and other nice places. The weather was hot and there was only one small noisy fan we have used in one room and the other room was boiling. When we opened the windows as it was hot, we couldn't sleep as it was very noisy outside with people shouting and speaking loudly till early morning every single night we have spent there.

• Maria (6/5): - The location It's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Traveling with a 76 year old sinior was a challenge. They don't advertise that info. The kitchen wasn't clean. Filthy kettle (electric water boiler). We noticed it had a lot of residue inside after we had already used it. We weren't able to use the stove. We couldn't turn it on. We couldn't use the TV until we found out the remote batteries were dead, so we bought new batteries. We tried to contact the owner by text message twice about these issues, and we never got a response. There is no proper shower but a handheld shower head that doesn't attach to the wall, so you need to hold it with your hand all the time. The place is very small for a group of 5 people.

• Keri (3/5): Never again would I stay here - Nothing about the property was good. The property is advertised as 2 bathroom which it is not. The flat is shabby, tatty and in need of a lot rectification work. There is visable mould all around the bathroom. The kitchen has damaged surfaces and didn't appeal to prepare food in so unusable. The smoke alarm kept giving off an annoying beep every minute which can't be turned off. There are cigarette holes and stains on the setee. Wardrobe doors with missing handles. The flat wasn't ready when we arrived so we had to wait. To get to the flat you have to walk through an alley. At night there are groups of men from local resturants sitting in the street and alley smoking and drinking which was intimidating for families.

• Natasha (9/5): Excellent location for the price - It had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. Very good price considering it's so close to central and so many tube lines, would definitely stay here again if I need to be around the area.
• Caroline (10/5): Good stay - The place is nice and clean and perfect location with tube station 5 minutes walk nearby. The flat is everything we need for our stay and the host is very friendly and responsive. We definitely come back again in the future. Thank you Nothing
• Guan (6/5): Will not stay again - Location as it located near to some attractions as we walked to Hype Park with our boys The unit is not really clean and some areas quite dirty.
• Krisztina (4/5): Disappointing - The flat is in a good location, it has 2 bedrooms, quite spacious. Owner was kind enought to let us check in early, which helped since we traveled with a small baby. Arriving to the building was disappointing, lot of mess and garbage around the entrance, neighbours were loud, often heard quarrels. The inside of the flat is also very old with old furniture, broken wardrobes, messy, unorganized kitchen with random kitchenware thrown in there. Loud creaking doors, old bathroom (wall broken from outside), water temperature is almost impossible to set. We could not find the info to wifi (our fault), but owner responded on the 3rd day…

• A. (4/5): Disappointing - Convenient location. Access to property is a little difficult. Instructions were misleading in the email. As we arrived late at night, the access area had no lighting, and we only received 1 key fob between 4ppl. Generally, the whole area was extremely dirty and littered. The compact flat was dimly lit. There was no toilet roll holder in the toilet. Hot water temp was scalding. There was no way to mix with cold water as there was no mixer. It was difficult to have a shower as there was no holder. We did not use the kitchen at all, but it had a foul odour. The property had 2 TVs both of which could not be switched on as the plugs were too far from the switch plates and lead not long enough.
