O. - Sehr zentral, also mitten in der Stadt - die Wohnung war leider nicht ganz sauber (im Kinder Zimmer klebt ein Kaugummi am Bettpfosten oben an der Wandseite, und in der Schublade befinden sich leere Tüten und Krümmel von Knabberzeug und unterm Bett lagen Gummibärchen. > - die Sets zum unterlegen auf den Esstisch waren auch nicht sauber > - es war nich Sand auf dem Boden und auf dem Sofa > - was aber noch am schlimmsten ist, sind die bis 4 Uhr laute Kneipe unter uns. Es steht nicht für Junggesellen Abschiede und Party Leute, aber dort wird bis morgen Bass und laute Musik, Stühle gerückt und geschrien. Das Personal von der Kneipe hat sich im Anschluss noch unter unserem Fenster lautstark ausgetauscht, Bierfässer und Flaschen verräumt und die feststehenden Mülltonnen nicht gerade leise betätigt. Also jeden Tag von montags bis sonntags. > Das stand nirgendwo und da man Familien mit Kindern diese Wohnung anbietet, darf das nicht sein. > - im Eltern Schlafzimmer fallen die Schubladen raus und im Kleiderschrank klemmen die Schubladen und sind völlig verklebt und verschmutzt. > Und Kleber ist auf dem Boden. > - der Boden unter der Toilette ist lose, also eine Beule, nicht das da Feuchtigkeit runter läuft und das Bad riecht nach Urin, trotz Raumspray. Die Dusche ist undicht.
