• Ainhoa (8/5): - La ubicación estaba bien conectada con el centro a tema de transporte público. Pero estaba bastante lejos del centro, entre 30-40 min del centro en autobús.... Encuentro que el precio es un poco alto para lo lejos que está y lo pequeño que es. Cumple con las necesidades básicas y el barrio es tranquilo. Si solo quieres usarlo para dormir y estar todo el día fuera es el ideal.

• Djaouad (9/5): - L'emplacement est très bien, vraiment très pratique. Tout a proximité et devant le tramway. L'appartement est cozy et suffisant pour quelques jours. Bon rapport qualité prix.

• Alicja (10/5): Bardzo fajnie! - Wszystko było ok, bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Materac był bardzo wygodny- chyba został wymieniony, bo widziałam że wcześniej narzekano na to- wg nas był super. Niczego nam nie brakowało.

Inoltre una presa si staccava, quando siamo arrivate mancava la carta igienica e in bagno c’era solo un piccolo gancio per appendere gli asciugamani. Non c’è un tavolino dove poter mangiare. Mia madre poi ha avuto male alla schiena perché il letto non da abbastanza sostegno

• Petra (8/5): - Skvěle vybavený, útulný pokoj. Menší kuchyňka s kávovarem a konvicí. Výborná poloha. Tramvají 16 se dostanete cca za 15 min k Duomu.

• Aurore (2/5): Très décevant, jeune société immobilière qui a encore beaucoup de progrès à faire - - vin et chips de bienvenue (mais avec tellement de règles données et de menaces d'amende, on pensait que c'était payant!) - propriétaire réactif Tous les commentaires que je vais décrire ont déjà été dit dans les 6 derniers mois... Signe que la société immobilière ne prend pas réellement en compte les remarques négatives! - étagère pour ranger les vêtements remplis de coussins et oreillers et donc inutilisable (commentaire déjà écrit en mai 2025) - vaisselle sale (il s'agissait probablement des locataires précédent mais le minimum est de tout revérifier !) - pas de torchon pour essuyer (mais une grille pour égoutter) - 2 petites casseroles seulement (remarque déjà donné en mai par une voyageuse) et quand j'en parle au propriétaire, il me dit qu'il devrait y en avoir 3... - pas de poêle pour cuisiner ... le minimum! - le lit est très très mou, ce n'est pas un problème pour moi mais certains ne pourraient pas y dormir. Mais le plus gros problème est la climatisation, ce n'en ai pas une! L'annonce est mensongère! Si vous venez à Milan en période chaude, ne louez pas cet appartement ! Il s'agit d'une clim mobile où vous devez laisser la fenêtre ouverte ! Aberrant! L'option "ventilateur" est possible sur l'appareil en fermant la fenêtre mais n'est pas du tout efficace avec des chaleurs estivales. Avant de penser à la grosse télé avec Netflix ainsi qu'aux cadeaux, voyagez et découvrez les vrais besoins : propreté, accessoires de base, confort.
• Giuseppe (10/5): Il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole, una soluzione ideale per chi cerca praticità e stile in zona Porta Ro - Il monolocale è moderno, ben arredato e accogliente, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno pratico. La posizione è comoda, ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici e con servizi nelle vicinanze.

• Georgi (10/5): Great for value of money and close to fondazione Prada which my friend and I were visiting for. - Very cozy and cute little house for couples or solo travelers. Close to Fondazione Prada and quite close to city center if using tram or bus. Owner Francesco is available online and answers questions quickly. Small fridge and coffee capsule machine is available. Netflix also if you’re interested.

• Ruth (7/5): Don't regret staying there but probably wouldn't stay again - It's right on the tram line,quiet enough area. Big telly and a bottle of wine on arrival . There is a big telly in a studio apartment overlooking the old timey trams. The following are just observations for future travelers .The requests for tax and personal information felt shady the way it was requested. The building itself has quite thin walls so if you find it difficult to sleep it might be a problem . I could not figure out the key box or door for a long time. The shower was very small so this is not meant in any disrespect but I am size 14-16 and could barely get in. The bathroom had an odd smell .

The host needs to attach the air conditioning in the window frame (it is portable, we needed to figure out how to get the tube out and not the mosquitos in by ourselves) 3. The bed was too soft on the right side. Maybe rotate the matress a bit?.. 4. Too much instructions from the host in the check in (as if we were playing a game and the prize is the apartment) 5.Check in only PRECISELY AT 3PM. Not a minute earlier. 6. Taxis paid and our ID were given to the host by shady links.

The location is great as well, even though far from the center, there is a tram stop by the door, super convenient. There was a grocery shop nearby which made my life super easy! Great internet connection, and cool decoration, and it is nice to be in an old building, feeling the real Italian life. I definitely recommend this place! Nothing, honestly. Maybe if you are looking to do a lot of tourism, you might feel the place is far from the main attractions. But for a few days or to a flight connection (which was my case), works perfectly well!

• Miona (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was cozy. You have everything you need. We had coffee, tea, salt, water in the fridge etc. There is soap and shower gel. We appreciate the attention to detail. The bed is very large and cozy and the TV is a great addition. It's also very modern and retro. The host is very kind and responsive. The bathroom was not functional. The toilet seat is not stable, and the space in the shower is too small and tight. There is a strange smell coming from the bathroom water pipe.
