• Preston (7/5): Good but not great - Perfect location, close to the train station and the airport. Clean and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the washing machine was helpful. It's a great crash pad if you don't spend much time in the apartment and are out and about. It's not much more than a crash pad. Nothing about it makes you want to hang out in the apartment — it's just not that comfortable or charming. It works if that's all you need, but it doesn't make you look forward to coming back. There's also no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases to the 4th floor was strenuous. I should have read the listing more carefully, but be prepared, especially if you're traveling with young children.
• Sheikh Huraiz Ahmed (7/5): Comfy, good location, great for families who don't have a lot of heavy luggage - The location was great, very close to the Zurich Oerlikon station, room was very clean and comfortable with all the required amenities such as kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, induction stove The building does not have a lift and our room was on the 4th floor so the only complain was it was a big pain carrying luggage up and down 4 floors. Would not have complained if the host would arrange someone to help but that wasn't the case.

• RITA PALOMA (10/5): Nos encantó, volveríamos. - Me pareció muy cómodo y bonito, tiene dos balcones súper espaciosos y bonitos. La camas son amplias y cómodas. Incluso el sofá cama es muy cómodo. Lo único que está en un cuarto piso y no hay elevador. Pero no importa tanto cuando lo comparas con lo bueno que es el alojamiento. Nos encantó y volveríamos.

• LAURA (2/5): insomnie assurée le week-end - logement fonctionnel et propre. Proche du Théâtre 11. le logement (n°102) se trouve au premier étage juste au-dessus d'un shisha bar (voir plusieurs sur la même route). Nous avons loué le logement pour le week-end et sommes venus avec des enfants. Le bar était ouvert une bonne partie de la nuit et la musique était tellement forte, qu'il a été impossible de s'endormir avant que cela ne s'arrête... vers 3h du matin. Inadapté pour les familles ou quiconque souhaite dormir à des heures raisonnables.

Não gostei saber que tinha que pagar a taxa da cidade para receber o código da porta somente quando cheguei lá. Essa informação poderia ser dada com antecedência e eu poderia ter pago com antecedência. Não tem elevador e o apartamento fica no 4o andar. Não vi essa informação antes de reservar.

Tragehilfe, Code bei der Eingangstüre wurde nicht gegeben nur vom Zimmer, Heizung kaputt nach Kontrolle durch Spezialisten leider immer noch kaputt. Wir sind dann früher abgereist, Geldrückerstattung abgelehnt. NIE WIEDER!

• Marina (10/5): - Das Check-In mit dem Code hat einwandfrei funktioniert und die Vermieter sind super Nett und immer da wenn Fragen auftauchen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat super gepasst für uns. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Aber wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Ansonsten kann ich leider nichts negatives berichten. Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Trip nach Zürich.

• Marie (8/5): - The accommodation was clean, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was nice and big. The accessibility to public transport and trains was perfect. The shower in the bathroom was a little dripping and there is no chandelier in one room. Parking was bad. Our parking space was on the other side of a shisha bar and other similar services. Right after arrival, the lady at the door of our parking lot kicked trash at our car, repeatedly. She seemed aggressive. The stairs from the street to the parking lot were also full of trash. We did not feel safe with our children. If we had arrived without children and a car, for example by train/plane, then we would not have noticed this.

• Po Shan (9/5): Good stay - The location is good and the neighbour are very friendly. When we checked out and carried the heavy luggage from the top floor to the ground floor, the neighbour help us to carry the luggage down to the ground floor. There is no lift and you have to take the luggage up to 4 floors. If you carry a heave luggage, it is not easy to do it. We were aware of this when we booked this apartment. So, no complain.

• Felipe (10/5): Excelente opción para familias en Zurich - Muy moderno el apartamento y la atención a pesar de que nunca hubo contacto físico solucionaron todas las demandas y estuvieron pendientes a todo, la ubicación cerca de supermercados y estaciones de tren, recomendable para familias El no ofrecer guarda equipaje o permitir dejar las maletas unas horas más , si bien me dijeron eso desde el principio sería algo bueno para los viajeros

• Seok Kin (8/5): - The apartment was big and comfortable for us, a group of 5 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and there was a washer/dryer. There is no lift in the building and our apartment was on 3rd floor. The pubs on ground floor can be noisy through the night.

• Lana (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return and stay here again! - The apartment was clean and worked well for our family of 5. The location was outside the city but public transportation was easily accessible.

It's very close to the train station and 10 mins away from city center by train. We had everything in the studio, the washing machine was also a blessing. Everything was more than ok

• Irina (8/5): Overall experience was nice. Host very responsive, friendly and helping. - I was a bit sceptic thinking of that those apartments have self check-in, but once we were there and we really had some questions related to the apartment and parking for our car, I was very pleased about the fast responsiveness of the host over the mail and WhatsApp. I would like to advice also to the host to maybe place the explanation about how the door lock is actually working from inside of the apartment on the door back. I was not sure how to lock the door once we were in. There is a bar on the first flour of the building and sometimes when we had an opened windows the smell of smoke was coming in. Also, the noise from the street and the bar.

• Kuohsin (9/5): - The apartment is modern and clean. Location is close to the train station. The bed is comfortable. In general, everything is pretty nice but missing some consumables. We were with 5 and stayed for 2 nights. There is a coffee machine but only 4 capsules. (The cups are also too big for the coffee machine). Only 3 rolls of toilet paper. It would also be nice if there is a cut board and a drying rack.

The check in process was seamless and host communicated very well Noise from the construction site opposite, not that the host can do anything about it.

• Krisztian (8/5): Light, spacious, well equipped apartment. - Light, spacious, well equipped apartment. The bathroom is very small. There is no separate toilet. This might cause inconvenience mainly in case of 3-4 guests.
• Friederike (6/5): - Die Einrichtung mit Küchenzeile ist modern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter freundlich. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, lediglich einen elektrischen Ventillator, der es an den heissen Tagen nicht schaffte, ausreichend zu kühlen. Gegenüber ist eine große Baustelle und es war wg. des Strassenlärms nicht möglich mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst.

• Stephen (1/5): Not up & great but DOWN and DISAPPOINTING - Nothing Everything from not being told we had to walk 4 flights of stairs to access apartment. Not being told there was building site on our doorstep which woke us up each morning at 7.30am and was constant noise throughout the day. Apartment was dirty (see photos) False advertising showing a sofa we had 2 uncomfortable wooden chairs and a bed with no headboard we couldn’t even sit down. Bed linen dirty also towels too
• Thiago (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent option, very clean, well equipped. Noisy neighborhood on Saturday, other days fine.
• Sanket (6/5): Comfortable but can be better - It was a well equipped good size apartment. The owners were very cooperative. There was no elevator. Had to climb 3 floors with luggages. The neighbourhood was not all that great.
• Goswin (7/5): Slight drawbacks here and there but overall acceptable - The flat was clean and well kept. The design was pleasant and the bed comfortable. The nightclub/bar downstairs played loud music until 5am both Friday and Saturday. Traffic noise made us keep windows shut and flat becomes stuffy. The TV has no programs to watch and is not tuned. The bathroom is minuscule and legs bang on wash basin when sitting. The designated and paid parking place was taken when arriving.
